A desirable part of the role includes supporting financial administration and reporting tasks. Knowledge of financial systems like Xero or Sage,  Direct  Debit management and Gift  Aid.

This is an exciting part-time role with a Charity caring for children and families with disabilities in China. International China Concern (ICC) has been established for over 30 years and the UK National Office is looking forward to our next phase of growth.

Main Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Operations

• Manage day‑to‑day office operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well‑organised working environment.

• Oversee office supplies, equipment, stationery orders, and relationships with vendors.

• Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are stored securely and are easy to locate.

• Support onboarding and practical arrangements for new staff, volunteers, and interns.

• Point of contact and responsible for maintaining the ICC UK Storage Facility. (Currently situated in Newcastle upon Tyne)

Executive & Team Support

• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and wider leadership team, including diary coordination, travel booking, meeting preparation, and expense processing.

• Assist in preparing board papers, agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions for ICC UK Board and sub‑committee meetings.

• Support internal communication by ensuring timely circulation of updates, documents, and scheduled reminders.

Finance & Compliance Support

• Assist with routine finance administration, including invoice processing, receipts collation, card reconciliation, and liaising with the ICC UK finance team as needed.

• Maintain accurate records for compliance, audits, safeguarding training, and policy renewals.

• Support contract and lease administration (e.g., office lease, supplier agreements, insurance renewals).

Event & Travel Coordination

• Coordinate logistics for UK events, training days, team gatherings, and visits from international colleagues.

• Manage bookings, venue arrangements, hospitality, travel itineraries, and attendee communications.

• Support international travel preparation, including documentation, itinerary organisation, and expense tracking.

Communications & Public-Facing Support

• Serve as a friendly first point of contact for enquiries via email, phone, and the ICC UK office address.

• Assist with maintaining contact databases and ensuring GDPR‑compliant data handling.

Systems & Organisation

• Maintain shared calendars, organisational systems, and internal workflows to ensure alignment across the team.

• Help ensure consistency of templates, branding, and standard documents across ICC UK.

General Duties

• Uphold ICC’s mission, values, and commitment to hospitality, clarity, and servant‑hearted support.

• Undertake other reasonable administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of ICC UK and its partnership with ICC International.

Travel 

We are relaunching our Palestine Travel Programme after a three-year pause. We plan to be taking our first supporter groups to visit The West Bank in April 2026.  We will be taking the trip participants into a highly complex environment which requires exceptional planning and preparation to ensure the success of the trips and the safety of the participants.

You will also support our annual Roaclub cycling programme, visits to international partners and hosting international guests and partners in the UK

Operations

Alongside events and travel, you will manage a range of additional operational tasks. As a small organisation without a permanent office, these responsibilities will be manageable and shaped by your skills and experience.

The Head of Communications and Partnerships (for Reconciling Leaders Network) will lead RLN's communications, marketing, and digital engagement strategy, ensuring our message is clear, compelling, and consistent across all channels, extending the reach and engagement of Difference. This role is central to shaping how RLN and Difference are experienced by audiences in the UK and globally.

The successful candidate will bring understanding of the reconciliation and peacebuilding sector, as well as the geo-political and church contexts in which RLN operates. Role Description

This position plays a pivotal part in GovAI's future success — if staff are distracted by bureaucracy or have a poor experience with our internal processes, our impact as an organization suffers. Your role is to help ensure that people operations runs smoothly and efficiently.

You'll execute people operations processes from onboarding through ongoing employee support, making sure that staff have an excellent experience and that all compliance requirements are met. You'll report to the People Ops Manager, and work closely with other members on the team.

Salary and Location

This position is full-time. Our offices are located in London, UK, and we strongly prefer team members to be based here, but are open to individuals who would need to work remotely in exceptional cases. We are able to sponsor UK visas.

The People Ops Associate will be compensated in line with our salary principles. As such, the salary for this role will depend on the successful applicant's experience, but we expect the range to be between £66,000 (~$88,000) and £80,000 (~$108,000) if based in London. In rare cases where salary considerations would prevent a candidate from accepting an offer, there may also be some flexibility in compensation.

Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is a painful, lifelong inflammatory condition affecting around 1 in  people. Despite this, awareness remains low and diagnosis is often delayed.

ASIF brings together 60 patient organisations across 48 countries to raise awareness, strengthen patient voices and improve understanding of axSpA globally. We are a small, fully remote team who care deeply about the work we do and about working supportively and collaboratively with one another.

We are now looking for an organised, proactive and thoughtful Project Co-ordinator/ Operations Assistant to help us deliver a major international online research study, while also supporting our wider activities.

This is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful - research that will help shape advocacy, awareness and understanding for people living with inflammatory arthritis around the world.

The Role

Your time will be split approximately:

• 70–80% supporting an ambitious international research project·
• 20–30% supporting ASIF’s wider operations

You will work closely with our Project Manager, international member organisations and scientific partners to support all stages of the study, from set-up and ethics submissions through to recruitment, reporting and sharing findings globally.

Alongside this, you’ll help with events, communications and general organisational support, because in a small team, we all contribute where needed.

About the Role

We're hiring a Support Mentor to join our women's service based in West London. In this role, you will support residents whom reside within our refuge accommodation which includes women and children surviving domestic abuse many of whom are living with trauma. We are looking for someone who really cares about the rights of women and their children to join our service in West London. 

As a Support Mentor, you will support in providing a much needed safe space and support for women, for them to feel empowered in their healing journey and feel secure in their independence, strengths, and skills. You will work alongside various stakeholders and partners and engage with our residents through various key working activities to identify the needs, goals and skills, then provide pathways, support, and appropriate interventions to support with successful outcomes. We are seeking a passionate, driven and motivated colleague to lead this service in a trauma informed and inclusive way. 

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support women and children who may be facing challenges with surviving domestic abuse many of whom are living with trauma.
• Create tailored support plans through one to one sessions, group sessions, and multi agency meetings
• Support residents to achieve their desired goals/outcomes in various ways
• Empower residents to make decisions to take control over their lives, by creating an enabling environment.
• Supporting residents to build independence and progress in their healing through engaging activities, from movie nights and arts and crafts to brunch club and fully funded day trips.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing, carrying out regular welfare checks, and responding to any incidents or emergencies
• Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary
• Keep support plans updated on our online portals as appropriate
• Recognise signs of deteriorating mental health, physical health, or other health implications and initiate appropriate interventions to prevent crisis or other risks.

About You

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Mentor to join our team based in West London who understands the needs of our residents including particularly around multiple and complex needs, including safety, emotional support, healing from trauma, independence and access to resources to achieve their goals. You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and will have alignment with our SIG values. 

You will be keen to support our residents to achieve their individual goals and support them to be the best versions of themselves. Our Refuge works to support women with complex and enduring needs and women who experience domestic abuse to reclaim their power and find their voice. You will be keen to support our residents to achieve their individual goals and support them to be the best versions of themselves and will work as part of a team to deliver exceptional support to women and children at a particularly challenging time in their lives. 

• Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds and/or a good understanding of the sector, particularly around multiple and complex needs
• Experience working with, or a good understanding of, domestic abuse and the systemic barriers faced by women.
• Ability to show empathy and compassion to our residents, and different challenges they face
• Ability to engage with people from different backgrounds, build rapport, and empower them to achieve their personal goals
• Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs
• Ability and willingness to show flexibility of working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents
• Ability to promote the service and provide outreach-based provision, with an ability to liaise and work effectively in partnership with stakeholders
