As Fundraising Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our supporters receive a positive and rewarding experience, as well as providing administration support for the fundraising team, including assisting on events and campaigns.

We are looking for a motivated, confident individual with strong organisational skills and an impeccable attention to detail, who is passionate about fundraising and our ambition and purpose. The successful applicant will be expected to have a broad understanding of a range of income generation methods and communication styles, and the charity sector.

You will play a key role in attracting, building and managing relationships with a range of supporters including individual donors and fundraisers, community groups, local businesses, and volunteers. From initial enquiries to fundraisers and doners, to taking responsibility for our thanking, you will look after our complete supporter care journey and ensure that the Foundation provides an exceptional experience for our supporters.

You will develop key relationships within the Foundation and Club, providing support to the rest of the Fundraising and Engagement Team as required. Some weekend and evening working will be required as part of the role. Previous experience is desirable, not essential, and the right candidate will be given scope for career progression and additional responsibilities as we grow. 

Key responsibilities 

• Act as main point of contact for supporters and donors, responding to enquiries in a timely manner
• Provide fundraising support to those raising money for the Foundation, including challenge event participants, schools, clubs, and community fundraisers
• Assist in the delivery of matchday activity for the Foundation, primarily through our 50/50 Raffle and other activations that raise funds and awareness of our purpose
• Support the Events Manager and Head of Fundraising and Engagement in the delivery of Foundation events
• Support our growing portfolio of challenge events, researching opportunities for the Foundation supporters to raise funds, and delivering exceptional supporter care to ensure we maximise these opportunities and build relationships with our fundraisers
• Assist the Head of Fundraising and Engagement in the development and delivery of a community fundraising programme
• Maintain and update donor records on our fundraising database
• Manage the administration and fulfilment of auction and other fundraising prizes, being the main point of contact for donors and relevant partners and ambassadors
• Cultivate and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to Harlequin FC, their partners and sponsors, regular individual givers and high-net worth donors, community fundraisers, local schools and clubs

• Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a professional environment in a similar, admin or events-based role
• Excellent user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience of CRM systems and project management tools

The Role

Partnerships Executive - Church Events & Festivals

Permanent, part time contract - 21 hours per week

We're at an exciting stage in the UK and International Partnerships team at Tearfund, as we reach out to a range of donors and UK churches, seeking to secure larger gifts to enable Tearfund to help more people who are living in poverty. We are looking for an excellent Partnerships Executive to run and manage Tearfund's Partnerships Trips, Events, and to facilitate our engagement with some UK church events and festivals.

Job Purpose: To support the CHS Alliance secretariat to ensure it delivers professional external events that meet the needs of our key audiences and advance our strategic goals, on time and within budget. Main Responsibilities:

Event coordination

1. Coordinate the team and workplan to support smooth and timely delivery of key CHS Alliance events, with particular focus on the General Assembly (GA) taking place in Bangkok 5-6 December 2024.

2. Prepare and attend event working group meetings (e.g. set agenda, organise doodle polls, book conference rooms, take notes, etc.) 

3. Overseeing and updating the event workplan (e.g. gannt chart), flagging upcoming milestones and deadlines to event lead

Event logistics

4. Assist in identifying service providers by providing quotes and completing any other tasks requested by the line manager or event lead.

5. Procure supplies for event and ensure all material needed on site is prepared and up to date.

6. Follow up with the venues; liaise with the venue prior to, during and after the events.

Community Fundraising Executive

 Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.

In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re seeking a passionate Community Fundraising Executive to join our London based team.

About the role

You will support fundraisers across the schools audience, providing them with a remarkable experience and keep them coming back to the charity.

The role will focus on both retention of high-value supporters and acquisition of new supporters, with a particular focus on the Movember campaign in November.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE SLT

Role Objective

To work with the Commercial Marketing Manager to drive commercial interest in Kooth Digital Health’s services in the UK healthcare setting by supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, online and in-person events and customer database management.

Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Delivery:

• Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and logistics of various commercially focused campaigns ensuring deadlines are met and key milestones and metrics are achieved.
• Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, providing support in defining objectives, identifying target audiences, and coordinating campaign logistics.
• Aid in the management of content on our digital platforms, such as email, social media, and online advertising, by helping with scheduling, monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries.
• Provide assistance in the implementation and management of email campaigns, ensuring proper organisation of workflows and automated drip campaigns, and helping with metric tracking to inform continuous improvement and conversion rate optimisation efforts.
• Support the creation of digital content by collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure materials align with campaign goals and adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Event Management:

• Assist in planning and coordinating in-person and online events, including conferences, roundtables, seminars and webinars. Travelling domestically and overnight stays will be required on occasion.
• Support logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, travel arrangement, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee the creation and preparation of event materials as required for in-person events, and manage the use of tech solutions ensuring seamless technology-driven experiences for our online events.
• Provide on-site support during events, overseeing set-up, managing schedules, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Marketing Operations:

• Manage marketing automation platform to streamline and optimise lead nurturing, scoring and campaign execution.
• Integrate and maintain various marketing technologies, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between different systems within the marketing technology stack.
• Develop and implement attribution models to track and analyse the contribution of various marketing channels to lead generation and conversion.
• Marketing Dashboards: Create and maintain marketing dashboards that provide real-time visibility into KPIs and support data driven decision making.

CRM and Database Management:

• Oversee the quality and integrity of marketing data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system (Hubspot).
• Work with APIs to integrate the CRM with other software solutions (Hubspot, Monday, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and more) enhancing functionality and supporting cross-platform data exchange to map the entire customer journey.
• Integrate the CRM with email marketing to enable personalised and automated email nurture campaigns, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and recipient targeting.

Requirements

Essential:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience (Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience)
• Demonstrable experience in event management as well as evidence of collaborating with a range of internal and external senior stakeholders to deliver high quality, unique in-person experiences
• Proven track record in a previous digital marketing function with evidence of campaigns/collateral/content that you have created or contributed to and insight into their performance
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in managing customer relationship and content management systems, preferably HubSpot and WordPress
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing data analytics tools for digital marketing insights.
• Successful execution of multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Experience in implementing CRO strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Proven ability to efficiently manage end-to-end projects.

As well as driving positive change for people affected by terminal illness and bereavement in the workplace, Compassionate Employers is an important income generation stream and ‘door-opener’ for Hospice UK.

Every year we treat over 3,000 police officers. This role will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and deepen the engagement of individual and institutional donors. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement donor engagement strategies and initiatives to attract, retain, and upgrade individual and institutional donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.

- Cultivate and steward relationships with existing donors through personalised communications, meetings, events, and recognition opportunities to ensure donor satisfaction and loyalty.

- Support, identify and research prospective donors, including major gift prospects, corporate partners, and grant-making organisations, and develop cultivation and solicitation plans to secure their support.

Qualifications and experience

- Bachelor's degree in non-profit management, fundraising, communications, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

- 3-5 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, donor relations, or related field, with a proven track record of success in donor cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation.

- Social media platforms experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate the charity's mission, impact, and funding needs to diverse audiences.
