This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, offered on a hybrid basis in London with two days per week in the office.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Manager will play a central role in delivering high-quality HR support across a dynamic and collaborative organisation. This is a broad generalist position with both operational and strategic exposure, leading day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with managers and employees on the full employee lifecycle. The role will involve advising on employee relations matters including performance, probation and absence management, overseeing recruitment processes from job description through to onboarding, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and new starters. The postholder will also contribute to the development and review of HR policies in line with UK employment legislation, manage learning and development initiatives, oversee benefits administration and maintain HR systems, data and reporting. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR generalist, ideally operating at HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor level, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and the confidence to provide clear, practical advice to managers. CIPD Level 5 qualification, or equivalent experience, is expected. The role would particularly suit someone who enjoys working in a small or medium-sized organisation where flexibility, initiative and a hands-on approach are essential. You will bring experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR policy and process development, alongside the ability to design and implement effective HR workflows and systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be key, as will the ability to build trusted relationships across teams while handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. We are seeking someone highly organised, pragmatic and solutions-focused, who is equally comfortable contributing strategically while rolling up their sleeves to deliver operationally in a fast-moving environment. The Role

The Social Media Manager is responsible for all aspects of Global Witness’s social media presence, including day-to-day channel management, content creation, paid social campaigns and influencer/creator engagement. You will work with colleagues from within the Communications team and across the whole organisation to ensure our social media content contributes to our awareness, advocacy and income goals, while remaining aligned with our brand and values. About the role

• Generate insights from CEC and other data for the careers education system and demonstrate impact.

About the role

As our Prospect Research Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our high-value prospecting strategy across Philanthropy, Trusts & Grants, and Corporate Partnerships.

 10 Windsor Walk (10WW) is a Community Interest Company established by local therapists concerned to address the provision of intensive psychological services for those most in need.

We support psychoanalysts, psychotherapists and the local community by providing psychotherapy treatment rooms and space for training and events related to developing psychological services.

More than this, we are a hub where therapists and psychoanalysts can meet, work together and exchange ideas on developing the practice as a whole.

Our work includes:

Affordable treatment – We run low- and no-fee psychotherapy for those in need in the local community, alongside trainees from the Institute of Psychoanalysis who offer low-fee psychoanalysis.

About the role:

We are seeking a part-time Finance Officer to support the financial management of the organisation and strengthen our internal financial systems.

Working closely with the Programme Manager and Finance Sub-Committee, the Finance Officer will maintain accurate financial records, support grant reporting and provide financial information to support organisational planning and governance.

This role is particularly suited to someone with strong bookkeeping experience who enjoys working in a small mission-driven organisation and contributing to the development of robust financial systems.

Summary of tasks:

·Day-to-day bookkeeping and maintenance of Xero

·Managing payments

·Reconciling bank transactions and maintaining accurate financial records

·Maintaining clear financial records and audit trails to support internal controls and financial transparency

·Submitting monthly payroll info to accountant, including HMRC and pension submissions

JOB FUNCTION: To lead the day-to-day delivery and development of the Foundation’s grant-making and charitable partnerships portfolio, acting as a key relationship owner for grantees and charity partners. The role will ensure high-quality stewardship, support, governance and impact reporting across existing grants, while also playing a key role in the design, development of new grant programmes aligned to the Foundation’s strategic priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grant-making & Portfolio Management

• Support the delivery and oversight of the Foundation’s grants portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for funded organisations and ensuring high-quality stewardship.
