Role Objective
To work with the Commercial Marketing Manager to drive commercial interest in Kooth Digital Health’s services in the UK healthcare setting by supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, online and in-person events and customer database management.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Delivery:
- Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and logistics of various commercially focused campaigns ensuring deadlines are met and key milestones and metrics are achieved.
- Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, providing support in defining objectives, identifying target audiences, and coordinating campaign logistics.
- Aid in the management of content on our digital platforms, such as email, social media, and online advertising, by helping with scheduling, monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries.
- Provide assistance in the implementation and management of email campaigns, ensuring proper organisation of workflows and automated drip campaigns, and helping with metric tracking to inform continuous improvement and conversion rate optimisation efforts.

Event Management:

Requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience (Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience)
- Demonstrable experience in event management as well as evidence of collaborating with a range of internal and external senior stakeholders to deliver high quality, unique in-person experiences
- Proven track record in a previous digital marketing function with evidence of campaigns/collateral/content that you have created or contributed to and insight into their performance
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in managing customer relationship and content management systems, preferably HubSpot and WordPress
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing data analytics tools for digital marketing insights.

About the role
This is a fantastic role for an Individual Giving specialist looking for their next career move; as we look to expand our Individual Giving programme.
The post holder will deliver quality fundraising campaign, raising income from a range of sources; including Direct Mail, Cash Appeals, Regular Giving and Lottery that will grow income, supporter base and lifetime value. Putting supporters at the heart of the Charity’s work, the role includes stewardship and retention of individuals to achieve a sustainable increase in income for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.

Key accountabilities:
Use insight and analysis to inform and guide the Fundraising and CX team:
· Work with the Head of CX to manage all campaign analysis and insight projects and ensure that interpretations of the findings and insights are delivered to the appropriate stakeholders in order to inform and drive future performance and strategies
· Manage the analysis of fundraising campaigns and products, working closely with the relevant fundraising teams to identify key learning and make recommendations for future activity
· Build dashboards and ways of visualising data that fundraisers can use on a daily basis to track, report on and optimise their campaigns
· Work with others across the CX team to report against testing schedules and strategies
· Run segmentations as required for fundraising teams
· Ensure that completed insight is effectively disseminated to internal customers and that they understand and use it
· Work with the Head of CX to guide, plan and implement market research as required
· Work with the management team to ensure reporting, performance and insight is made available across the organisation for all key channels and activities eg website, CX journeys, email etc

As a Digital Communications Coordinator you will work across the UK assisting the Activist Engagement team with digital support to improve the engagement of our active members throughout the four countries. You’ll be working closely with members and RCN staff coordinating the digital tools and platforms needed to develop and enhance peer to peer communication for our active members, strengthening activist communities and building power.
It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from member participation using digital technology; data management; to scoping the market for new and innovative technology to support member participation.
In this role you will be working to across two main areas of priority: digital tools and data management. You’re day-to-day will be coordinating all the digital engagement tools and platforms. This may include supporting member to member participation through existing platforms to scoping the technology market for new innovative ways to increase member engagement. With support from the Lead for Activist communities you will also manage all aspects of digital engagement data and work closely with the Data and IT teams to ensure data protection.
We’re looking for someone who is technology savvy and is comfortable working with numbers. Someone who pays attention to detail and who can work as part of a team while hitting individual targets. Who is a go-getter and can follow the direction set by the Lead for Activist Communities, the Head of Activist Engagement, and the over-all strategic direction of the Activism Academy. It is important you can build professional relationships with members and staff by promoting a working atmosphere where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Most importantly you will have a commitment to grow a deeper understanding of building activism which will help to shape the RCN’s activist engagement.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Sue Ryder for a Senior Legacy and In Memory Fundraising Manager to lead, manage and develop our Legacy and In Memory Strategies to deliver sustainable long-term income growth.

Reporting to the Head of High Value and Legacy Fundraising you will:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the development, delivery and implementation of the Legacy Strategy to deliver sustainable long-term growth
• Lead the Legacy and In-Memory team to maximise Legacy & In-Memory income for Sue Ryder and ensure an excellent stewardship and supporter experience
• Be able to interpret and act on data insight and produce robust reports about legacy income and the legacy pipeline
• Work with colleagues to ensure excellent stewardship is followed through in the Charity’s administration of legacy gifts
• Take the lead on the annual planning budgets, forecasting and variance reporting on monthly management accounts for Legacy and In-Memory Giving
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in Legacy and In Memory Giving
• Plan and lead innovative marketing campaigns including using digital channels
• Lead and manage the promotion of Legacy & In Memory Giving, working closely with colleagues in the care centres and across the organisation to promote a Legacy culture and drive growth across the legacy pipeline
The successful applicant will bring:
• Extensive Legacy & In Memory fundraising experience with a minimum of two years at manager level
• A track record of delivering innovation in generating income from Legacies
• Experience of planning, implementing and monitoring large budgets to agreed deadlines
• Experience of leading, inspiring and empowering colleagues to promote legacies and deliver excellent results
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral with the proven ability to communicate with persuasion and credibility
• Excellent Marketing skills to deliver growth from consumer marketing across multiple mediums including digital
• Experience of managing and motivating advertising/marketing agencies to deliver exceptional results
• The ability to analyse data and produce detailed reporting on campaigns and performance

CVAA UK is a membership organisation supporting not-for-profit adoption agencies across the UK who specialise in finding homes for children in care. Over 3000 children in the UK need adoption each year because they cannot remain at home or with family members. The CVAA Practice Programme delivers 30 or more online courses each year to those working in the sector, primarily social workers. Due to a restructure of the team, we are now looking for a Training Manager who can oversee the administration and delivery of the programme. Initially fixed term, it is anticipated that this post will become permanent. We are keen to have someone joiun us as soon as possible.
The Training Manager will work with the Head of Practice Development to ensure that the courses are full, supported, delivered effectively and evaluated. Part of the role will also be to source new trainers and support the creation of the programme into 2025.
The CVAA team work remotely across the UK so location of the postholder is not a barrier to recruitment as long as long as they can travel occasionally and come into London for team days. The team is small, diverse and dynamic. Experience of project management or delivery of training or events is more important than knowledge of adoption or children's social care.
