Job Description
The Partnership Officer will be a key member of The Hygiene Bank’s income generation team and wider central team, with a responsibility to help meet the needs of our existing partnerships and support in fulfilling the charity’s income generation plans and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the management of our brand and corporate partners, working with the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships. Your role will be to develop and deliver partnership strategies and stewardship plans for each account, to deliver against our objectives and meet income targets.

Work closely with the Head of Brands and Corporate Partnerships and to ensure the collaborative transition of new partners into account management, liaise with (Brand Coordinator/ Product Donation Manager) and Head of Fundraising, Communications and External Awareness and Head of Operations.

Identify and outreach to target brands and corporate partners, working to engage their support for the charity

Accurately forecast and manage expenditures for our partners, working with the Head of Brand and Corporate partnerships to create mitigation plans when necessary.

Meticulous record keeping, ensuring the pipeline and the opportunity database are current and up to date.

Contribute to the organisation and team's annual plans, strategies, and budgets.

Develop, monitor, and maintain systems and processes including Smartsheets and account management plans.

Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as newsletters, brochures, and partner impact reports.

About the role:
As an Area Manager, you’ll lead and support shop teams across your designated area, made up of paid and voluntary staff. You will take full accountability for the profit of a mixed portfolio of shops in the Surrey and Middlesex area; this accountability extends to all income streams and controllable shop expenses. You will also be instrumental in developing and delivering, through your shop teams, high levels of supporter experience through well-presented shops and excellent supporter service. You’ll work closely with the Head of Retail and other Hospice colleagues in the day to day running of the business and contribute to all future development.
This is a full time, field-based role. You will have an office base but the majority of the working week will be spent in shops with a need to travel daily between your shops. You’ll need to hold a current driving license (maximum 6 penalty points). The role also includes working ad hoc weekends, as needs of the business require.
About You:
This position would ideally suit an experienced Area Manager, with a background in charity. However, we welcome applications form Area Managers with a solid background and transferable skills from the retail industry.
With proven people management experience, you will be confident, friendly, and possess excellent communication skills coupled with a high degree of competence in IT skills.
You will be self-motivated, able to handle conflict, problem solve and develop working relationships at all levels. Additionally, you will be extremely well organised, flexible and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.

About the role
The Media Manager will be responsible for taking charge of the ITF’s global media strategy. We are looking for an experienced media relations professional who can further enhance and solidify ITF’s reputation as the global voice of transport workers and as an authoritative voice in the transport industry and global trade union movement.
We’re seeking an experienced media relations manager, preferably with international experience and with established media relationships amongst leading international media.
You will be part of team responsible for delivering solidarity and support to local, national and global disputes, building communications that reinforce the critical role transport workers play, developing strategies to support union-led policies on everything from health and safety to sustainability, and raising the volume on the global struggle to advance the rights and equalities of the world’s transport workers.
Your role will be pivotal for securing media coverage that raises awareness of the work and priorities of the ITF internationally across broadcast, print, online media, and trade press.
This hands-on role, will lead on developing, implementing and advancing ITF’s global media relations strategy. The Media Manager will also provide strategic advice and coaching to ITF’s leadership on proactive and reactive media strategies, as well as strategic guidance and support for other members of the ITF’s multi-disciplinary communications team.

We’re looking for a Challenge Events Manager to join our Sports and Challenge Events Team managing an innovative and evolving portfolio of mass participation events, including the mighty London Marathon.

Development Director
Main Purpose and Scope of the Role
The Development Director will be a key part of the Action4Youth Senior Management Team, contributing to strategic development of the whole organisation and taking responsibility for the leadership and management of all aspects of business development, sales, fundraising, marketing and communications.
The Development Director will ensure development to support the Strategic and Operational Plans in order to achieve growth, sustainability and stability and to support the Action4Youth core offer i.e. programme delivery and outdoor education.
Because Action4Youth is a relatively small organisation, teams are small and this means that even senior members of the team like Directors may have to cover for a team member when on leave or generally help out as necessary to achieve targets.
