This is an important strategic role within our organisation. You will lead the Welcome to All partnership of 10 organisations which supports displaced people in Somerset. You will also provide line management for the managers of the CCS Welcome Hub provision.

About the Role

You’re a creative all-rounder with:
- A strong eye for design and storytelling
- Experience in digital content creation, from graphics to short-form video
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro)
- A solid grasp of social media trends and digital best practice
- The ability to adapt tone and messaging for a range of audiences

The Role
GamCare’s Women’s Pathway aims to reduce the harm women experience from gambling, either from their own gambling or the gambling of someone else. We offer support groups, awareness raising information and tools, and accredited training for professionals.
As Service Team Leader you will launch the support service in Northern Ireland and oversee its day-to-day delivery, providing interventions, alongside leading on operational planning and participating in performance improvements, partnerships, and business growth.
Alongside service delivery, you will develop innovative ways to listen to and support women experiencing gambling harm. You will incorporate the opinions of women with lived experience of gambling harm into current and any new service design and delivery to ensure the support is responsive to the needs of women.
About You
You will need a relevant professional qualification or experience in psychology, mental health, social work, nursing, health and social care, public health, with excellent leadership and people management skills.
The ability to manage competing demands, adapting plans to meet emerging needs and priorities is equally important.
You will have demonstrable experience of case management for clients with varying needs who are seeking a change in behaviour. You will also be confident in identifying and recommending opportunities for continuous service improvement and expanding the reach and impact of the service.

The AI Opportunity Fund:
The AI Opportunity Fund, led by the Centre for Public Impact with support from Google . org, is currently a €16 million initiative aimed at empowering underserved workers across Europe with essential AI skills. The programme has selected 73 organisations from hundreds of applications to provide tailored AI training to 20,000 workers across 24 European countries. These organisations focus on diverse communities, including rural job seekers, underemployed women, and public sector workers, aiming to bridge the digital divide and promote economic resilience. The initiative underscores AI's potential to drive social mobility and equitable growth across the continent. We are also hoping to scale our work in this area in the future.
Position Overview:
At CPI we believe people are at the heart of our success. We are seeking a Grants Officer (Associate) based in Europe to join our CPI Europe (CPIE) team. Your role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of the AI Opportunity Fund. This role is responsible for the effective administration of grants including ongoing due diligence and accurate record keeping, contributing to assessing proposals and organisations, stewarding and maintaining effective relationships with grantees and wider partners, and ensuring compliance, timely reporting and payments. This role does not involve managing others.
Key Responsibilities:

What are we looking for
A Graduate with a construction-related degree — such as architecture, building surveying, planning, civil engineering, quantity surveying, project management, or construction management — or hold an entry-level construction qualification with at least 12 months’ experience in a construction-related role.
You’ll have a sound understanding of construction principles, procurement, and project management, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to reviewing designs and technical documentation.

We are seeking an individual to raise awareness of the Fund’s welfare offer amongst social welfare agencies across the West Midlands but also, crucially, to help address the issue of social isolation and feelings of loneliness experienced by some members of the RAF Family.
The post holder will be working with socially isolated individuals to identify meaningfully enriching opportunities to reduce feelings of loneliness, some of whom may have complex and challenging welfare needs, to develop actions plans and coordinate support to overcome any barriers preventing successful connection into these enriching opportunities, assisting them by identifying appropriate support from within the RAF Benevolent Fund and the wider statutory and military charity sector.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a social welfare role supporting individuals, have strong people and relationship-building skills, as well as empathy with or understanding of the issues affecting the Armed Forces community. Individuals with a social prescribing or working aged veteran support background are encouraged to apply.
This is a community-based position working from home but covering Hampshire, Wiltshire and West Sussex, delivering both remote and face to face support. About the role
The Drive Training Coordinator plays a central role in coordinating the planning and delivery of training activities across The Drive Partnership. The Training Coordinator will provide efficient logistical, administrative, and learner support across all Drive workforce trainings.
