Working Well is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health, learning disabilities, neurodiversity, and/or complex issues through training and employment.

The focus of the role is to support clients to achieve their employment goals, engaging with employers and training providers to secure vocational outcomes in line with client preferences.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our commitment to supporting people to find the right job for them. Experience working with individuals affected by learning disabilities and autism would be beneficial. The successful candidate must be comfortable in approaching employers, persuading them to use our service, and working with them to recruit our clients to fill vacancies and sustain employment.
You will work closely with referring teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led. You will also be in working to targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.
We are operating a hybrid working model in our Kingston team, with a combination of working from home and in the community with a required 3 days per week spent in our Kingston office.

Working in partnership with the London Borough of Newham and East London Foundation Trust, IBIS House supports people who are medically fit for discharge from mental health inpatient stays but have other barriers to discharge. These may include housing, living skills, accessing benefits or the community, or other interventions and will be on a person-centred basis. The main aim of the service is to provide short-term support to customers to link with longer-term services to reduce escalations in need, and reduce inpatient readmission and reduce pressure on inpatient beds.
Waking Night Support Workers are responsible for ensuring continuity of this support service at night and for keeping service-users and the building safe. More specifically, you will:
Understand the concept of recovery and apply those principles to develop an environment and service that enhances recovery.
Put the customer at the centre of their support and promote optimism and hope for their increased independence
Provide intensive support (both practical and emotional) to customers as required
Shifts will be on a rota pattern and are from 22:00 to 08:00. Includes weekends and bank holidays.

We deliver independent, evidence-based activities to address socio-economic disadvantage. About the role:
This role is based in Norwich, as a Case Manager you will be:
Providing a high quality, end-to-end support service to the most vulnerable victims of complex crimes in particular Domestic Abuse. NAPAC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator to focus on marketing and selling our training programmes to external clients in public and private sectors. This entry-level (or above) role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals in the early stages of their career in business development, with a focus on promoting training solutions in the field of trauma support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an in-depth understanding of the sales process, a proactive attitude, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of survivors of childhood abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- With support, develop and implement a strategic business development plan to market and sell NAPAC's training programmes to external clients, including organisations, agencies, and professionals in fields such as policing, mental health, social work, education and others.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Embrace and enthusiastically engage in the sales pipeline process, from lead generation to closing deals, demonstrating persistence and determination to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive positioning strategies for NAPAC's training offerings.
- Promote NAPAC's training programmes through various channels, including direct outreach, networking events, conferences, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of NAPAC's training programmes and secure new business opportunities.
- Support internal coordination and communication with colleagues to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics related to sales pipeline, revenue targets, and client satisfaction to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to trauma support and survivor care to continuously improve and innovate our training offerings.

Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, psychology, social work or related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and the pipeline process, customer relationship management, and marketing concepts.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Passion for NAPAC's mission and a desire to contribute to the organization's impact in supporting survivors of childhood abuse.

About the Role:
This role involves both face to face and virtual support in a hybrid model of working. There is an expectation that you will do a mixture of working from home, our office in Old Street and in co-location at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
As a Hospital Independent Domestic and Sexual Violence Advocate you will:
- Implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.
- Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic and sexual abuse, delivering a premium service prioritised according to risk, primarily focusing on victim/survivors aged 16+
- Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC & local partnership responses to domestic and sexual abuse
- Run group training sessions, sharing your specialist knowledge with acute staff across the hospital
Please note that the successful applicant will be required to sign an honorary contract with the Hospital Trust in addition to their contract of employment.
You will need:
- knowledge of help-seeking barriers and support needs of victims of domestic and sexual abuse
- a good understanding of domestic & sexual abuse & its impact
- knowledge of risk assessment, safety planning & risk management for victims of domestic & sexual abuse
- understand safeguarding issues & the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues
- experience of service delivery to vulnerable people
- good communication, negotiation & advocacy skills, both written & verbal when interacting with a range of stakeholders
- have strong crisis management skills and the ability to deal with stressful and difficult situations
