Citizens Advice Knowsley is funded by the Money and Pensions Service to deliver debt and money advice. We are looking to recruit a Deputy Debt Advice Quality Manager to be part of the Greater Merseyside Money Advice Partnership (GMMAP) Quality team.
Reporting to the Project Manager and Quality Manager and working closely with our Delivery Partners you will be responsible for maintaining the provision of consistent good quality debt advice. You will work as part of the GMMAP Quality Team to support the implementation and ongoing facilitation of project quality assurance and improvement processes. You will work collaboratively with the project management team to inform and support contract compliance, identifying good practice and sharing learning with delivery suppliers.
The job allows for hybrid working with travel when required throughout the Liverpool City Region & Warrington to various GMMAP sites.

The role
This role empowers people to take control of their health and wellbeing, focusing on ‘what matters to me’. Working closely with the wider clinical team, this role takes a holistic approach to an individual's health and wellbeing, giving time and connecting people to the assets available to them.
The candidate
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the existing team, extending the current personalised care to a wider patient population. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to be a good listener, have time for people, be committed to supporting local communities to care for each other and reduce health inequalities.
You should have experience of working positively with people facing complex social and emotional challenges in either a paid or voluntary capacity; inspiring trust, building confi dence and motivating. You will have great interpersonal skills; be empathetic, resilient and be able to maintain eff ective working relationships with partners across the sectors.

Around 200,000 Ukrainians have arrived in the UK since Ukraine was invaded in early 2022. Settled's Ukraine Advice Service is at the forefront of providing expert immigration advice on Ukraine visa schemes and related matters. This post will bring much needed additional capacity to a small, very busy team. In this post you will use your expertise to respond promptly and compassionately to Ukrainian citizens pre- and post-arrival in the UK and their family members; providing free, high-quality, responsive information, advice and support services in relevant languages to secure their right to remain in the UK. You will also work effectively with volunteers, referral partners and Ukrainian communities throughout the UK.
