Responsibilities of our Surveyor: 

- Manage a designated portfolio of properties, delivering repairs and maintenance as required

- Be a property expert for colleagues across the estate, giving high levels of service and support.   

- Oversee property works in alignment with retail and operations managers within agreed SLAs 

- Assess property issues and take appropriate action 

- Maintain accurate records across estate/FM databases and cloud-based systems

- Provide advice on retail/commercial lease acquisitions and disposals 

- Liaise with agents, landlords, neighboring occupiers, solicitors and local authorities 

- Procure and manage contractors, ensuring they are vetted and all work meets H&S legislation 

About the Estates and Construction team: 

The Estates and Construction team manage a wide-ranging and diverse portfolio that reflects the breadth of the estate. Within the region covered, the portfolio includes purpose-built cat adoption and homing centres (both freehold and leasehold), a network of leasehold charity shops, multi-pen sites, and a small number of residential properties. Occasionally, surveying expertise is also required for matters relating to legacy properties. 

What we’re looking for in our Surveyor: 

- Level 6 or higher professional surveying qualification

- Current membership of a professional institution such as RICS, RIBA, CIBSE, CIOB, IWFM 

- Post qualification experience of surveying in a property or facilities management environment 

- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

- Working Knowledge of retail/commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals 

- Multi-site and use property management and compliance experience 

- Experience of working on and managing small building or maintenance projects up to £500k, including financial controls as EA or CA and contractor management 

- Ability to work within a small team and externally with professionals and third parties

- Strong Microsoft Office skills

Our holiday and weekend activities give parents and carers a break while providing participants with a safe, welcoming space to have fun and receive the care they need. Our coordinators plan, arrange and deliver a programme of activities shaped around the needs of the young people, making the most of local opportunities, from heritage sites and outdoor adventures, to sports, arts and crafts, cooking, and team challenges. These sessions help children build friendships, grow in confidence, and express themselves in a fun, supportive space.

Family day activities bring families together to create special memories and enjoy time with others who share similar experiences. Coordinators develop and facilitate activity days which involve the whole family and provide opportunities to build friendships and connections with others. Activities take place at outdoor centres, local heritage sites and museums, as well as organised beach days and community centre-based workshops and activities.

Applicants should have relevant experience of working or volunteering with children and young people in education, health or social care, and have exceptional organisational and communication skills. 

Full and part-time positions available, and coordinators are required to work most Saturdays.  In school holiday periods, more activities take place on weekdays (instead of Saturdays), so flexibility is needed. Activities are delivered across Kent, so some travel is required.

EACS is an established voluntary sector provider of 1:1 low-cost counselling and psychotherapy to people living in Ealing.EACS serves a very diverse local population whose mental health needs often fall outside of NHS talking therapy; or where people may want a different space from the statutory services.We often support people who bring complex histories, needing more in-depth support over a longer period.

About the role

We’re looking for a Community Forester to help deliver woodland creation and management projects across Raise: Cumbria Community Forest.

This role will support the delivery of woodland creation and restoration projects with landowners, contractors, communities and volunteers across a range of sites. You’ll coordinate delivery on the ground, support contractor management and work directly on practical forestry activities as part of a small and growing team.

You’ll also support the development of new woodland opportunities and help expand Raise’s support for landowners across Cumbria. We’re looking for someone with practical experience in forestry, woodland creation, conservation or a related outdoor or land-based field.

About the role

As a Support and Wellbeing Advisor at SSAFA’s Glasgow’s Helping Heroes, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, person centred support to the Armed Forces Community across Glasgow and surrounding areas. The Move-On Accommodation Support Officer will provide practical and emotional support, advocacy, and housing management to survivors of domestic abuse who are residents living within 11 of BCWA’s move-on accommodation properties as part of the Safer Futures Project. 

The postholder will be required to travel regularly to the 11 dispersed move-on accommodation properties, primarily in Croydon, with a smaller number in Bromley, and must be able to travel independently across both boroughs.

Who we are: Bromley & Croydon Women’s Aid is a well-established, innovative and forward-thinking local domestic abuse service. Working across prison and community settings, you’ll support men facing financial hardship, debt and benefit-related challenges that can impact stability, wellbeing and long-term progress. You’ll work closely with probation services, prison teams and local partners to ensure people can access the right support at the right time.

Using our Relational Mentoring approach, you’ll build trusted relationships that go beyond transactional support - helping individuals make meaningful and sustained progress.

We’re looking for people who are confident working with complexity, can build trust quickly, and are motivated by helping people move from crisis towards stability and independence.

What you’ll do

• Deliver one-to-one mentoring and advocacy support across custody and community settings

• Support individuals to address financial, benefits and debt-related challenges

• Build trusted relationships that encourage engagement, confidence and long-term progress

• Work closely with prison, probation and third-sector partners to coordinate effective support

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service outcomes and performance reporting

• Support individuals during key transition points, including release from custody and community reintegration

What you’ll bring

• Experience working in a mentoring, advocacy, support or customer-focused role

• Confidence supporting people facing complex or challenging circumstances

• Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills

• A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently

• Understanding of the barriers experienced by people involved in the criminal justice system is advantageous

• Experience within custodial or community justice settings is beneficial, but not essential

Essential requirements

• Full driving licence and access to a car for daily use

• Willingness to travel extensively across Merseyside/Cheshire and Lancashire/Cumbria

• Successful completion of enhanced Level 1 prison vetting

• Home broadband to support flexible working

We are seeking a Relationship Fundraiser.  This is an exciting and varied role incorporating developing corporate partnerships, supporting volunteer fundraisers, organising fundraising events, and building relationships with community groups.

Sight Support West of England exists to reduce the impact of sight loss, supporting blind and partially sighted people across the county to lead independent lives and to secure equal access to services. 

The role is based in Bristol, Bath and South Gloucestershire, and you will be travelling around the area to meet supporters and attend fundraising events.  You will need to regularly attend our office in Bristol.  There will also be occasional travel to our partner offices in Devizes (Wiltshire) and Cheltenham.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supported Employment Specialist with a strong background in IPS (Individual Placement and Support) or SEQF (Supported Employment Quality Framework) models to join our team. The successful candidate will work directly with participants to help them identify, secure, and sustain competitive employment while building strong partnerships with employers and community support providers. This is a hands-on role that combines vocational coaching, employer engagement, and individualized support planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and register eligible participants, conducting inductions and assessing individual employment barriers.
• Work with participants to develop personalized vocational profiles, action plans, and career goals.
• Deliver one-to-one and group coaching, employability workshops, and workplace skills training.
• Apply the SEQF supported employment model, guiding participants through all five stages to achieve and sustain competitive employment.
• Identify and develop relationships with local employers to create suitable, inclusive work opportunities.
• Negotiate reasonable adjustments, job carving, and return-to-work strategies with employers.
• Support employers to embed inclusive practices that meet business needs and participant goals.
• Maintain accurate records of participant progress, outcomes, and employer engagement in line with SEQF standards.
• Arrange access to training opportunities and develop partnerships with specialist support providers.
• Ensure all placements and employment opportunities comply with safeguarding, health, and safety requirements.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience delivering one-to-one and group coaching or training sessions.
• Ability to assess understanding, adapt resources, and provide tailored guidance.
• Skilled at coaching, motivating, and inspiring participants to achieve employment goals.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, or other employment barriers.
• Proven record in employer engagement and achieving positive participant outcomes.
• Knowledge and practical experience of SEQF or IPS supported employment frameworks.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of the food industry and retail sector in the Midlands.
• Understanding of food waste and food poverty issues.
• Level 3 IAG (Information, Advice, and Guidance) in Employability.
• Understanding of welfare benefits.
