We are looking for a Communications Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering communications and marketing activity across supporter and corporate audiences.

We are based in London and support young people via our direct delivery programmes. We take what we learn from our work and use it to inspire businesses across the UK to do more to improve social mobility (making sure people from all backgrounds get fair opportunities).

We do this by:

· Running large events like The UK Social Mobility Awards to celebrate companies doing it well.

· Organising Social Mobility Day to raise awareness.

· Publishing The Social Mobility Podcast and Social Mobility List to share ideas and highlight role models.

This role sits within the Marketing Communications team and supports the Head of Communications to deliver audience-centred communications and marketing that increases visibility, engagement and impact.

You will lead day-to-day marketing and communications activity, developing audience journeys and delivering targeted, campaigns, with a strong focus on email, digital content and social media.

You will work closely with colleagues across the charity to ensure marketing effectively supports organisational priorities.

You will contribute to several key priorities, including the 10th UK Social Mobility Awards, the development of our email marketing, and a strengthened storytelling approach centred on impact.

Camden Disability Action (CDA) is looking for a friendly Digital Champion to support Disabled people to access technology and online services. We are looking for someone with lived experience of disability or a long-term health condition, who feels comfortable using everyday digital devices and explaining them in a patient and accessible way.You must be a Disabled person and/or have a long-term health condition to apply for this role.  

This role is all about digital inclusion, helping to remove barriers to technology, and ensuring Disabled people can access the digital world in ways that work for them.

As a Digital Champion, you will work closely with the Digital Inclusion Lead and Volunteers to deliver digital skills sessions twice a week. Safe Haven Sussex CIC is a non-profit community interest company providing accommodation and support for vulnerable adults who have been homeless or vulnerably housed. The Seagull Project is a medium-support service providing housing for up to 40 residents across 7 properties in Brighton and Hove. The Seagull Project takes a harm-reduction approach, supporting individuals with a range of complex and multiple support needs, which may include the active use of substances.

The Seagull Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the service and manage a team of Support Coordinators, ensuring a high standard of person-centred and trauma informed support is consistently provided to residents. In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the team to manage risk, enabling residents to live safely and are supported to work toward their goals. A comprehensive understanding of safeguarding procedures and risk management is necessary for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the referrals and assessments process, working closely with Brighton and Hove City Council.

JOB PURPOSE  

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and reporting directly to the CEO, this role is of critical importance in supporting The Passage to achieve its vision and mission.

The Executive Assistant provides dedicated support to the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team, with key tasks including action tracking, minute taking, developing resources and materials for events, diary management and regularly being the first point of contact for individuals and organisations seeking to liaise with the CEO/Senior Leadership Team. We expect the post holder will have excellent relationship management skills, sound experience of using Office 365 products, strong organisational skills and the ability to support the smooth running of the Executive Team and governance functions.

The post holder will facilitate effective governance support systems, including organising meetings and supporting Trustees and Committee members to fulfil their roles where needed. MAIN DUTIES 

• Support the effective governance systems of The Passage Group (P2000, Passage Housing Services and Passage Trading Services) by ensuring effective Trustee and Committee member recruitment, induction and continued professional development.

• Support each Chair of Board with the implementation and ongoing review of a skills matrix system. 

• Act as the first point of contact for external bodies and individuals who wish to communicate with the Chief Executive, ensuring that the organisation is professionally represented and seen as accessible and responsive. 

• Liaise with Board members, teams and external organisations as necessary to facilitate the work of the Senior Leadership Team. 

• Assist the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team to project manage specific pieces of work and assist with the relationship management of key stakeholders.

• Maintain an up to date and accessible filing system for the Chief Executive and ensure that all information is stored in an accessible manner on SharePoint, adhering to data protection requirements.

About the Role

As Interim Service Manager, you’ll manage and develop services across multiple sites, leading staff and volunteers.  Focusing on monitoring and evaluation alongside planning out services around funders.  You’ll combine hands-on front line delivery (including a small caseload) with oversight of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues, to help implement new initiatives and strengthen the service’s impact.

The Therapeutic Service Co-ordinator & Clinician is a vital member of the DreamArts Core Team. This role combines project co-ordination with direct therapeutic support through our EXPRESS PLUS service and our work with young carers.

EXPRESS PLUS is a free therapy service based in Westminster offering weekly one-to-one or parent-child creative therapeutic support to young people aged 7–18 (or up to 25 with additional needs). It is the only service of its kind in the borough and we provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore issues such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, and suicidal ideation.

Sessions take place at three community venues and are delivered by qualified or qualifying therapists using a wide range of creative tools—arts and crafts, sand play, puppets, games—to help young people express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. With an 80% retention rate after three sessions and two-thirds of clients from global majority backgrounds, the service has a demonstrable impact.

EXPRESS PLUS is proudly user-led. Young people are at the heart of every decision, and the service adapts to meet their needs—typically offering up to 18 weekly sessions, with flexibility depending on circumstances. We accept self-referrals from young people aged 14+, parents/carers, and statutory and voluntary services.

As part of this role, you will also deliver direct therapeutic support to young people with caring responsibilities. This includes offering weekly 1:1 sessions for three young carers and being part of a team facilitating monthly group therapy spaces.

We are looking for a team member who is passionate about the power of creative therapy to support young people. It also offers opportunities to case-manage three-to-four therapists and bring a therapeutic lens across all aspects of DreamArts’ work. We provide appropriate levels of clinical supervision plus a quarterly reflection space to support your professional development.

Please note that the post holder needs to be a qualified psychotherapist/counsellor, with previous experience (paid or voluntary) of delivering 1:1 therapy sessions with children and/or young people.
