As a Project Worker within our Westminster Mental Health Accommodation Services or Wandsworth Properties, you’ll play a vital role in helping people find stability, confidence and a way forward. We are looking for an Executive Support Manager to provide high-level assistance to the Chief Executive and oversee the smooth running of our governance and leadership operations. This is a key role that combines strategic project support with the management of the senior leadership office. You'll lead on special projects commissioned by the Chief Executive, including strategic and operational planning support, coordinating research projects, and will be responsible for the administration of the Board of Trustees and its committees. You'll also coordinate diaries and workflows for the senior leadership team and student officers, ensuring the Students' Union's leadership remains effective and aligned.

To be a contender, you'll need proven experience in operational delivery, taking responsibility for tasks from an initial brief through to completion. Be a key part of a values‑driven team supporting young people from underserved communities to feel seen, supported and inspired. Plan and deliver engaging youth sessions that build confidence, connection and possibility

We are wanting to recruit a motivated and experienced support and recovery worker to support homeless and vulnerable guests at our daily drop-in, and in Hope House - our 4 bed supported house 

Responsibilities

Our support workers both work with guests in both Drop-in and in Hope House, but each takes a lead responsibility in one or the other of these projects. This post holder leads on the housing management responsibilities for Hope House.

Drop-in responsibilities :

· Welcome and assess first time guests, identifying priority needs.

· Signpost and support guests to access key statutory and voluntary services, especially housing, benefits, homelessness services etc

· Provide practical support and advice to guests , for example with helping with forms, bill enquiries, budgeting .

Hope House responsibilities

- Vet the suitability of potential residents and support them with their transition in/out of Hope House

· Hold weekly individual support sessions with residents

· Ensure tailored support plans (using Homeless Outcomes Star) are in place for each resident

· Identify “next step” housing options for residents and work with the residents to access these.

Oversee the safe and efficient running of Hope House, taking into account any relevant Supported Housing/ HMO specific requirements.

Help launch a new initiative housing the homeless through the local church

Hope into Action is a national Christian charity enabling local churches to provide homes and support for people experiencing homelessness.

We are launching a new Hope into Action franchise in Milton Keynes, and are looking for a Location Lead to help establish and grow the project from the ground up.

Working with churches, volunteers, and the Hope into Action national team, you will help create homes where people can rebuild their lives within a supportive Christian community.

About the role

As Location Lead, you will provide local leadership and coordination for the Milton Keynes project.

At launch the project will involve one house supporting up to three tenants, working in partnership with our first partner church, New Life Church Milton Keynes.

You will help:

• Build partnerships with churches across Milton Keynes
• Support and encourage church volunteers
• Ensure safeguarding and governance standards are maintained
• Develop relationships with local agencies, supporters, and investors
• Lay the foundations for future houses and growth

You will work closely with Hope into Action UK advisors, who provide established policies, safeguarding frameworks, systems, and ongoing support.

This means you are not building a housing project from scratch - you are helping implement and grow an established national model locally.

Walk alongside people rebuilding their lives

Hope into Action is a national Christian charity that enables local churches to house people experiencing homelessness.

We are launching a new Hope into Action project in Milton Keynes, and are looking for a Church & Tenant Empowerment Worker to support tenants and church volunteers as the project begins.

This role focuses on relationship, encouragement, and practical support as people rebuild stability and independence.

About the role

• Walk alongside tenants as they settle into their new home
• Support them in developing independence and life skills

We're looking for an experienced community development worker to lead a portfolio of projects and support the wider Lost Woods team. Using an asset-based community development (ABCD) approach, you'll work with adults, children, young people and families — particularly those facing barriers to accessing nature.

Your lead projects will include:

• Woods on Prescription and sustainable community woodland wellbeing activities
• Five Ways to Family Wellbeing – building confidence to take children and YP into woodlands
• Networking for underserved groups engaging with woodland and nature
• Evaluating and legacy-planning for all lead projects by November 2027

Alongside the team, you'll:

• Engage communities, map needs and help overcome barriers to participation
• Support volunteer groups to develop their own sustainable woodland activities
• Work with landowners, local authorities and partners to improve woodland access

We are WeSeeHope, a charity lifting children out of extreme poverty across sub-Saharan Africa.

We are appointing a senior relationship fundraiser to drive income growth through high net worth individuals, senior business leaders, corporates and foundations. This is a frontline role with direct responsibility for developing and securing five and six figure multi-year funding commitments.

Working closely with the Chief Executive and Trustees, the Head of Fundraising will build and convert a strong major donor pipeline, unlock new networks and position WeSeeHope as a credible investment partner.

This is a growth mandate with clear accountability for results. We are seeking someone with the gravitas, commercial judgement and confidence to lead high value conversations and secure significant support. This role will further professionalise and scale our major donor and corporate fundraising approach.

Success in the first 12 months

By the end of year one, the Head of Fundraising will have:

• Built and qualified a clearly segmented major donor pipeline of 25 to 40 high capacity prospects, with defined engagement plans and projected value.
• Secured multiple new five figure commitments and, where strong prospects exist, at least one new six figure commitment.
• Delivered measurable growth in major donor and corporate income against agreed annual targets.
• Established and implemented a structured major donor strategy with clear segmentation and stewardship plans.
• Activated Trustees in income generation, resulting in new qualified introductions and live cultivation opportunities.
• Implemented robust forecasting and performance reporting systems providing reliable income visibility to the Board.

Salary and Package

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Sussex Community Housing Hub team in providing technical advice and support to communities engaged in rural and community led housing projects.

Community-led housing involves local people playing a leading and lasting role in solving housing problems, creating genuinely affordable homes and strong communities.

You will be working in conjunction with other members of the Hub to help deliver quality affordable housing schemes that these communities are truly proud of.  

The role

This is a senior, externally facing post reporting to the Chief Executive. You'll manage a caseload of community-led housing projects, lead a small team of advisors, and work in partnership with communities, parish councils, housing associations, local authorities, landowners, and developers across East and West Sussex.

You'll also play a part in shaping Druv Homes, AirS's emerging housing association.

What you'll be doing

• Guiding community groups through all stages of the housing development process — from vision and site identification through to planning, funding, and scheme delivery
• Advising on site selection, RP partnerships, planning applications, S106 agreements, and funding strategies (both capital and revenue)
• Building and managing relationships with a wide range of partners — communities, RPs, local authorities, planners, developers, and agents
• Supporting communities to access funding and drafting bids where needed
• Overseeing professional advisers (architects, engineers, etc.) commissioned by community groups
• Leading project team meetings, maintaining project plans, and problem-solving
• Contributing to lobbying and sector advocacy alongside national partners

What we're looking for

Essential:

• At least 5 years' experience in affordable housing development
• A relevant degree (surveying, building, business management or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record in project management and scheme delivery
• Experience working with local authorities, RPs, and community organisations

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Desirable:

• Experience of rural affordable housing and community-led models e.g. Community Land Trusts (CLTs)

Practical

The role is based in Lewes with hybrid working. Regular but infrequent travel across East and West Sussex is required — a driving licence or equivalent transport access is essential.

Overall job purpose

The post-holder will play a key role within the Initiatives and Partnerships team, working with regional teams to develop and implement proposals to expand use of historic churches in our existing estate and, on occasion, working with other heritage and community groups to deliver their own projects via consultancy or partnership work.

They will manage a programme of work that will include a number of site-specific projects and national initiatives across multiple sites, as well as from time to time working with third parties on partnership or consultancy projects.

The Partnerships Officer will support regional teams and communities to scope and develop projects, supporting feasibility, options and project development work as well as business planning, project management and funding. The post-holder will also work closely with colleagues in conservation and regional teams to make sure that impacts on both areas are fully considered, whilst in tandem seeking to maximise opportunities to expand and increase commercial activity, income and ultimately profitability.

What we are looking for:

Job Title: Senior Philanthropy Officer

We’re looking for a confident, capable fundraiser to play a key role in major-gift fundraising – helping to secure transformational support from high-net-worth individuals.

You’ll manage your own portfolio of prospects and donors, contributing across the full fundraising cycle: prospecting, cultivation, making direct asks, closing and stewardship. Alongside this, you’ll support the development of relationships with wealth advisers to generate referral leads, while also prospecting independently for major gifts.

The ideal candidate will be excited to build networks of wealth managers, private-client teams and other advisers to HNWIs, and to convert adviser introductions into committed support. You’ll complement this with proactive outreach to identify and engage new major donors beyond existing referral channels.

To succeed, you’ll develop strong fluency across three distinct fundraising pitches: a business case for advisers; an impact case to persuade donors to support our portfolio charities; and a systems-change case to win backing for GRP’s operating costs (salaries, office costs, etc) to keep the charity running fee-free.

You’ll be comfortable making direct asks for funding, ideally with experience of securing significant gifts or multi-year commitments. You’ll be hands-on in day-to-day fundraising activity and able to manage multiple relationships and priorities effectively.

You’ll thrive in a small, fast-moving team—taking initiative, being collaborative, and contributing to shared goals. Crucially, you’ll care deeply about climate and nature.

Experience required:

Strong experience in frontline fundraising (as a guide, likely 3-6 years).

The Senior Email Channel Officer is a critical role in planning, creating, delivering and optimising our email campaigns and automated supporter journeys. The role ensures supporters receive timely, relevant and engaging communications that strengthen their relationship with the charity and drive meaningful action. The post holder will have experience in achieving KPI’s such as improved campaign engagement metrics; improved automated journeys to increase retention, reactivation and income; delivering email accuracy and quality; and contributing to the overall Supporter Experience Strategy to build lifetime value through more supporters, staying longer and doing more.

This is a 12-month FTC

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign and Automation Journey Planning & Delivery

· Hands on delivery, including build and test high‑quality email campaigns that support fundraising, supporter engagement and other organisational priorities such as volunteering and campaigning actions.

· Build, test and optimise automated email journeys that welcome, retain, steward and reactivate supporters, building performance knowledge and insight that can be replicated across different supporter products and journeys.

· Support the Email Channel Manager with overseeing the email marketing calendar and sign offs where needed.

· Work with data and CRM teams to improve trigger logic, personalisation and segmentation, using your audience understanding to incorporate targeting and personalisation using customer data and dynamic content logic.

· Advise on the integration of email within multi-channel campaigns (e.g. email, SMS, Whatsapp, direct mail, social and telephone)

Reporting, Performance & Insight

· Monitor performance and continuously refine journeys to improve conversion, engagement and lifetime value.

· Work with Business Intelligence, Insight and Digital Analytics teams to produce regular reports on email performance, offering clear insights and recommendations.

· Use A/B testing, segmentation and behavioural insights to drive continuous improvement.

· Ensure activity aligns with KPIs around engagement, retention, income and supporter satisfaction.

Data, Compliance & Quality Assurance

· Ensure all email activity is fully compliant with GDPR, PECR, consent and internal data governance.

· Working closely with the website team, carry out thorough QA across content, links, rendering and segmentation before deployment.

· Champion accessibility, inclusive language and best‑practice UX within email design.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

· Work closely with internal teams needing email support, advising on strategy, best practice and channel suitability.

· Work closely with digital, brand, design, marketing, data and analytics and supporter engagement teams to improve the supporter experience.

· Work closely with other internal teams needing email support, advising on strategy, best practice and channel suitability.

· Liaise with platform and technology partners to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement.

Platform & Technical Ownership

· Strong use of ESP platforms such as Dotdigital, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent to build and optimise emails and journeys.

· Support the development of templates, modules, reusable assets and stronger processes.

· Contribute to platform migrations or upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and improved capability.

· Identify and implement workflow improvements between the Supporter Experience and Data teams to increase effectiveness and reduce lead times for campaign deployment.

Training & Upskilling

· Champion email channel best practise to uphold high quality assurance and executional standards.

· Support the Email Channel Manager with upskilling and mentoring junior team members in email and channel best practice, automations, segmentation, project planning and supporter journeys.

· Create and maintain documentation of learnings, processes, ways of working and results where required.

Knowledge, skills and experience needed:

· Significant experience delivering email campaigns and automated journeys in a fundraising, marketing or digital environment.

· Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.

· Proven track record of improving performance through testing and optimisation.

· Experience working with data teams and segmentation logic.

· Familiarity with behavioural insights or loyalty‑building techniques.

· Strong understanding of email best‑practice, including accessibility, personalisation and UX.

· Knowledge of GDPR, PECR and data governance standards.

· Excellent copywriting and editing skills.

· Strong analytical skills with ability to turn insight into action.

· Have experience with interpreting and using reporting tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI, Lookerstudio or equivalent).

· Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

· Ability to work collaboratively across teams and managing stakeholders.

· Comfortable working autonomously, prioritising delivery.

· Proactive mindset, self-starter and passionate about customer-first communication.

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
