Job description

COSA Service Manager (Circles of Support and Accountability).

We invite applications for an exciting opportunity to manage Respond's Circles of Support & Accountability (COSA) Service in London.

Our award winning COSA Service supports people with learning disabilities, autism or both who have committed sexual offences, or are at risk of doing so, through the delivery of its specially adapted Circles model. This model, informed by therapeutic principles and involving long-term volunteers, aims to enable service users to live safe and fulfilling lives without risk to others. 

Applicants will have experience of this client group in a forensic/criminal justice setting along with a proven commitment to rehabilitative/restorative justice principles. You will be responsible for the strategic development of the service which will include working with a range of stakeholders and funders to develop funding opportunities and new referral pathways. You will also line-manage the COSA Coordinator/s, ensuring Circle volunteers are supported throughout their journey and oversee the delivery of Circles to clients with a range of complex needs.
