Reporting to the Executive Director: People & Organisational Development, some key responsibilities will include:

· Develop and deliver the next RBL Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and implementation plans

· Be the orchestrator of change for D&I work across all Directorates – influence, educate and engage leaders on how we communicate, engage and involve all of our people

· Ensure D&I is woven into everything we do, across the services we deliver, the partnerships we forge and the beneficiaries we serve

· Be a visible, ongoing, inclusion educator and champion ensuring regular communications across RBL to various communities, and support leaders and internal communications to weave inclusion across and through our communications channels

· Identification and design of training opportunities and materials to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion

You will be a great relationship builder, confidant and be able to work across a variety of responsibilities and initiatives, with pace and credibility. Your proven experience of leading D&I related initiatives and programmes will be well utilised and you will be given the support and development to lead us on the next stage of our D&I journey.

New Horizon Youth Centre runs a busy day centre from Monday to Friday, providing basic needs to young people experiencing homelessness and a one-stop-shop for housing advice, youth work activities, counselling, jobs, education and training support. The Services Manager (Day Centre) is a brand new role for the organisation. They will work as part of the existing Youth Work Team to provide vital additional capacity and expertise to respond to the significantly increased demand we have been experiencing. This role is primarily focused on delivering our frontline day centre service each week. You will spend around 2-3 days per week frontline as our Duty Manager ensuring the smooth running of the day centre. As Head of Retail, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational direction, which includes:

You should have experience of working in services that support young people fleeing violence or who are impacted by the criminal justice system, and have a solid understanding of housing options for young people under 25. You will have experience of leading a large functional diverse team, have a solution focused approach and an interest in collaborative team working.

At Merlin Neuro Therapy Centre's our vision is to "Build a strong and connected community, dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community". We provide therapies and support to those living with long term neurological conditions or who have a neuro divergence in Cornwall. As Head of Income Generation you will lead a small team to increase income and awareness of this well-respected health charity through fundraising and marketing activities. The postholder will be a member of the Senior Management Team and will contribute to the strategic direction and day-to-day operational management of the charity. We have an ambitious target to increase income by circa 60% over the next three years - therefore the successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of meeting and exceeding fundraising targets - to ensure the charity is financially sustainable.

Brain Tumour Research is looking for a Head of Digital to lead the development and implementation of a digital strategy that will enable Brain Tumour Research to deliver on ambitious growth targets and increase the profile of the brand. The Head of Digital will lead a digital team, work with a number of agencies and work collaboratively with all areas of Brain Tumour Research to maximise engagement and use digital tools and services to drive growth, operating efficiencies and achieve income targets.

Position: Head of Digital
Location: Head Office, Milton Keynes. We offer a hybrid working model, team members are expected to be in the office for a minimum of three days per week.
Salary: Circa £55,000 pa
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Benefits: Holiday entitlement, 25 days per annum, excluding UK Public Holidays, death in service policy, access to an Employee Assistance Programme and option to join our healthcare scheme.

As Head of Digital you will lead the continued development of our website (built on Shopify) and digital channels to support our overall growth ambitions.  Developing the digital roadmap and executing the digital strategy by working across the charity to maximise engagement and take-up of digital tools and services to drive growth and operating efficiencies.

About You

• Minimum of five years’ experience in digital strategy and operations
