As a Senior Project Lead within the Work Experience team, you will take ownership of key elements of the delivery and development of The Switch's work experience programmes. You will manage relationships with employers and schools, lead on specific projects and workstreams, and provide oversight and support to ensure programmes are delivered effectively, safely and in line with agreed targets.
You will take a proactive role in identifying and developing new employer relationships, coordinating complex placements and supporting the Work Experience Manager with the planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of projects. You will also provide guidance and support to colleagues where appropriate, using your experience to help ensure consistency and quality across the team's work.

Main Responsibilities
We are looking for highly motivated and organised individual to coordinate our accreditation scheme. The role will work with our network of employers, and support new organisations through the accreditation process.
The Programme Officer will lead our work across the South West and support our managers to grow and deepen engagement with Living Wage Employers through our associated schemes. You will help to ensure our resources and publicity materials are well written and up-to-date, and to coordinate events to grow our employer network.

Stopover provides women-only supported accommodation for young women aged 16–25, including young women who have recently become mothers. Brief description of role:
As the new Ebdon Farm Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the development of the Ebdon Farm Nature Reserve.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent Site Manager capable of delivering our most ambitious project yet. You will oversee the delivery of a 14.5ha wetland, along with other terrestrial habitats. You will be experienced in land management for conservation and have a proven track record of overseeing contractors delivering large-scale habitat creation.
Working alongside the new Ebdon Farm Engagement Manager, you will deliver site tours, a variety of events and a volunteer programme. Using your excellent communication skills and knowledge of nature, land management and climate change, you will inspire and inform your audiences. Using Ebdon Farm to increase understanding of local climate threats and the role climate-adapted sites like Ebdon Farm can play in helping us adapt.
The Ebdon Farm project is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we have been able to secure the site for wildlife and people together.
We want to see nature restored on a grand scale across the Avon region. We have big plans between now and 2030 to see this happen.

Working in collaboration with our alliance members and others, we run a range of advocacy work, projects and campaigns to achieve permanent changes in policy and practice; and to engage more people, organisations and communities in being food system change-makers.
As with all senior roles at Sustain, the person appointed to this role will work mainly at the Sustain office in London during their probationary period, and thereafter at least half of working hours at our office, whilst benefiting from the flexibility offered to all colleagues. This is part of senior role-modelling of the creativity, support, engagement and well-being benefits that in-person working cultivates between colleagues. •Act as first point of contact for HR queries, taking ownership of policies and process, culture and employee relations; informed by HR advice, consultation and annual staff survey, including overseeing an action plan to embed areas of good practice, and to pursue improvements in an accountable way.
•Regular review of job descriptions, grades, progression and staff benefits within Sustain to ensure we remain competitive within the sector.
•Provide or commission sector benchmarking data, analysis and recommendations to inform decision-making, using a methodology agreed with Trustee oversight, on matters such financial and non-financial staff benefits.
