This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced advice service/ helpline manager to join a high-performing and influential service delivery team at Gingerbread and play a crucial role in helping us to make a real difference to the lives of single parents.

The Interim Advice Service Manager will work towards and champion Gingerbread’s vision of a society in which single parent families are valued and where they and their children are treated equally and fairly.

Why work for us

We are the leading national charity working with single parent families.

This will involve balancing priorities and competing deadlines. You will have an eye for detail and have excellent IT and report writing/ data analysis skills.

What we can offer you

We are proud of our range of policies to support staff, which includes flexible working, part time working, job sharing and more. We also offer a generous annual leave allowance and a pension scheme. Whilst we are currently operating a full service remotely, on a working from home basis, we do have a bright open plan office with a friendly working environment. It is likely that we will continue to work remotely for some time or be partly home and partly office based.
