- Growing and developing an established legacy programme

Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic Legacy Stewardship Manager role. This is a strategic position focusing on cultivating high-value relationships, enhancing stewardship programmes, and increasing engagement among high-net-worth individuals to support organisational growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive relationship-building strategies for high-value donors and pledgers.
- Deliver personalised stewardship across multiple channels, including tailored communications, events, and bespoke touchpoints.
- Identify and maximise opportunities for donor engagement, ensuring the timely and meaningful recognition of legacy pledges and commitments.
- Collaborate with fundraising and partnerships teams to deepen donor relationships and foster long-term loyalty.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value pledges, proactively maintaining contact and providing bespoke updates to supporters.
- Organise and run exclusive events and touchpoints that surprise and delight donors, fostering continued engagement.
- Track and report on stewardship activities, analysing engagement levels and identifying potential areas for growth.
- Maintain high emotional intelligence to adapt approaches based on individual donor needs and preferences.
- Ensure communication consistency, high quality, and alignment with organisational values and objectives.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in relationship management within fundraising, stewardship, or similar client-facing roles.
- Ability to build genuine relationships and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong emotional intelligence, with sensitivity to individual donor needs and motivations.
- Experience in managing multi-channel communication strategies, including personalised correspondence and events.
- Innovative and proactive approach to engagement, constantly seeking ways to surprise and delight supporters.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
- Calm, confident, and personable demeanour, capable of inspiring trust and loyalty.
- Experience in legacy or high-value stewardship roles is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop tailored strategies to foster long-term engagement.
