About you

As our Partnership Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our partner relationships while ensuring we surpass our income targets. Your responsibilities will span from providing administrative and financial support to managing project initiatives and fundraising campaigns. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with team members on corporate partnerships, overseeing bespoke activities and initiatives.
• Offer administrative and fundraising support to various corporate partnerships and the senior leadership team.
• Take ownership of the match giving process, maximizing income opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact point for fundraising during emergencies, ensuring swift action and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage key communications and initiatives.
• Update and manage Save the Children's website Partnership pages.
• Maintain and enhance systems and processes for the Partnerships Team.

 To be successful, it is important that you have:

• Previous experience in fundraising, marketing, PR, or media environments.
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to write briefs, copy, and reports for various audiences.
• Proven ability to excel within a high-performing team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Strong project management, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Proactive approach to planning, prioritization, and workload management.

Ways of Working:

The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but there are likely to be times when you will be required to come to your contracted office (up to 2-4 days per month or 6-8 days per quarter).  This will be agreed with your Line Manager and team and is intended to be time spent on collaborating with colleagues and relationship building.

We are seeking an experienced and successful fundraiser who has creative communication skills to join our team in the role of a Fundraising and Communications Manager.

This person will be responsible for the fundraising and communications function of the organisation, helping us to secure income via individual and community fundraising and charitable trusts and foundations as well as taking initiative to develop and grow into new areas of fundraising to help maintain and grow our services to survivors.

This post will also lead on internal and external communications and marketing to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including communities, donors, grant makers, supporters and professionals who feel as passionately about the need to support survivors of sexual assault and abuse as we do.

We are working with a prestigious institution in search of a Marketing & Communications Officer for a 2-month contract, commencing immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Communications, as well as the Digital Marketing Executive and Membership Acquisition, focusing on marketing and communications, with a particular emphasis on media and the Magazine.

• Manage day-to-day communications operations, serving as the primary contact for media and communications enquiries.

• Develop engaging copy and content for the Library’s member-focused communications, including the member magazine, newsletters, and notices.

• Support the production of the member magazine, working alongside the external producer under the guidance of the Head of Marketing and Communications.

• Collaborate with team members to generate ideas and content for the magazine and other communication channels.

• Create engaging content for newsletters using e-marketing software.

• Develop persuasive copy to enhance membership recruitment and retention efforts.

• Collaborate with the membership administration team to enhance induction and retention communications.

• Produce copy for printed materials.

• Generate reports on media and communications activities, working with the Head of Marketing and Communications to identify opportunities for improvement to achieve targets and enhance ROI.

• Support the marketing and communication of projects and new initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in crafting engaging and clear copy for both print and digital platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrable experience in assisting with writing and placing stories in the press.

Main Purpose and Scope of the Role

The Marketing and Communications Manager will be highly motivated, and results driven. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a strategy to enhance Action4Youths profile. This role is key in promoting brand awareness, engaging audiences, driving traffic and will enable the success of increased sales and fundraising.

You will lead on the creation of engaging content plans to promote Action4Youth’s work to multiple audiences, across multiple channels including PR, web, social media, e comms and print to increase engagement amongst partners, supporters and donors.

This job combines management responsibilities with being hands on and will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is practical and able to get things done effectively.

Key areas of responsibility:

Strategy

• Supported by the Development Director, lead on the development and implementation of our marketing and communications strategy to position the charity and influence its many audiences.
• Develop engaging campaigns and events, from inception to implementation, to grow brand awareness, sales of our programmes and facilitate community fundraising.

· Lead on the formation of engaging and creative project plans to activate successful campaigns across all channels.

Marketing

· Take overall responsibility for the production and implementation of creative and compelling multimedia content, including, scheduling, reporting and analysis for driving and improving results.

· Analyse and report performance metrics and insights by producing regular performance, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI reports in order to monitor the effectiveness of digital activity.

· Ensure the website works for optimum customer and visitor journey to improve analytics and ensure content and pages are easily accessible.

· Create and co-ordinate digital advertising and email marketing activity to support campaigns and organisational goals and provide reports to monitor effectiveness.

• Collate and prepare all marketing materials for a range of print collateral to support the charities work and define distribution and dissemination channels.

Communications

· Be the PR and media lead by planning, developing, and implementing PR and media strategies.

• Generate story-worthy press releases to facilitate coverage, increase awareness of all areas of service provision and elevate campaigns.

· Work collaboratively with the media and build strong relationships with key press and community figures via networking and events.

• Plan press and photo opportunities and attend events to optimise engagement.
• Develop and implement regular E-comms to different audiences by building strong and compelling email campaigns.

Other

· Monitor and report on performance against monthly KPIs and objectives and ensure planned expenditure is within budget.

• Monitor and evaluate the success of all marketing activities and use outcomes to inform and shape the future of our initiatives.
• Oversee media monitoring systems
• and ensure compliance with GDPR/Data Protection.
• Line manage the Marketing Executive and provide effective support and development.
• Work closely with Senior Management Team and other Action4Youth colleagues to effectively prioritise communications from the charity.
• Proactively build relationships with the wider statutory and voluntary partners across the charity’s areas of operation.

General Responsibilities

Skills, Experience and Knowledge

At least 5 years’ experience in a PR and /or marketing function (agency or client).

A proven track record of managing media relations and planning successful PR campaigns.

Extensive knowledge of digital media across all platforms, including web, socials and E-comms and implementing and managing campaigns.

Experience of developing and delivering multimedia campaigns to multiple audiences.

Experience of managing budget planning and allocating resource.

Strong written and verbal skills across all delivery platforms: PR, socials, web and E-comms. With the ability to write creative and engaging copy.

Experienced in using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Later (Desirable)

Experience of collating and utilising analytics to inform future development.

Experience of leadership and managing and developing a team.

Experience of the charitable sector. (Desirable)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

Experience of creating compelling and engaging marketing collateral through software such as Canva. (Desirable)

Qualifications

Educated to degree level

Evidence of professional development/Masters degree and CIPR or CIM (Desirable)

Purpose of the role:

• Develop and deliver customer data acquisition strategies and ensure all activity is GDPR compliant.
• Work with the Membership Marketing Manager to fully develop, deliver and manage an effective CRM programme for ZSL to build (automated) supporter journeys along the customer lifecycle, driving loyalty and growing the value of each customer and ROI from CRM activity.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Executive to track and analyse campaign results (engagement, conversion rates, web analytics, ROI) to produce regular reports on campaign performance, and continuously implement improvements based on findings.
• Develop strong working relationships with our Ticketing and Systems teams to understand and use Tessitura, our membership and donations CRM platform as well as ticketing and experiences data from SEE Tickets.
• Manage ZSL’s email service platform (currently Dotdigital) including being responsible for managing and maintaining the data within it to ensure that all customer data and communication is GDPR complaint, management of the ESP budget and management of the relationship with the ESP supplier.

About the opportunity
As our Digital Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Manager and broader team in volunteer and school recruitment efforts, while managing our social media presence. Duties and responsibilities
• Responsibility for managing Action Tutoring’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube). Plan content (in collaboration with wider Marketing and Communications team) in line with the charity’s wider campaigns, volunteer recruitment rounds and key messages, ensuring regular diverse posting.

• Regularly analyse and report on the impact of Action Tutoring’s social media content through weekly analysis, quarterly reporting and campaign analysis.
• Monitor social media trends and industry developments to ensure we’re maximising content across all channels.
• Lead on blogger, influencer and community outreach (e.g. Facebook community groups, Next Door) to help raise awareness of Action Tutoring's volunteering opportunities and encourage applications.
• Manage our national digital adverts (such as Indeed, CharityJobs, Do-It). Respond to any direct enquiries sent through these and other digital platforms, including the Volunteer Facebook Group and Google business.
• Identify national digital advertising opportunities for volunteer and school marketing, and support with content for regional adverts. Work with the Marketing Manager to analyse impact and decide where our budget is best spent.
• Support the day to day management of Action Tutoring’s website, editing content with updates upon request. Support with creating high quality, engaging content for the Action Tutoring website to ensure it’s optimised.
• Create external marketing materials on request and support with ad-hoc visual design work.
• Support with the attendance at volunteering promotion events, mainly university fairs.
• Any other duties deemed reasonable by the Chief Executive Officer.

To work with the Commercial Marketing Manager to drive commercial interest in Kooth Digital Health’s services in the UK healthcare setting by supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, online and in-person events and customer database management.

Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Delivery:

• Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and logistics of various commercially focused campaigns ensuring deadlines are met and key milestones and metrics are achieved.
• Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, providing support in defining objectives, identifying target audiences, and coordinating campaign logistics.
• Aid in the management of content on our digital platforms, such as email, social media, and online advertising, by helping with scheduling, monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries.
