The Churchill Fellowship is a unique programme that empowers UK citizens to discover new solutions from around the world to tackle some of the most pressing challenges facing communities in the UK. Each year, we fund over 100 Fellows to explore innovative ideas, best practices, and cutting-edge projects anywhere in the world that relate to the issues they care about most.
Purpose of the role:
The Head of Fellowship is responsible for the delivery of the Churchill Fellowship’s annual Fellowship Programme, overseeing all stages from pre-application support, through selection and award, to Fellows’ global learning. The role ensures processes are inclusive, transparent, and of the highest quality, embedding equity, diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding at every stage.
Working closely with the Fellowship Director and senior leadership, the postholder supports applicants and Fellows with guidance and feedback, strengthens the Fellowship model, ensures it runs smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of Fellowship Programme:
- Lead on and manage the full Fellowship selection process, from pre-application to final award, ensuring alignment with TCF’s EDI values and strategic priorities.
- Continuously review and improve application and selection process, documentation, and candidate guidance.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to applicants at all stages of the selection process.
Overseas Learning:
- Oversee the support provided to Fellows during their overseas learning, working closely with the Fellowship Manager to ensure guidance and resources meet individual needs.
- Authorise Fellowship grant payments for overseas learning, ensuring compliance with Fellowship model guidelines and organisational policies.
Collaboration and Engagement
- Contribute to the design of new Fellowship programmes, led by the Engagement team, and lead on operationalising these programmes during the application cycle.
- Continue to develop your own knowledge to ensure applicants and Fellows receive high-quality support and guidance throughout the process.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of the Fellowship programme.
- Represent TCF at Fellow-led and other relevant sector events as appropriate.
Safeguarding, EDI, and Fellowship Model
- Act as a member of the Designated Safeguarding Team, ensuring compliance and best practice.
- Lead on embedding EDI principles throughout the Fellowship model, working with the Chief Executive, Head of Activate and People and Culture Manager to ensure that accessibility, fairness and inclusivity are built into every stage of the process.
- Work with the Fellowship Director to continually enhance the candidate and panellist experience.
- Partner with the Salesforce team to ensure systems and processes support the successful programme delivery.
- Stay informed of sector trends, research, and innovative and equitable approaches to supporting individuals to learn and grow, applying learning to TCF’s work.
- Work with the Fellowship Manager and team to ensure risk assessments, insurance and safety plans for Fellows’ travel and events are proportionate, meet best practice and are compliant.
- Maintain awareness of global and societal trends that may impact Fellows’ safety and/or the design of the Fellowship model.
Leadership and Team Management
- Line manage the Fellowship Manager and Fellowship Officer, supporting their development and performance in delivering team and organisational objectives.
- Work closely with the Fellowship Director and Head of Activate to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team culture, encouraging innovation, reflective practice and shared learning.
General
- Ensure all Fellowship programme activity complies with organisational policies, safeguarding requirements, GDPR, and data protection standards.
- Contribute to organisational initiatives and cross-team projects, supporting the wider strategic goals of The Churchill Fellowship.
- This role may occasionally require working outside standard hours, to support Fellowship interviews, events, or external engagements.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required to support the effective running of the Fellowship programme and the organisation.

We have embraced the benefits of working from home and at the same time, we value the contribution of face-to-face contact in building teamwork, collaborating with your colleagues, exchanging ideas and know-how, and for work efficiency. We therefore operate a hybrid working policy, where staff can work from home if they wish, however everyone is required to work in the office for a minimum of 4 to 6 days a month with Tuesdays as the core day for regular whole team meetings and Thursday as an additional core day for Senior Leaders.

The Role and Responsibilities
Blue Marine has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this newly created role, you will be the key link between the finance team and the wider organisation. You'll lead on our restricted fund budgets, working closely with project managers and department heads to ensure their accuracy, evaluate and communicate their performance and lead on the designing and structuring of new proposals. This role is extremely outwardly facing and requires somebody that thrives on working with others. You will work alongside another Senior Project Accountant who focuses on the key strategic grants within the organisation, and you will have one direct report.

Supporting the Director of Finance, Operations & Governance (DFOG), you will:
· Be the key link between Finance and the wider organisation, providing high-quality analysis and clear communication through reporting and everyday interactions.
· Design, build and maintain budgets for cutting edge dynamic global projects.
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Blue Marine’s wider teams, regularly meeting with around project managers to review budgets.
· Work closely with our project partners around the world, supporting them with budgeting, analysis and financial reporting. This may result in opportunities for international travel.
· Identify and flag potential queries (such as expected under/overspend, run rate, incorrect staff time allocations) to relevant colleagues.
· Line manage one direct report.
· Generate new ideas for process and efficiency improvements.
· Work closely with the fundraising team, providing their financial reporting to our donors and generating budgets for new proposals.
· Interpret and provide insightful analysis to enable effective decision-making processes across the senior management team.
· Maintain appropriate filing and assist in collation of evidence for annual audit.
· Tackle any other reasonable requests as required by the DFOG and wider organisation.
· Assist project managers with ad-hoc budget queries.

The Role
As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the financial strategy and operations of LTM, ensuring robust financial management, governance, and performance. This is a pivotal role on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), reporting directly to the Director and attending all Board meetings. You will also deputise for the Director when required.
This role goes beyond traditional finance leadership. You will be a moderniser—driving transformation, leading negotiations, overseeing broader business support functions, and contribute to LTM50, including capital programme oversight. You will be the face of financial and business systems at LTM, helping to deliver a future-fit museum aligned with our strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of LTM’s overall budget, ensuring financial sustainability across short, medium, and long-term goals
- Oversee all aspects of financial control, governance, reporting, and compliance with statutory, charity, and TfL requirements
- Deliver timely and accurate statutory accounts, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
- Lead business support functions and liaise with TfL departments including HR, Procurement, Reward, Tech and Data and Finance
- Provide strategic financial advice to the Board of Trustees, SLT, and wider teams
- Represent LTM in financial negotiations with external partners and suppliers
- Champion a high-performing, inclusive finance team—setting clear goals, recognising success, and modelling LTM’s values
- Collaborate closely with TfL Finance to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Ensure all financial and legal obligations are met and policies are up to date and followed
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record in senior finance leadership roles within complex organisations, and will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience at Board level and ability to work in collaboration with Trustees and colleagues;
- Understanding and experience of strategic risk management, finance audit and internal controls;
- Broad operational knowledge including digital transformation, estates, and HR;
- Experience navigating challenging financial climates and driving efficiencies.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead on the overall donor development offline programme for both cash and committed donors, ensuring a strong onboarding and onward journey is in place, and that key touchpoints are leveraged to deepen engagement and increase donors’ Lifetime Value.
- Work with digital fundraising colleagues to create integrated, multichannel campaigns and an effective, donor-first giving journey.
- Provide colleagues with strategic guidance, and technical support if required, to deliver warm appeals via Direct Mail that meet six-figures campaign targets.
- Manage our Telemarketing programme, to successfully launch and deliver activities such as conversion, upgrade, reactivation, and welcome calling.
- Ensure an insight-led thanking programme is in place, with key moments identified throughout the year to acknowledge support and communicate impact.
- Work with key stakeholders across digital and offline teams to ensure we maintain a strong retention rate whilst growing our Regular Giving file.
- Remain flexible and rapidly respond to emergency situations.
- Work with our Data team to identify the best approach to data and segmentation for each project.
- Manage production processes, developing supplier briefs and managing approval stages and end of campaign reviews.
- Work with our suppliers to ensure campaign fulfilment is in place and collaborate with our Supporter Care function to monitor responses and identify issues/opportunities.
- Ensure cost effective fundraising, manage individual campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve ROIs.
- Stay up to date with issues affecting displaced & refugee communities, campaigns from international teams and reports from the field. Scope new fundraising themes.
- Share creative and insights with UK colleagues, global markets and HQ, participating in training seminars, workshops and international skill shares where applicable.

About the Role
We seek two analytic and entrepreneurial Research Managers to contribute to our ambitious research agenda, and scale the Charity Entrepreneurship Incubation Program from launching ~12 charities per year to 20. Future Growth Trajectories
The AIM research team is an excellent training and development ground for researchers. Over time, we expect research managers to gain increasing degrees of independence and eventually own work streams as senior research managers.

This role is focused on the practical coordination of media content and logistics for in-person and online events and will be working closely with the Director of Programmes.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Coordinate logistics and media documentation for events, launches, and summits
- Manage the development and timely publication of media content on websites and internal platforms
- Maintain an organised media calendar for tracking coverage, releases, and campaigns
- Coordinate photography, videography, and liaise with content suppliers and freelancers
- Track and manage incoming requests for quotes, interviews, and speaking engagements
- Collect and disseminate content for the monthly newsletter
- Support the production of branded materials, event packs, signage, and presentations

We been commissioned to provide a community advocacy service in Barnet. This service will help people with disabilities and mental health issues to be more involved in decisions about their life, access information, explore life choices and options and understand their human rights; supporting them to live the life they want to live.
Community advocacy under this contract is intended to meet advocacy needs that sit outside of statutory frameworks, but should not duplicate the wider informal advocacy, The service will be free for Barnet residents.

· To enable residents with disabilities and mental health issues to access services by providing support, information, representation, and volunteer opportunities.
· To enable residents with disabilities and mental health issues to communicate their views and exercise choices about the services they receive.
Community Advocate
CB Plus is recruiting an enthusiastic and result-oriented professional for the position of Community Advocate. The Community Advocate will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Health and Care working hybrid subject to the agreement of the line manager.
The Community Advocate will support individuals with:
· Independent advocacy for assessment for continuing health care
· Personal budgets advocacy
· Challenging decisions about care and treatment, including concerns with a care provider, loss of / changes to services, medication.
· Accessing mental health services, healthcare or social care services
· End of life care planning
· Advanced decision making / future planning.

As Lead, Management Accountant, you will:

- Prepare quarterly VAT returns
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to support the organisational financial strategy and decision-making process
The successful applicant will:
- Have demonstrable experience in finance within the charity sector, in a similar role
- Be Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or Part qualified on final stage
- Have a strong understanding of charity accounting principles, including SORP
- Have experience of managing financial ledgers, systems and processes
- Have strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, and the ability to manage large amounts of data
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
