Job Purpose
This role plays a key part in the delivery of Operation Smile UK’s retention programme, generating income and retaining existing cash and regular giving donors. The Giving Engagement Officer (Retention) will support the Giving Engagement Manager to implement multi-channel (mail, telemarketing, web and email) donor retention campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, creative accuracy, and effective stakeholder coordination.
You will be responsible for managing campaign schedules, supporting the creative and data processes, and ensuring delivery partners are aligned. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Coordination
· Deliver cultivation and retention campaigns, setting up and developing schedules in Asana and coordinating all required stakeholders.
· Manage timelines to ensure all activity is delivered on time and to plan.
· Compile campaign costs and track expenditure against budgets, flagging issues as they arise.
Creative, Data & Fulfilment Management
- Develop campaign briefs for creative, data output, print and fulfilment for review by internal teams and suppliers.
- Manage the creative sign-off process: collate feedback from stakeholders and ensure briefing accuracy to suppliers.
- Proof all campaign materials to maintain brand integrity and accuracy.
Digital & Email Communications
- Support the development of donor emails in line with agreed campaign structures.
- Coordinate the production and scheduling of email content in collaboration with the communications and data and tech team.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Compile campaign results for analysis and provide reports to inform future activity.
- Work closely with data teams to ensure appropriate segmentation and tracking.
Donor Stewardship
- Support the thank-you process, including personalising and developing donor thank-you cards as required.
- Contribute to improving supporter journeys and experiences through campaign touchpoints, especially for regular givers.

Our team works to raise the essential voluntary income that helps Anthony Nolan to save the lives of people with blood cancer. You will do this by reviewing and developing the Individual Giving programme to achieve our £3.7 million income forecast, along with managing the expenditure budget. You will put in place an audience-centric and insight-driven Individual Giving programme and propositions to best recruit, retain and develop the existing base of supporters. You will bring strong financial modelling and analytical skills to ensure our programme is insight and income driven.
As the Individual Giving Manager, you will work with your team of two senior officers to implement an integrated programme, whilst also project managing key high-impact individual giving campaigns. You will ensure that all campaigns are managed effectively, implementing, and promoting best practice in integrated fundraising campaign management across regular giving, lottery, raffle, cash and emergency appeals, through channels ranging from F2F, digital, telemarketing and direct mail.

We're looking for a Head of Individual Giving & Legacies to lead our talented teams and drive significant income growth through multi-channel marketing and supporter engagement. This role plays a vital part in the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association's fundraising strategy, with responsibility for developing innovative approaches, managing a substantial income budget, and delivering an exceptional experience for our donors, supporters and those leaving gifts in
You'll oversee a committed team, working collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who brings strategic insight, strong leadership, and a track record in growing income in Individual Giving and/or Legacy fundraising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of the Individual Giving and Legacies multi-channel strategy to achieve ambitious income targets.
- Support, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
- Identify and assess new opportunities for growth, leading associated business cases and change processes.
- Oversee supplier and agency relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and within budget.
- Work with an external Legacy Administration LLP to ensure gifts in Wills are administered promptly, in line with delegated responsibilities.
- Collaborate across teams to support shared goals and deliver an engaging supporter journey.
- Work with the Data & Insight and Finance teams to understand campaign performance and monitoring key metrics.
- Promote best practice in supporter experience, audience segmentation and journey planning.
- Manage an income budget of approximately £15 million.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, incorporating changes as needed.
- Contribute to relevant management groups and support the wider leadership team.
About You:
- Proven experience of increasing income and enhancing supporter engagement in Individual Giving and/or Legacies.
- A confident and inclusive leader who enables team members to succeed.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with experience of analysing data to guide decisions across multiple fundraising channels.
- Demonstrated success in developing new fundraising products or initiatives.
- Skilled in managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Familiar with CRM and other relevant fundraising tools.
- Committed to the values and purpose of the MND Association.

The Individual Giving & Community Fundraising Manager will have an exciting opportunity to grow World Child Cancer’s individual giving. They will also lead on creating a donor experience that will ensure people can engage with us in lots of different ways, from a lottery or regular support, legacies, community fundraising and events (including the London Marathon).
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing individual giving.
- Recruiting and stewarding individual supporters through existing channels.
- Helping to secure funding to invest in launching a World Child Cancer charity lottery.
- Stewarding participants to build a pool of regular givers, medium level donors, legacy donors and event participants.
- Ensuring fundraising data is effectively managed, analysed and utilised.
- Managing the challenge and community fundraising. Supported by the Fundraising Executive.
- Supporting the Fundraising Executive responsible for the planning and logistics for fundraising events.
- Working collaboratively with the other Fundraising teams and Marketing to ensure supporters get the best experience.
This is a hands-on management role so you will need to be prepared to do the work as well as managing. The post holder will be an ambitious, creative self-starter who is passionate about World Child Cancer’s programmes as well as our fundraising activities. They will work as well in a team as they do on their own and be happy to undertake administrative tasks as well as more complex fundraising projects. Nelson’s Journey, Norfolk’s leading child bereavement charity, is seeking an inspiring and focussed individual to join its fundraising and marketing team, responsible for raising funds required for the support of bereaved children and young people.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team developing and delivering fundraising and marketing projects, campaigns, and tasks to achieve income targets; and within the team will lead on supporting and growing individual and community based fundraising initiatives.
Duties include:

The Individual Giving Coordinator role:
Coeliac UK is looking for a passionate and organised Individual Giving Coordinator to support our Fundraising team to raise funds to support the charity’s work. Key responsibilities of the Individual Giving Coordinator:
- Coordinate the regular giving programme, ensuring smooth processes for donor sign-ups, payments, and communications
- Develop and deliver plans to increase the number of regular donors and meet fundraising goals
- Track and review programme performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
- Support the Individual giving manager to plan and execute fundraising campaigns to attract new regular givers and engage current supporters, including newsletters, appeals, raffle and lottery communications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required for the Individual Giving Coordinator:
We’re looking for a positive and confident person with excellent organisation and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge and passion for building excellent supporter and customer relationships
- Knowledge and experience of working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
- Understanding of regular giving and fundraising practices
