About You and the Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of the organisation’s marketing work spanning advertising, social media, print, content creation, data capture and intelligence gathering, evaluation and reporting.
Working closely with the Head of Digital and Communications and the Design and Communications Officer, this role is instrumental in the delivery of marketing and communications strategies, and plays a role in nurturing relationships with stakeholders, including partners, artists and audiences.

Principal Responsibilities

- Develop and manage Modern Art Oxford’s digital marketing work, with assistance from the Design and Communications Officer, including content production for social media, email marketing and website platforms.
- To manage ticketing for our public programme events using Eventbrite.
- To promote and communicate Modern Art Oxford’s artistic programme, spanning exhibitions, projects and learning work, to a diverse and broad range of audiences and stakeholders to support the organisation’s targets for visitor figures and online engagement and reach, whilst consistently protecting and building its brand and profile.

Essential
- A minimum of four years experience of working in a digital marketing or communications role within an arts or comparable organisation.
- Demonstrable experience of content creation and distribution across a wide range of digital platforms.
- Experience of creating printed media, including liaising with designers, printers, distributors and ad providers.
- Experience of working across multiple strands of communications work including campaigns, print, ads, social media, website management and email marketing.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics platforms such as social media and Google Analytics and AdWords.
- Experience of working professionally on paid social media campaigns.

MAIN PURPOSE & SCOPE OF THE ROLE:
The IT Operations Manager will ensure the smooth and secure running of all technology systems across the charity. This role provides operational oversight of IT services, suppliers and infrastructure, enabling staff to work effectively while maintaining compliance, security and resilience. The postholder will play a key role in supporting organisational growth through effective systems management, project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Oversee and coordinate the charity’s technology function, ensuring outsourced services are managed effectively, systems are secure and well-maintained, and projects are delivered on time. ABOUT THE ROLE
You will oversee and coordinate the charity’s technology function, ensuring outsourced IT services are managed effectively and systems remain secure, reliable, and fit for purpose.
You will act as the operational lead for technology, supporting staff and stakeholders while driving the delivery of small-to-medium projects such as system upgrades, CRM enhancements, and security improvements.
You will maintain oversight of all systems, integrations and licences, ensuring accurate documentation and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities of the Role
Supplier & service management
- Act as the main operational contact for outsourced IT support and helpdesk, charity database, and website providers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance, service level agreements (SLAs), and ticketing systems. Escalate issues and follow up to resolution as needed.
- Maintain the contract register, arrange renewals, and support procurement activities related to technology services and systems.
Systems oversight and documentation
- Maintain an up-to-date map of organisational systems, integrations, licences, and the asset register.
- Manage hardware and software requirements across the organisation, ensuring systems are fit for purpose and aligned with operational needs.
- Identify operational risks, technical issues or gaps in provision and implement quick-win improvements where possible.
- Ensure process documentation and user guides are accurate, accessible, and regularly updated.
Project coordination and delivery
- Lead or coordinate small-to-medium technology projects (e.g. multi-factor authentication rollout, system upgrades, CRM module implementation, data migrations).
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and supplier delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
Governance, security & compliance
- Support the implementation of IT policies (e.g. acceptable use, backup, remote access) and data protection controls.
- Maintain the technology risk register and report to the Head of Finance and Resources to support compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including GDPR.
- Promote cyber security best practices across the organisation, including coordinating periodic phishing tests and reporting outcomes via outsourced suppliers.
- Track departmental spend, support budget monitoring, and prepare cost forecasts for future technology needs.
- Contribute to business cases for new systems or technology investments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Stakeholder liaison & internal enablement
- Act as the bridge between technical suppliers and non-technical staff, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Communicate outages, system changes and project plans clearly to internal stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to users as needed.
- Deliver occasional training or guidance to staff on systems and processes (not first-line helpdesk).

The Role
The Development Assistant underpins the important work of the Development Department to raise funds from private funders, including individuals, trusts & foundations, corporate partners, and international funders. Operations Assistant (Full Time – Office Based)
Job Purpose:

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll directly manage four experienced team heads and oversee a high-performing team of 18 who generate bursary, unrestricted, and capital income. As Director of Fundraising, you will:

Corporate Partnerships Development Manager FT £40,000 remote
Are you passionate about building meaningful partnerships that transform girls' lives? We're looking for a strategic and energetic Corporate Partnerships Development Manager to grow our corporate income at GFS. You'll develop existing and secure new long-term, values-aligned partnerships, lead on employee fundraising and challenge events, and shape our annual fundraising campaigns including International Day of the Girl and International Women's Day.

Established in 1875, GFS is one of the oldest UK registered charities working to support girls and young women. We believe in challenging gender inequality by empowering girls and young women. We achieve this by providing groups and opportunities for girls and young women to build friendships, gain confidence, and learn that they are unstoppable. We deliver a programme of activities designed to develop socio-emotional skills such as confidence, self-esteem, emotional wellbeing, and resilience, and recruit and train women volunteers to run those activities in a space designed for girls and young women. We prioritise working in areas of disadvantage.
