The ISM seeks a Legal Officer to help deliver key services to its members across a wide range of legal issues. The role includes supporting unpaid-fee claims, helping musicians understand third-party contracts, and assisting the wider legal team with ongoing matters.

The award-winning ISM is the dynamic, change making professional body representing musicians. With a current membership of over 11,000, the ISM is known for its legal support to its members across a range of issues from copyright and employment disputes to contracts.  We are also known for our campaigning work on issues from equality to Brexit and AI which can cross over into legal services. We do not handle litigation and any disputes which proceed to this stage are handled by our legal insurance providers. 

It is vital that we deliver gold standard legal services, responding to the needs of our professional musician membership. You will be someone who has experience as a legal adviser or have some legal knowledge such as contract, copyright or employment law. You will be proactive with strong problem solving skills, good drafting and oral skills, keen attention to detail and good emotional intelligence.

You will be joining a professional staff team who are based in Bayswater, London. The role is five days per week of which at least three will be in the office.

The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Our vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. We aim to reduce the negative impact food waste has on the environment by working with the food industry to rescue high quality surplus produce, that would otherwise have gone to waste. Purpose of the Job

The Health & Safety Officer will support and report to the Health & Safety Lead to ensure that The Felix Project maintains compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food safety legislation. This role is integral in maintaining a safe working environment across all Felix sites by assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of robust health and safety systems. The Officer will work proactively with staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture, support operational improvements, and deliver H&S-related training and engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Support the Health & Safety Lead: Assist in the day-to-day management of health and safety processes, ensuring that all activities comply with relevant legislation and internal policies.

· Risk Assessments: Support the creation, review, and regular update of risk assessments (RAs) and safe systems of work (SSOWs) across various sites, ensuring all potential hazards are identified and managed appropriately.

· Incident Reporting: Support the management of the reporting and investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, ensuring all reports are accurate, timely, and followed up with corrective actions where necessary.

· Training and Induction: Support the delivery of health and safety training programs, inductions, and toolbox talks for staff and volunteers. Maintain records of all training and ensure they are kept up to date.

· Safety Inspections: Carry out regular safety inspections and contribute to internal audit processes to ensure high standards of compliance and housekeeping. Escalate issues and support local teams in resolving risks identified during audits or site visits. Report findings to the Health & Safety Lead and follow up on necessary actions.

· Documentation and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date health and safety records, including training logs, incident reports, and risk assessments. Ensure all documentation is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Contractor Management: Assist in reviewing contractors’ health and safety compliance when they are working on behalf of The Felix Project.

· Communication: Foster a positive health and safety culture and encourage behavioural safety across all teams by communicating updates, guidance, and key messages. Assist in developing campaigns and initiatives during safety weeks or other safety-focused events.

· Audit Support: Assist in preparing for internal and external health and safety audits, ensuring all documentation and procedures are in place and compliant.

· Food Safety: Support the implementation of food safety management systems, ensuring compliance with the Fareshare food manual and external audit requirements.

· Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives that promote a positive health and safety culture within the organization.

· Emergency Procedures: Assist in the development and testing of emergency procedures, including fire drills, evacuation plans, and first aid provisions.

· Support Projects: Provide administrative and practical support for any health and safety projects or initiatives led by the Health & Safety Lead.

Person Specification

Essential Skills/Knowledge

• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices.

Do you have a drive for breaking down the barriers of traditional therapeutic services, whilst supporting young people to address mental health issues in a creative and non-stigmatising way? 

We are passionate about breaking down the barriers that often prevent young people from accessing the mental health support they need. Your role:

Box Therapy is an accessible way for young people to receive support from a qualified practitioner in a non-clinical, non-intimidating setting.

As a Boxing Therapist you will be expected to work with young people with moderate to severe and enduring mental health issues in both 1:1 and group settings. You will not be expected to have a specific sports or boxing qualification, but an interest in fitness and the benefits of physical activity as a therapeutic tool are essential. 

You will receive full boxing coaching skills training as a part of your induction.

Your responsibilities:

• To provide effective mental health support to young people aged between 8 and 25. This includes combining non-contact boxing and physical exercise with psychosocial interventions.
• To work in a dynamic and unconventional work environment where flexibility and creativity are paramount.
• To work with young people in a 1:1 and group-based capacity in both gym and school-based settings.
• To maintain the highest standards of record keeping including electronic data entry and recording, report writing, outcome. measurement and the responsible exercise of professional self-governance in accordance with Service and Partner’s policies and procedures.
• To ensure the development and maintenance of the highest personal and professional standards of practice, through active participation in clinical supervision, training, and reflective personal development sessions.
• To utilise assessment and formulation skills to guide the delivery of therapeutic interventions.
• To work flexibly and with initiative to meet the core aims of service delivery to children and young people, including working evenings and some weekends.
• To autonomously manage own caseload.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will work in close collaboration with the Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager and build a cohesive way of working to ensure that we are maximising impact for the charity and its beneficiaries.

Purpose - The Corporate Partnerships Manager works with the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships, steward existing relationships, and develop a healthy corporate prospects pipeline in order to achieve agreed income targets.  The role is also key in delivering our special events and campaigns in collaboration with our Special Events Manager. About the role:

This role is based at the National Contact Centre, Cardiff.

As a Team Leader you will:

• Provide leadership, advice and guidance to the 24/7 team and monitor the progress and quality of work across the contact centre.
• Monitor queues, workload of staff and demand of all service against resources and move staff between these services to ensure the needs of the business are met. Analysing resources and trends changing staffing levels to meet the demands.

• Promote effective communication channels including coordinating and facilitating regular team meetings, sharing feedback and learning to share with other colleagues.
• Participation in the on-call rota is a requirement of the role, and will be discussed at interview.

Position: Social Worker or Senior Social Worker

Location: Based in either our Milton Keynes or our London team, with hybrid working arrangements in place for both home and office working, and travel covering Milton Keynes, North London and surrounding areas.

Contract: Permanent full time – 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary Ranges: Social Worker - Salary in the range of £34,053 - £41,620 per annum. Senior Social Worker - Salary in the range of £39,292 - £48,022 per annum.  If based from our London office, a location allowance of £3,299 per annum will be payable.

About the role:

Our Social Worker/Senior Social Worker’s role is a pivotal one within our Adoption service.  Some of your responsibilities will include:

· undertaking ‘home study’ assessments (PARs) and present these to the adoption panel

· support families throughout the matching process and once children are placed, up until the Adoption Order

· participating in recruitment activities and training for prospective adopters

About you:

As a Social Worker, you’ll bring a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in childcare social work and as a Senior Social Worker, a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. You’ll have an understanding of child development and the impact on behaviour of interrupted development. You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to equality, diversity, equity and inclusion within service delivery.

About the role:

In this role you will support FLEX’s staff team and Board of Trustees to guarantee the smooth running of our operations. You will ensure the effective administration and maintenance of relevant office resources and systems. Key responsibilities:

General Administration 

• Provide administrative support to the FLEX team/Board including organising meetings, taking minutes, booking travel and accommodation

• Financial administrative support including processing invoices and expenses claims

• Ensure post is collected, filed and forwarded

• Coordinate the schedule for donor progress reports with staff, ensuring that internal and external deadlines are met

• Create and maintain effective filing systems in line with data protection legislation 

• Manage and respond to general enquiries, received by phone, email or post.

• Provide logistical support and coordination for FLEX events

• Liaise with external stakeholders to support FLEX’s work within the sector

• Support the drafting of FLEX organisational and governance documents

Office Management/Health and Safety

• Report any health and safety issues to the Ethical Property Company 

• Organise annual PAT testing and fire risk assessments

• Liaise with The Foundry Facilities Manager regarding fire safety and other aspects relating to FLEX’s office lease

• Ensure FLEX has functional, up-to-date IT equipment, including ensuring printer, phone and Wi-Fi are working as expected

• Liaison with IT provider, website support provider, and any other relevant services to enable smooth operations

• Act as Fire Warden

HR Administration 

• Support recruitment processes including equality monitoring, recruitment timelines, candidate communications, interview set up (online and in person)

• Keep starters and leavers checklists up to date

• Maintain up to date staff records on Breathe HR database, including training and development

• Ensure provision of equipment associated with homeworking and office-based work e.g. cameras, laptops, DSE requirements 

• Support the implementation of FLEX’s Equality and Diversity Strategy 

• Organise and collate staff surveys. 

Other

Breakthrough T1D is the UK’s leading type 1 diabetes charity, dedicated to funding research, advocating for change, and supporting the T1D community. As a Research and Involvement Officer you will provide administrative support to the Head of Research Operations in managing our UK research portfolio, Type 1 Diabetes Grand Challenge funding and other UK-based funding programmes. This includes providing vital support in the pre- and post-award processes, working closely with research teams, internal colleagues and external stakeholders, as well as ensuring that information about Breakthrough T1D funding opportunities is communicated clearly through our website.

You will also play a key role in delivering our Patient and Public Involvement activities, including ensuring that opportunities to engage people who live with T1D in research are communicated clearly to people affected by T1D and the research community alike.

Experience required 

You’ll have previous experience of: 

• Supporting project management processes

• Providing support to committees/panels

The Role

Pregnant Then Screwed’s Tribunal Mentor Programme is a peer-to-peer support service for women and parents taking legal action against an employer for pregnancy and maternity discrimination. We match mentees with volunteer mentors who have been through the Employment Tribunal process themselves for 12 weeks of support through weekly calls. We relaunched the programme in October 2025, and now, with funding from The National Lottery, we are looking for a part time Support Services Coordinator to help us grow and maintain new mentoring matches. 

As the Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting and inducting mentees and volunteers onto the programme and supporting matches throughout their journey. You’ll also drive engagement with the programme, and develop recruitment strategies for potential volunteers and mentees. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the Tribunal Mentor Programme and volunteers. 

• Welcoming new mentee and mentor applicants to the programme through 121 and group calls. 

• Recruitment and engagement of new volunteers and participants. 

• Monitoring our Community WhatsApp groups and responding to enquiries.

• Hosting regularly mentor and mentee online check-ins.

• Researching further support and signposting options for mentees.

• General administrative tasks, including managing volunteer and mentoring data, supporting the Head of Support Services with reporting data and responding to general enquiries. 

• Supporting our Head of Support Services with volunteer training, policy and process development. 

• Supporting other Support Services projects where necessary.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Volunteer engagement - demonstrated through experience managing or coordinating volunteers.
• Diversity, equity and inclusion focus, able to demonstrate a deep understanding of (and confidence in discussing) anti-oppression. 
• Engaging written and verbal communication skills - demonstrated through a proven ability to craft engaging newsletters, social posts or discussion prompts.
• Mentee and mentor growth and retention - demonstrated through experience in growing and sustaining a befriending or mentoring programme (or transferable skills from other types of service user engagement)
• Technologically proficient and confident - demonstrated through experience using Beacon or other CRM systems and digital work tools.

What We Offer 

• Flexible working is embedded in our culture with employees working different hours, and days of the week. 

• 34 days annual leave, including statutory bank holidays. This is pro-rata for part-time staff. 

• Paid leave between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

• Two paid ‘Wellbeing Days’. These are days that can be booked off with no notice and no questions asked.
