About you

As our High Value Engagement Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing high- quality communication materials to engage donors and partners with our mission. Reporting directly to the Senior High Value Engagement Manager, you'll lead the charge in crafting persuasive narratives and producing captivating content that showcases our impact on children and communities. Your work will focus on fundraising priorities, including flexible funding streams and emergency appeals, allowing us to adapt and respond swiftly to the most pressing needs.

Working in an environment of agile, multi-disciplinary teams, you'll be a great collaborator, building strong relationships and cutting through boundaries, in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. What will an average day look like?

Every day is different in our team, but here are some of the things you can expect to do in this role:

• Lead strategic initiatives to support High Value Engagement and Partnerships & Philanthropy strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior High Value Engagement Manager to inform and deliver team objectives.
• Create inspiring written communications tailored to high-value audiences, highlighting fundraising priorities and impactful stories.
• Develop timely fundraising materials to support priority asks, including emergency communications and high-priority proposals.
• Design professional materials using InDesign and develop engaging digital products such as scrolling stories, to enhance donor engagement.
• Collaborate with the Digital team to drive the development of new digital products and maximise their impact in connecting donors and partners to our work with children.
• Devise innovative strategies to engage donors and partners, leveraging insights from various teams and organisations.
• Provide writing, proofing, and editorial support, and proactively share best practice to ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging across all communications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of producing high-quality, and persuasive communication materials that have succeeded in demonstrating impact and influenced an outcome.
• Ability to translate complex program information into compelling communications for diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling information.
• Proficiency in InDesign and other relevant software for creating visually appealing documents.
• Excellent project management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.

Ways of Working:

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Engagement Manager to head up our Digital Team, taking the lead on driving forward the organisation’s digital marketing and communications. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop and deliver the digital elements of the wider marketing and communications strategy, and line manage senior officers who lead the operations and development of our website, social media, email marketing and paid advertising activities.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to cover parental leave. 

The successful candidate will have accountability for several key areas of operational delivery of BITC’s programmes across England, Scotland and Wales. This role will ensure the high quality and consistency of performance through these aspects of operational delivery and development, working closely with businesses, internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team, delivering programmes and contractual obligations across their patch. The post holder will lead on driving programme/contractual performance (both KPI’s and financial) motivating and inspiring the team.  They will also have responsibility for ensuring continued funding from key partners and securing new income; monitoring and reporting on this important activity as it contributes to BITC's vision within a set geographical area or programme/project areas.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of:

· Working with business, schools and/or community organisations to create beneficial relationships

· Providing leadership, motivation and development for a dispersed team to achieve excellent results for businesses and beneficiaries

This is a fixed term contract for approximately 10 months to cover parental leave. 

The location is flexible - candidates can be based at home or at their nearest BITC office.

The salary level for this role reflects the contractual location and the programme funding.  The salary range is £33,120 to 41,000 per annum (regional) and £36,225 to £44,000 London office based. 

The role is full-time - 35 hours per week.

The Talent Set are delighted to be working with Dementia UK to find their Marketing Communications Planning Manager. 

Dementia UK offer hybrid working between their office location and home, with requirements of working from their office 1-2 days per week. Salary for this role is between £40-45k per year.

The Marketing Communications Planning Manager is responsible for planning and ensuring the delivery of a strategically aligned plan for the Marketing and Communications Team. Collaborating with others, the post holder will ensure the delivery of insight-led campaigns, planned for the right audience, across the right channel, delivering effective content and messages in the most impactful way.

Working with the Marketing and Brand Lead, they will play a key role in setting our communications priorities and planning key organisational communication ‘moments’, such as our brand campaigns and World Alzheimer’s Month. The post holder will manage the delivery of these campaigns, as well as be a central point of contact for colleagues in projects requiring support across our Marketing, Digital and Media Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop channel strategies – working with the Marketing and Brand Lead, plan and execute campaigns, determining which platforms would have the most impact and working with relevant colleagues to adapt assets to suit the channel they’re being used on.

· Manage marketing and planning briefs – for priority projects, be the first point of contact for marketing briefs, refining briefs, advising colleagues on channel strategies and liaising with Marcomms teams to deliver campaigns and content.

· Manage the organisational communication calendar – work with teams across the charity to agree and implement quarterly external communication priorities, enabling us to be more joined up in our comms planning.

· Manage key brand and marketing campaigns – responsible for leading key brand and marketing campaigns, including; writing key messaging, managing project groups; having oversight of activity and working with channel leads (eg social media, email, design, media) and creative team to deliver the activity.

· Build our bank of insight and research – analyse results from marketing activity, interrogate our brand tracker monthly results, follow the latest trends and monitor what other charities are doing.

· Report on results – gather data on campaign results and create reports to show what worked and what was less effective for different audiences and channels.

· Project management – monitor cost, timescales and resources, assessing and recommending actions where variances from the plan occur.

· Agency management – manage external agencies in delivering campaigns and content.

Person Specification:

· Experience of marketing communications planning and managing integrated marketing, digital and communications campaigns.

· Managing and delivering against budgets and reporting on KPIs.

· Understanding of the needs of internal and external stakeholders, and using audience insight to deliver effective strategies.

About this role

The Digital Acquisition Officer is a key member of the Mass Engagement team and part of the wider Development team. The Mass Engagement team exists to raise awareness of Reprieve’s work, shift public opinion and to inspire support. Your role will be to engage members of the public, grow the Reprieve’s community and help establish our supporter base.

It is an exciting time for our team, as we launch their first mass engagement strategy to promote the long-term growth of the programme. Digital fundraising boomed between 2020 and 2021 but has faced challenges in 2022 and 2023. As we launch our new strategy, we are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual, keen to try new things and learn through testing, excited about communicating Reprieve’s work to our supporters and inspiring them to donate.

You will be key to the acquisition of new supporters, leading on developing and managing lead generation across our platforms, building paid for and organic content, and developing new and innovative ways to engage supporters with the support of the Head of Digital and Mass Engagement.

As a small team we have a collaborative and “all hands on deck” approach, ready to step in and support each other. This means at times you will support on our retention and stewardship work, as well as helping the wider Development Team when needed.

You will share our commitment to fighting racism and advancing racial justice, as well as help craft comms that can take supporters with us on this work whilst ensuring we do this in a way that does not compound racist structures.

Contract, location and salary

This is a full-time, fixed term 18 month contract with the possibility of extension dependent on funding. The salary is £40,964 plus up to 5% employee matched pension contribution.

Prospectus is delighted to be working with Hand in Hand International in their search for a Marketing Officer to raise the organisation’s visibility and support its growth. This is a part-time (3-days a week) opportunity, based in London (Hybrid)

At Hand in Hand, they can help women beat the odds and succeed as entrepreneurs. The money women earn and the confidence they gain changes everything. Whole families and communities rise with them. Since 2003, from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe, Hand in Hand helped 4.6 million women launch small businesses that can stand the test of time. Some are smallholder farmers learning to stand up to climate change. Some are refugees starting a new life after running from conflict.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Officer will craft exciting, engaging digital and social media content that deliver results for a range of audiences. The postholder will create and edit web pages using WordPress and deliver targeted paid-for advertising campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. The new Marketing Officer will act as marketing lead for Hand in Hand’s corporate partners, including social content, drafting blogs, and editing pitches, working closely with the fundraising team.

To be successful, you will have marketing experience either in an in-house, or agency role, with excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills. You will be a competent digital marketer, with experience using digital marketing tools, and design software. You will be an effective and thoughtful communicator, able to build effective relationships with colleagues and corporate donors. It is desirable, but not a necessity to have experience, or understanding of the charity sector, women’s rights, and/or International Development.
