Key Roles and Duties

In this exciting role you will be responsible for raising unrestricted income from individuals by planning and executing the day-to-day campaigns to recruit, engage and retain supporters through a range of channels.

More specifically this will include:

Strategic Planning and Implementation

Plan, lead, implement, and evaluate strategies to:

• Increase individual gifts through enhancing the donor journey.
• Boost the monthly giving 'thrive fund' programme.
• Develop new individual giving campaigns with a focus on direct marketing across various channels.

Donor Data Analysis and Segmentation

Analyse and segment the supporter base to develop targeted supporter journeys and ask strategies, using donor data from our CRM (Salesforce) to:

• Maximise the lifetime value of donors.
• Ensure effective use of supporter data for campaign purposes.

Stewardship and Donor Engagement

Manage donor stewardship to provide personalised and engaging communications, including:

• Producing supporter materials.
• Building a thanking programme that offers a personal and engaging donor experience.
• Collaborating with colleagues to identify individual stories for impactful campaign content.
• Ensure all activities and contacts are managed through the charity’s CRM system.
• Maximise gift aid opportunities.

Campaign and Material Management

Work closely with the Communications Manager to:

• Create campaigns.
• Generate publicity opportunities e.g. radio, newspaper, online etc.
• Engage ambassadors and campaign specific ambassadors.
• Collect and draft beautiful stories, testimonies and case studies that engage supporters.
• Manage the production of supporter materials.
• Assist in developing Mailchimp email marketing and analyse and evaluate user journeys to maximise impact.

 Innovation and Market Trends

Lead the charge in:

• Coming up with new ideas and initiatives to bolster individual giving.
• Managing a continuous cycle of testing for new channels and techniques for acquisition and retention, based on audience insight and sector trends.

 General:

• Collaborate and communicate well with team members and particularly line manager. 
• We are a small dynamic team; the post holder will work over many areas offering lots of opportunity to work with staff in different departments and learn about the different aspects of charity.
• To recruit and manage interns and volunteers to support your work.

Role Requirements

We are looking for the right person to join the team – this could be someone with experience or someone who is willing to learn and has a strong transferrable skill set.

You will have:

• Effective campaign copy writing and ability to translate ideas into design briefs.
•  A minimum level of skill in graphic design (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Canva). 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse audiences in friendly and welcoming way in keeping with WONDER’s approach to empowerment. 
• A commitment to WONDER Foundation’s vision, mission and approach.

Desirable skills and experience:

•  Experience of income generation from direct marketing campaigns (acquisition and/or retention) across a variety of digital channels for acquisition and retention. 
• Experience of project management to deliver acquisition or retention campaigns within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Experience of using databases for targeting, segmentation, testing and response analysis and how to apply these learnings to future campaigns.
• Knowledge of Charity Law, Data Protection, Fundraising Code of Practice, and other relevant marketing or fundraising standards across the UK.
• Language skills in Spanish or French (key languages of our overseas partners).

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our team.  This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Development Team and make a significant contribution to delivery of the charity’s high quality services to children and young people, providing them with opportunities and inspiration to enable them to achieve their potential, create a positive future for themselves and open doors to their success.

If you are self-motivated, enthusiastic and confident with experience in successfully securing, managing and developing partnerships from initial prospect research through to contracting and ongoing management, then this role is for you. Working alongside the Director of Business Development and Partnerships, you will support and contribute to the charity’s business development strategy with responsibility for managing activity including raising funds for Inspire from a range of sources including corporate partnerships, community fundraising, trusts and foundations.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

1. Writing and submitting applications for new funding to statutory bodies, trusts, foundations and corporates.

2. Researching funding opportunities, competitors and market trends.

3. Developing and maintaining an annual calendar of community fundraising activities.

4. Identifying new business development opportunities and developing a pipeline of opportunities and proposals.

5. Management and growth of Inspire's entry to mid-level corporate partnerships.

6. Working with delivery team colleagues to ensure funders’ reports are completed on time and to a high standard.

As our Director of Service Transformation, you will lead the exciting next phase of transforming our charity’s services to reach more disabled children, young people and their families. What you will be doing as the Director of Service Transformation:

• Lead and execute services strategies and plans that extend and transform the impact and financial sustainability of the charity’s services and support for disabled children, young people and their families. 
• Lead the design, development and sales of innovative new service models and the scaling of existing services.
• Work closely with the other executive directors and leadership team to achieve the generation of an annual financial surplus to reinvest in Kids. 
• Ensure the quality and safe delivery of all Kids’ services. 
• Ensure effective budget management underpins service development and delivery.  Ensure contracts and tenders are commercially negotiated and regularly monitored. Work with colleagues to identify and achieve necessary margins on contracts and projects for financial sustainability. 
• Inspire and lead a high performing services team; support colleagues to test, learn and adapt as the charity evolves and transforms its digital and in-person support offer.
• Be an inspiring, visible and collegiate leader and team player who works across team boundaries to help drive organisational change and nurture colleagues’ ability to perform at their best.

Duties and responsibilities
• Responsibility for managing Action Tutoring’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube). Purpose of the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will implement and help develop a new digital marketing strategy, crucial to the ongoing development of ArtsEd’s profile and reputation and the successful delivery of all our programmes.

Understanding the needs of current and prospective students and pupils and their parents, and being able to identify digital plans and initiatives which will enable ArtsEd to meet both the long and short-term needs is a central aspect of the role.

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead in the planning and implementation of digitally creative and customer focused campaigns and will be responsible for the achievement of student and pupil recruitment targets. They will work closely with senior staff and the rest of the Marketing team to deliver highly effective experiences to all stakeholders and potential stakeholders.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the continuing development of ArtsEd’s online profile amongst all of our target audiences, including high-level industry connections, potential supporters and the local community, alongside potential students, pupils and parents.

In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that ArtsEd’s messaging is consistent, innovative and compelling across all platforms.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
• Use digital marketing expertise to create effective user funnels to optimise conversion rates, tracking user behaviour in order to refine processes.

• Collaborate closely with staff across the organisation to identify storytelling opportunities to ensure a full understanding of ArtsEd’s broad range of target audiences.

• Set up digital advertising campaigns through Meta, Google Ads and other platforms

• Utilise excellent graphic design skills to collaborate with the team on the design and delivery of different digital campaigns for all stakeholder groups. This will include mass e-mails, social media posts and digital collateral as required.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Monitor social media communications (both comments on posts and direct messages) and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.

Design & Brand

• Be a guardian of the ArtsEd brand, ensuring correct and effective use of our branding and house style both internally and externally.
• Ensure all digital information is accurate, up to date and relevant.
• Ensure ArtsEd embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion through all digital marketing touchpoints.
• Develop and manage image library including liaising with relevant staff to select images, co-ordinating in-house photography and film requirements, up-dating plasma screen and fulfilling external requests for images.
• Ensure all touchpoints communicate ArtsEd visual identity. Working with the wider Marketing team to review and implement ArtsEd brand architecture structure on digital platforms

Graphic Design

• Create print and digital advertising material using Canva or similar software.
• Design and create in-house digital signage and support the Marketing Officer where needed.
• Support the print production process, liaising with printers and publications, proof reading and adapting print collateral as required.

Recruitment

• Lead on the implementation and delivery of a robust digital marketing strategy to optimise student and pupil recruitment across the whole organisation. This will include:
• Building on existing digital activity to maximise its reach and impact against all of our target audiences, including digital and associated print advertising.
• Managing an associated  programme of recruitment focused events and activities, both virtual and face-to-face, to raise our profile and to maximise our enquires, registrations, applications and acceptances across all of our activities.
• Supporting the relevant teams in the delivery of this programme, which will include existing activity e.g. Day School and Sixth Form Open Days, degree audition days and our outreach programme.
• To programme our email marketing conversion communication using software Mailer Lite/MailChimp
• Overseeing the production of all marketing collateral.

Social Media

• Overseeing the planning and delivery of a social media plan that aligns with and enhances all strands of the marketing and communications strategy
• Create engaging and content drive social media assets.
• Oversee and a schedule the delivery of day-to-day social media content
• Work with the marketing officer to Launch as short form video content strategy for all platforms with aligns with the Marketing and organisations strategy.
• Be the expert in understanding movements regarding social networks ensuring ArtsEd has a presence and brand building content on the right platforms.
• To have responsibility for all digital advertising, including social paid adverts.

Invisible Palace is currently looking for a Youth Support Worker to join an established circus project that works with local a primary school and youth partners in the Bromley and Lewisham areas of London.

Your experience does not necessarily need to be in a school or youth work setting, but could be working or volunteering in youth groups, sports coaching, after school clubs or the care sector.

You will need to have availability during late afternoon and early evening and during school holidays, these are the times when activities on the circus programme take place.

Job Description - Freelance Youth Support Worker

• Freelance contract of up to 8 hours per week at £18 per hour for an estimated 44 weeks of the year.
• Available after school, early evening, and school holidays.
• Attend after school club sessions periodically to understand the needs of participants and support participation in the wider circus programme, currently Wednesday evenings 10 weeks per term.
• Attend taster sessions for youth groups to understand the needs of participants and support participation in the wider circus programme, usually afternoon sessions during half term or summer holidays.
• Have a supportive and encouraging attitude, to inspire trust and good communication with young people and families.
• Identify needs of young people and support those needs to minimise barriers to participation in the circus programme.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to young people as they navigate challenges and pursue their goals within the programme.
• Support young people directly with travel to and from sessions at local circus school using bus, taxi, or with volunteer drivers. Usually early evenings.
• Support young people with additional behavioural needs during sessions this may involve attending after school session more frequently.
• Work closely with colleagues from Invisible Palace and partner organisations to support good and clear communication for the benefit of young people taking part in activities.

This is a key new role in the Grants, Community and Corporate Partnerships Unit to help maximise corporate and community partnership opportunities and help scale up this growing income stream for future years.  This locally based role will support current partnerships (including golf clubs, churches, schools and local corporates) as well as scoping new opportunities across Surrey. Representing Eikon in person at events, meetings, exhibitions as well event coordination are important components of this the role. Responsibilities

1. Account Management

• Day to day/ support account management of select corporate and community partnerships. This will be agreed with their manager per partnership (who will retain leadership), but could include:
  • General stewardship including thanking and recording information on our CRM database (Donorfy) and shared drives.
  • Representing the unit at local level events and/ or delivering marketing materials to community partners.
  • Regular communication including calls, meetings and sharing reports, presentations and other updates
• Being key relationship holder for select local corporate partnerships and community groups such as primary schools, churches, supermarkets, amateur sports clubs
• Database admin including checking opportunity pipelines and reporting requirements 
• Supporting individuals from companies or community groups to fundraise for us

2. Income generation

• Mapping (desktop research) of corporate and community opportunities across Surrey to support unit’s business development plans
• Management of a pipeline of golf clubs, making timely approaches to help the unit secure new captains’ charities
• Support role on larger corporate and community partnership pitches. 

3. Event support

• Event management and/ or support for events across the unit. 
• Represent Eikon at local external events such as conferences, expos, fetes and fairs.
• Actively seeking prize donations for auctions, raffles and events
• Attending community led fundraising events such as quizzes or mufti days run by corporate & community organisations.

4. Marketing, Communications and relationships

• Support and liaise with the Marketing and Communications team to deliver relevant and effective content and materials as well as maximising social media opportunities for corporate and community groups
• Coordinate bespoke mass communications to corporate and community groups e.g. appeals, reports and updates.

5. Strategy

• Contribute to Development Team strategies, annual plans and budgets
