The IBAHRI works with the global legal community to promote and protect human rights and the independence of the legal profession worldwide. A leading institution in international fact-finding, the IBAHRI also produces expert reports with key recommendations, as well as undertaking advocacy and trial observations.
This is a role offered on a permanent contract, on a full-time basis, based in Chancery Lane, London with hybrid working arrangements.
The Programme Administrator is a fast-paced, varied, and exciting role where you will play a key role supporting the IBAHRI Director and five IBAHRI Programme Lawyers and provide logistical, administrative, and financial support to IBAHRI projects worldwide.
The Programme Administrator will organise the practical arrangements for project events and activities, as well as book and co-ordinate all project travel arrangements. The postholder will also play an important role in budget management and ensuring all financial tasks are completed for the projects, as well as provide general IBAHRI logistical and administrative support. To be successful, you will have demonstratable experience in administration, specifically travel, financial, and event administration. You will have strong organisational skills and eye for detail when it comes to completing tasks. In addition to this, you will have strong IT literacy skills and experience using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
You will have excellent communication skills and experience dealing with high level external stakeholders. You will have experience working within a team and be able to work on your own initiative. You will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, often on multiple issues simultaneously. You will also have experience working in varied contexts and/or with sensitive issues/information, exercising good judgement and discretion, and across different cultures, languages, and currencies. You will have the ability to work across time zones and out of hours, when required, and occasional travel abroad to support in-country activities, when required.

As Network Stock & Logistics Manager, you will take a network-wide view of all stock and logistics. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, supplier relationships, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic planning. This will include both the inbound and outbound movement of stock, as well as London-wide logistics infrastructure and contracts. You will work closely with the warehouse team on stock levels, policies and procedures, as well as with hub teams to have a complete picture of network stock levels and needs, in order to make efficiencies, improve stock flow and engage with the community.
The successful candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: logistics, retail, procurement, community engagement, and will be a confident and articulate person, who enjoys engaging with stakeholders from all backgrounds, whether it is a school or religious group, large corporate partner or individual donor. Prospectus is excited to be supporting St Luke’s Hospice. The hospice’s mission is to provide the highest standards of individualised care for people with life-limiting conditions, palliative and end of life care needs, and their families, living in Basildon and Thurrock districts.
Reporting to the Head of Donor Acquisition and Retention (HODAR) and working within the Fundraising team, the Legacy and In Memory Lead is responsible for managing implementation of the Hospice’s legacy (gifts in Wills) and in memory strategies and developing annual delivery plans. The post holder will strategically plan and deliver promotional and stewardship activity, as well as ensuring provision of an excellent supporter experience, to achieve budget net income across these income streams and grow our active support base, including numbers of known supporters who would consider or have already pledged a gift in their Will to the Hospice.
The Legacy and In Memory Lead will work closely with the Individual Giving Lead to ensure appropriate coordination of planned activities involving existing and prospective individual giving, legacy and in memory audiences. The post holder will also work closely with the HODAR to help inform the development of departmental strategies.
The successful candidate will have significant demonstrable and relevant experience of in memory and/or legacy fundraising and developing in memory products. You will have experience in using a variety of on and offline channels to deliver successful marketing campaigns to both acquire and develop donors. You will have demonstrable experience of managing targets and income and expenditure budgets.
This is a permanent position with flexible hybrid working, based 4 days from their Essex offices. The salary is £28750.42 to £37,293.98 depending on experience.

We are collaborating with a dedicated charity focused on empowering individuals with disabilities to recruit for a Supporter Care and Database Officer.
You will deliver excellent standards of supporter care and be the primary contact for charity supporter enquiries and maintain relational fundraising database (Raisers Edge)
About the Contract:
- Salary: £31,000 per annum

About the role:
As the Supporter Care and Database Officer your responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Handle supporter enquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Maintain high standards of supporter care through comprehensive documentation and periodic review of support processes.
- Aid in delivering personalised stewardship products to enhance supporter engagement.
- Ensure accuracy of supporter data and timely application of amendments.
- Manage Gift Aid declarations and record communication preferences in compliance with GDPR.
- Support implementation of operational plans to optimise fundraising and marketing activities.
- Provide reports on supporter giving to inform marketing decisions.
About you:
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to manage and prioritise conflicting priorities effectively.
- Flexible approach to customer service, consistently exceeding expectations and going the extra mile.
- Familiarity and practical experience with Raiser's Edge, including proficiency in imports and queries.
- Sound working knowledge of MS Excel or MS Access software.
- Previous charity sector experience
- Experience in maintaining accurate databases with attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills and technical proficiency.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on efficient workload management.
