About This Role
As the Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will play a key role in managing and developing Smart Works’ relationships with corporate supporters. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Partnerships and Fundraising team to deliver an ambitious income target and provide outstanding experiences for our partners.
You will manage your own portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring each relationship delivers value, impact, and long-term engagement. Working alongside the wider team, you’ll also support the delivery of larger, strategic partnerships and take the lead on coordinating corporate volunteering initiatives — liaising with partners and internal teams to create meaningful and well-organised experiences.
In addition to managing existing relationships, you’ll play an active part in growing our corporate partnerships portfolio. This will include supporting new business development activity, researching opportunities within priority sectors, and managing inbound partnership queries and donations. You’ll also collaborate with the Philanthropy Lead to help deliver cultivation events that strengthen our network of high-value supporters.

The Head of Fundraising will lead all fundraising activities, overseeing the full spectrum of income generation to support our mission of empowering young people through football and education. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strategic Fundraising Leadership
o Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow income across all streams, aligning with the Foundation’s goals.

Auditory Verbal UK (AVUK) is an award-winning charity that wants all deaf children to have the same opportunities in life as their hearing peers. It supports deaf babies and children to learn to listen and speak with Auditory Verbal therapy and provides internationally accredited training in Auditory Verbal practice for health and education professionals. Overview
Working with the Head of Fundraising, you will play a key role in securing income from corporate partners and major donors to support AVUK’s bold 10-year plan. These partnerships are central to our long-term strategy to transform the landscape of Auditory Verbal provision, ensuring that every family who wants their child to learn to listen and talk can access a publicly funded Auditory Verbal programme in their local area.
This role requires experience in relationship fundraising, ideally working with businesses and/or major donors, and a strong ability to build rapport and trust. Corporate partnerships strategy
- With support and guidance from the Head of Fundraising, lead the development and delivery of AVUK’s corporate partnerships strategy in support of our overall fundraising goals.

Business development & income generation

About Us
The Bike Project is an award-winning charity which refurbishes second hand bikes and donates them to refugees. We were founded in 2013 by, Jem Stein, after he struck up a friendship and found a bike for Adam, a Darfuri refugee who had fled his home in Sudan after war broke out.
The Bike Project has grown into a national operation with new CEO, hundreds of volunteers, a team of 20 committed staff, roadshows in different cities, an online shop and two workshops, one in the capital and one in Birmingham.
To date we have supported over 15,000 refugees and people seeking asylum by giving them a second-hand bike. In addition, we have supported hundreds through our programmes designed to build confidence and build friendships in the local community.
Duites and Responsibilities
This role will provide maternity cover for an initial period of 12 months, with the potential for a 1–2 month extension. It will focus on developing new corporate partnerships and managing relationships with our existing corporate supporters.The role holder will work closely with the Chief Executive and Head of Fundraising, Marketing and Retail to ensure a strategic approach to the development and management of relationships with our corporate partners, enabling us to maximise the potential from them.

The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and high net worth individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. There is huge scope to develop both income streams at Guts UK, as this is the first dedicated position covering these income streams.
With some fantastic corporate partnerships in place already, there is great potential to build on the existing foundations and leverage those corporate partnerships to secure more ranging from transactional right up to transformational.
The philanthropy function has green shoots to nurture and develop. This is an exciting role for a candidate who wants to grow and shape this income stream, and demonstrate their personal impact on generating income, and providing donors with an incredible supporter experience.
This specialist manager role would suit someone who is already operating at a senior fundraiser or manager level, or someone who can demonstrate experience of developing a corporate and/or major donor pipeline, creating operational plans and delivering income. Guts UK is a small charity with big ambition so a background that includes working within a smaller charity would be helpful for the candidate to have but isn't essential.
This is one role advertised twice to ensure candidates across both hybrid locations can apply. Job Summary
Working with the Senior Corporate Partnership Manager, this role supports high-value corporate partnerships through engagement, stewardship, and identifying new opportunities aligned with the charity’s goals. Key Responsibilities
- Support with high value corporate partnerships, including the delivery of employee engagement activities and communications, fundraising events and challenges
- Manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships, delivering first class stewardship and identifying and maximising opportunities for wider engagement
