Co-Ordinate an individual package of target hardening for clients using Stop Domestic Abuse services which is informed by a full risk assessment, the type and condition of the property and the needs and circumstances of the individual household.

The Role
The Social Media Manager is responsible for all aspects of Global Witness’s social media presence, including day-to-day channel management, content creation, paid social campaigns and influencer/creator engagement. You will work with colleagues from within the Communications team and across the whole organisation to ensure our social media content contributes to our awareness, advocacy and income goals, while remaining aligned with our brand and values. You’ll also lead on reporting and optimisation, using data to inform content decisions, and stay on top of digital trends to help Global Witness make smart choices about which platforms and opportunities to prioritise over time. This is a highly collaborative role requiring creativity, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
Who we are looking for
• Substantial experience managing organisational social media accounts across multiple platforms, including content creation, scheduling and community management.
• Proven ability to produce compelling, audience f irst content tailored to different social channels and formats.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns, including targeting, testing and evaluation — ideally for fundraising or supporter acquisition purposes.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Homeless Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.

Hours: Full time, 37.5hrs per week
Full Time Salary Range:* £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 dependent on experience, pro rata for part time hours
Contract Type: Fixed term until 31st December 2026
*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
About the role:
Street Outreach & Engagement – Identify and build relationships with rough sleepers and beggars across various locations and times, including those who are disengaged from services.
Assertive Outreach & Support – Work closely with entrenched rough sleepers, encouraging engagement with services and providing rapid assistance.
Substance Use & Healthcare Access – Connect individuals with drug and alcohol support, mental health services, and other healthcare provisions.
Case Management & Housing Support – Oversee service users’ treatment journeys, assist in hospital discharge planning, and collaborate with housing providers to secure appropriate accommodation.
Partnership & Multi-Agency Work – Act as the key link between CGL services, rough sleeping partners, hostels, shelters, the local council, and other support agencies to coordinate care and maximise opportunities for recovery.
Crisis & Emergency Response – Participate in monthly overnight street counts, unsociable-hour shifts, and emergency interventions during severe weather conditions.
Administration & Best Practice – Maintain accurate records, attend case conferences, and contribute to partner tasking meetings to ensure service users receive consistent and effective support.

Role Overview
Ealing and Hounslow CVS is seeking a motivated, community-focused Volunteering andDevelopment Officer to support the delivery of our infrastructure, volunteering, health equity, research, grant-making, and community inclusion programmes.
EHCVS supports and engages with 1,000+ voluntary and community organisations across Ealing and Hounslow. This role plays an important part in strengthening the resilience, sustainability, and voice of the local VCSE sector.
The postholder will provide practical programme support, coordinate activities, assist community groups, promote volunteering, contribute to research and insight projects, and support monitoring and reporting requirements.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the voluntary sector who is looking to grow their skills in infrastructure support, volunteer development, and community research.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Coordination
Support the delivery of multiple funded programmes across both boroughs.
Assist with organising training sessions, sector forums, Voice Networks and partnership meetings.
Track outputs and support managers in meeting funding requirements.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Infrastructure and Group Development
Provide basic 1:1 support to voluntary and community organisations on governance, funding readiness and sustainability.
Support capacity-building workshops and development sessions.
Help develop practical guidance materials and resources for local groups.
Volunteering Development
Support Volunteer Centre activities, including responding to enquiries and assisting with volunteer matching.
Help promote inclusive volunteering opportunities.
Support outreach events and volunteer recruitment initiatives.
Research and Community Insight
Support surveys, consultations and participatory engagement projects.
Assist with data collection, basic analysis and reporting.
Gather case studies and community feedback to evidence impact.
Grant-Making and Monitoring

Essential
Experience working or volunteering in the voluntary and community sector.
Understanding of community development principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
