Job Title: Senior Philanthropy Executive

Location: Hybrid working with the requirement to occasionally attend our Head Office (Vauxhall, London)
Salary: £37,674.00 per annum (Inclusive of London Weighting, which may not be applicable depending on your home location and any agreed permanent homeworking arrangement) 
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

This is an exciting time to join Refuge, as we grow our philanthropy programme and expand support for women and children experiencing domestic abuse. As Senior Philanthropy Executive, you'll manage a portfolio of major donors and trusts and foundations, securing 5 figure gifts that directly support our life-changing services. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Refuge’s philanthropy strategy, managing relationships, developing compelling funding proposals and reports, identifying new funding opportunities, and ensuring supporters receive thoughtful, personalised communications that deepen their connection to Refuge’s work. We're looking for an experienced fundraiser that is comfortable building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and brings strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent stewardship.
