Who we are looking for:
A Permanent Customer Relations and Sales Officer to work as part of a centralised sales team, which leads all Autism Know How sales, logistic and customer support enquiries.
Managing all aspects of the customer sales journey, this role will lead and deliver an effective, timely and professional customer journey and experience, maximising income potential and repeat business to ensure performance against team sales targets and to enable the society to continue to improve its offering for autistic people.
This role will work closely with colleagues across Autism Know How, Marketing, CRM and Business Development departments, and other relevant NAS teams where required.
This role will also deliver general administration and data processing as required.

Experience

The team
Business Energy Scotland is funded by the Scottish Government to provide free, impartial support and access to funding to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) save energy, carbon and money. As Scottish businesses try to overcome the twin challenges of high energy prices and playing their part in reducing carbon emissions, our work is more important than ever.
The role
• You will be the first point of contact for SMEs contacting Business Energy Scotland so your work will be vital in helping them start their energy saving process. As National Support Coordinator you will provide support to our members living with a rare neuromuscular condition, myasthenia, their families, and carers. Weston Hospicecare is seeking a passionate and experienced fundraiser to lead our Individual Giving programmes. The Individual Giving & Lottery Manager will play a crucial role in maximising funding for Weston Hospicecare through individual giving, inspiring new donors and maximising opportunities with existing ones. You will lead on all campaigns and appeals and bring the incredible work of Weston Hospicecare to life using your fantastic story telling skills and using research and analysis to drive decision making.
We are seeking someone who can also maximise income through our mature lottery, working closely with our third-party Lottery company, and bring their existing skill set to this exciting area of growth. Experience in this area is welcome, as is someone who would relish the opportunity to expand upon their individual giving expertise and utilise their existing analytical skills to develop our lottery strategy.
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who will:
· Lead the team in driving new funding approaches for individuals, building the financial resilience of the Hospice.
· Maximise opportunities for individual supporters across the individual giving portfolio. Identify areas for growth and achieve new income across all income streams and enjoy building and deepening engagement with existing supporters.
· Achieve results through persuasive and compelling appeals and campaigns.
· Amplify project impact and deliver exceptional donor care through inspiring communications, bringing to life the extraordinary work of Weston Hospicecare.
· Demonstrate a successful track record in securing funds from individuals and knowledge of the broader fundraising landscape.
· Enjoy analysing and interpreting complex information to inform decision making and drive results.
· Work with an ambitious, positive, and creative approach, with experience in working collaboratively organisation wide.
· Amplify the work of the team through line management, sharing of ideas, knowledge, and best practice.

Weston Hospicecare is looking for a motivated Community Fundraiser to join our friendly team and help deliver our expanding Community Fundraising programme.
As Community Fundraiser, you will encourage and support fundraising activity in the local community which is carried out by volunteers, individuals, organisations, and associations.

You will be confident to travel across all three areas with an initial focus on activity in Clevedon and Weston-super-Mare and be happy to work in different locations as required.

About the role
This new role within the newly formed Brand and Marketing Communications team will play a key role in our in-house creative studio, creating engaging and inspiring content. The successful candidate will develop creative concepts and bring them to life through innovative and inclusive design across multiple channels.
You will join our growing Brand and Marketing Communications team and work collaboratively with our in-house brand and digital teams as well as the wider organisation.
Most importantly you’ll champion our work and raise the voices of children, young people and their families living with cancer to ensure they get the support they need.
