About the role

As Surrey Programme Manager, you'll manage, advise and support our  Pathways Coordinators in schools and other partner organisations. Your main goal is to make sure our programme is fully integrated and highly effective in schools and with partners across Surrey.

Please note that although this is a remote role, there will be significant weekly travel across Surrey so applicants should be based in Surrey or within easy commutable distance.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support, development, training, management and motivation to MCR staff in schools and other partner organisations

• Support school integration of the programme and a consistently high quality standard of programme delivery

• Develop and support partnerships with the Local Councils, further and higher education institutions, local business and all MCR stakeholders

• Provide analysis of programme performance, impact and development

We’re looking for a highly organised and people-centred People & Operations Officer to help keep Community Action Redbridge smoothly and ensuring that our team has the right environment, tools, and resources to thrive. 

This role combines office coordination, HR administration, and health and safety responsibilities, helping to create a welcoming, efficient, and inclusive workplace where everyone can perform at their best. Acting as the first point of contact in our office, you will take pride in maintaining a well-managed and productive space, overseeing office systems, liaising with suppliers, and supporting internal communications. You will also play a key role in organising meetings and team events, supporting internal processes, and ensuring that our administrative systems are robust and well maintained.

In addition, you’ll support the smooth running of our people systems and processes - from recruitment and onboarding to HR record-keeping and policy guidance, becoming a trusted go-to person for staff queries. You will also contribute to creating a safe working environment by supporting health and safety compliance.

Please note that while there may be occasional flexibility, due to the nature of the role, this post is designed to be primarily office-based. The role is part-time (28 hours per week), and these hours can be worked over four or five days, depending on your preference.

About the role

Reporting in to the Senior Finance Business Partner, the Finance Manager will proactively develop and manage key business and finance systems and processes within the MCC Hub that effectively supports the Multi Country Cluster (MCC) business model.

Some of the main areas of responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:

• Ensure that procedures are followed, and standards are met from MCC programme teams and that there is consistency across the MCC Hub in terms of operations and business and financial controls, checks and balances meeting organisational values and goals.
• Manage the MCC Hub finance officers creating an environment of continuous learning, motivating the team to align with organisational values and goals. 
• Ensure systems support the agreed corporate strategies and the MCC programmes core business delivers high quality impact and consistency. 
• Lead the annual budgeting process within the MCC programme and professionally supervise specific finance, HR and administration staff within MCC Hub. 
• Contribute to, and where appropriate lead on, cross-programme tasks related to the area of work proactively identifying opportunities to drive meaningful change. 
• To improve the capacity of Christian Aid programme staff to understand and uphold both Christian Aid's and institutional donors' financial policies and procedures and proactively manage contracts and risk within the project and programme. 
• In collaboration with other colleagues ensure budgets are prepared and monitored for partners and relevant institutional donor funded programmes. 
• Responsibility for managing key internal and external relationships with auditors, legal providers, consultants among others.
• Liaison on financial matters across MCC Hub ensuring consistency and accuracy is maintained. 
• Monitoring and analyses of all financial areas of the MCC programme at regular intervals and presented; this includes providing programme financial reports to the Finance department in London with a detailed commentary indicating areas of variance and concern. 

About you

• Professional CCAB finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) or part qualified 
• Substantial experience in financial management, budgeting, and compliance
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
• Demonstrable experience supervising finance teams and supporting capacity development
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and donor requirements
• Proficiency with financial management systems (e.g. SunSystems) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and risk management
• Knowledge of restricted funds management and grant compliance
• Highly developed skills in financial analysis, planning, and problem-solving
• Ability to build effective relationships and communicate financial information to non-finance audiences
• Understanding foreign exchange accounting

Desirable:

About the role 

Breast Cancer Now is looking for a digital product operations manager to ensure our digital platforms remain robust, secure and high performing, enabling us to deliver excellent user experiences to everyone who needs our support.

You’ll play a pivotal role in our digital product operations, overseeing the health and performance of our main website (built on Umbraco CMS) and supporting other digital platforms where needed. Working closely with our managed service providers for hosting and infrastructure, you’ll manage updates, coordinate technical improvements and maintain compliance. Your work will be critical in building strong, reliable foundations for our digital strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented digital team, external agencies and internal stakeholders to keep our platforms healthy, future-ready and delivering impact for people affected by breast cancer.

About you 

You’ll have proven experience managing digital platforms and working with developers, with a strong understanding of CMS platforms, hosting, APIs, security and performance optimisation. Familiarity with technical SEO, accessibility standards (WCAG), analytics tools and release management will be key.

We are looking for someone with experience of working with communities and a passion for delivering climate solutions which improve people’s lives. Do you enjoy working with diverse groups of people to help deliver projects which work for them? Are you excited to work with communities to unblock delivery of innovative local clean energy and heat projects that cut emissions and energy poverty, and empower communities to take control of their energy and heat provision? As our new Community Heat and Energy Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering our major new community heat and energy workstrand. You’ll work with local communities and expert research partners to move forward local renewable energy projects which help power clean heat solutions at three different sites in England, as well as developing ways to remove barriers to delivering this type of project, such as supplying energy locally and matching supply and demand.

• Contract: 16 months at 4.5 days per week (or a nine-day fortnight if preferred). We are not accepting applications for job shares for this role. While we would like to extend the contract beyond 16 months, as this is a grant-funded role, we cannot currently offer this.

• Work status: We don’t have a sponsor licence, so we're unable to provide sponsorship for a work visa, and candidates are required to hold the right to work for the duration of the contract.

• Salary: £39,200 for a 4.5 day week (pro-rata’d from £43,556 FTE). This is band C3 on our pay scale. 

• Location: Some of the role will be site-specific. We are therefore open to candidates based anywhere in the UK, although some travel to project sites will be required, and there will be an  occasional requirement to attend our Camden office, although you would be welcome to work there more often.

• Working hours: 0.9 FTE, i.e. 4.5 days per week or a 9 day fortnight. Our core working days are Tuesday and Wednesdays, when all staff are required to work. 

• Managed by: Head of Aviation, Heat and Energy.

• Works closely with: Possible’s Head of Comms, Digital Comms and Engagement Manager and Fundraising Manager, as well as key external partners including community energy groups.

• Ideal starting date: December 2025/January 2026

Much of our work is directly associated, and aligned with various NHS Mental Health Services programmes. This is an exciting, career opportunity for someone with solid relevant experience together with some awareness and/or lived experience in mental ill-health. The mental health and wellbeing of the communities across Hampshire is our top priority and we are investing in strengthening our service delivery teams.

We are looking for a Wellbeing Area Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to join us to support our front-line teams on an administrative, operational and wellbeing level.

Responsible for the management, running and awareness of the Core Wellbeing Service in Basingstoke and the associated Primary Care Network (PCN) teams. This includes outreach in surrounding areas, providing recovery focused groups and courses and 1 to 1s to service users using hybrid methods, ensuring accessibility and providing regular service updates and reports in line with the contract service specification.

At HCT, we know healthcare should work for everyone – but too often, it doesn’t. We’ve proven what’s possible: our work on hepatitis C has transformed services nationally, and we’re expanding into cancer prevention, harm reduction, needle exchange, and many other areas. We’re also at the forefront of the fight for justice for those affected by the Infected Blood scandal.

We’re looking for someone who can bring creativity, confidence, and passion to help us shift policy and public attitudes, amplify the voices of marginalised communities, and hold government to account. This is a pivotal moment for us organisationally as we seek to drive major change for the communities we work with, from drug policy to criminal justice to infected blood. The successful candidate will have excellent partnership-building skills across Government, VCS, NHS and Whitehall; have a strong focus on social justice; and have a real belief in the power of working closely with communities.

As Head of Policy & Advocacy, you will:

• Lead bold campaigns that influence government, shift public debate, and secure justice for excluded communities, including those affected by the Infected Blood scandal.
• Champion health equity: keeping hepatitis C elimination, harm reduction, and wider inclusion health issues firmly on the national agenda.
• Amplify lived experience by ensuring our campaigns, media work, and policy influencing are shaped by and centred on the voices of our teams and communities.
• Build power through partnerships: working with partner charities, health leaders, and campaigners to push for systemic change.
• Shape and oversee communications: from press engagement to social media — making sure our messages cut through and inspire action.
• Guide and support colleagues: line managing our Senior Policy & Campaigns Officer and playing an active role in our senior management team.

About The Hepatitis C Trust

The Hepatitis C Trust (HCT) work with people who face severe health inequalities, including people who have hepatitis C and other health needs. With almost 500 staff and volunteers, we are the biggest lived experience organisation working in Inclusion Health in the UK. Our teams work in every community NHS area and in every prison in England, conducting outreach and providing a link between NHS services and the people they struggle to engage. We also work in parts of Scotland and Wales.

Local peer-led bereavement support is a core part of what we do here at Sands. This is primarily delivered by Support Groups and Sands United football teams run by dedicated volunteers right across the UK, most of whom are bereaved themselves. There are 84 Groups and 40 Sands United team across the UK who provide safe and welcoming spaces to be there for each other.

This is a high-profile and exciting new role which is responsible for ensuring that anyone affected by baby loss or the death of a baby has the chance to access Sands peer led activities in the south of England, promoting sport and activities for health, wellbeing and support services and groups, ensuring that all sections of the community are aware of available activities and where they can go to be part of the community.

The Foundation donates £6-7 million a year in operational grants and funds a diverse portfolio of charities in the UK and Israel. Its focus areas include strengthening the UK Jewish and Brighton communities, creating a more cohesive society in Israel and mainstreaming a preventative approach to health.

One of the Foundation’s Senior Grants Managers is going on maternity leave and so they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Grants Manager to join their small, dynamic team.

The Senior Grants Manager will cover a diverse portfolio of charities across the Foundation’s key funding areas, with a focus on health (including mental health) and the UK Jewish community. Supporting grantees over a multi-year journey to helping them achieve their goals, the Senior Grants Manager will need to be an excellent relationship-builder, with a strong knowledge of philanthropy, and a dedication to enhancing impact through effective grant-making.

Key responsibilities

• Grant Management & Compliance: Oversee all stages of the grant lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Foundation guidelines, values, and objectives.
• Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with grantees, charities, and non-profit organisations, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor grantee outcomes, assess programme effectiveness, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and board members, highlighting impact and progress.

The Senior Grants Manager will have at least 5 years’ experience in grant management, preferably within a philanthropic private foundation, carrying out grant assessments and grant reports. The successful candidate will have a strong level of analytical skills and strong experience of working with a grant management database (The Bloom Foundation uses Blackbaud). You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely and the ability to think strategically, connecting the dots across a grantee’s organisational journey. You will have good relationship building skills and a high level of diplomacy and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment. You will be proficient in office software packages, including MS Office and Excel and confident working accurately with figures.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player. You will be interested in and committed to contributing to the overall success of a small and highly motivated organisation with a versatile and flexible approach and a “can do” attitude.

The role is based in a modern, vibrant office in Camden on the canal, with 4 days from the office / 1 day from home hybrid policy. There will be some evening events, and some travel involved nationally to visit grantees. You will be joining a dedicated and enthusiastic fundraising team where you will be personally responsible for managing a portfolio of individual relationships. You will cultivate, solicit and manage a portfolio of major donor prospects (this includes holding regular face-to-face meetings) to secure significant donations towards our themes of Climate, Health, Creative and Campus.

Degree-educated or with equivalent qualifications/experience, you must have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in fundraising or relationship management.
