Job description

We are looking for a creative and inspirational Manager to lead our team in SW15 to change the lives of all those who attend our Day Services.  We provide outreach to home, care homes and hospital and the person needs to be compassionate and caring towards vulnerable people and make a real difference to their day to day experience of life.  The successful candidate will lead a team of 5 staff and 12 regular volunteers, be involved with Wandsworth Social Services, Multi Disciplinary Team meetings on hospital wards, community health workers and liaise with our partners and Churches in the community.  This is an opportunity to shape the care of older people in the future through the integration of our day and planned residential services.  We are a Dementia-friendly service that brings hope for the future, we love music, singing and art and provide a servie to clients that includes lunches, activities, visiting and outings four days a week and once a month at our Saturday cafe.  This position is full time giving a day specifically to administration and visiting.
