The Philanthropy Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of dedicated major donors, developing inspiring, personalised supporter journeys that deepen engagement and secure repeat and increased gifts. Working within a committed and supportive team, you'll raise awareness of the Charity's services, build mutually beneficial relationships, and deliver sustainable long-term support through thoughtful cultivation, compelling proposals, and excellent stewardship.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and working closely with the Individual Giving Manager and wider fundraising colleagues, you will proactively identify and research prospects, plan targeted approaches, and lead solicitations. The role will also engage with senior church contacts (e.g. Archbishops and diocesan representatives) who have a history of support; while the Charity is non-religious and non-political, you'll bring sensitivity and confidence operating within these settings to advance shared philanthropic goals.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of securing four- and five-figure gifts, crafting persuasive cases for support, and managing high-value pipelines from identification to stewardship. Our Client is a UK charity supporting vulnerable women and families facing unexpected pregnancy or pregnancy loss. Through supported housing, a helpline and counselling service, and practical, non-judgemental support, this Charity helps pregnant women, often aged 16-25 and in crisis due to homelessness, abuse, or other trauma, build safer, more stable futures. Community Fundraising Lead - Acquisition
Part time, 21 hours per week over 3 days
Hybrid - Midlands base with frequent travel to supporter locations (Home Counties/Midlands); occasional travel to Leamington Spa Head Office
£28,000-£34,000 per annum (FTE)
The Community Fundraising Lead will recruit, inspire and support volunteers, delivering sustainable income growth while balancing hands-on fundraising with the development of long-term initiatives. Working closely with Marketing and Income Generation teams, you will collaborate on projects, cultivate pipelines and develop leads to maximise fundraising activity and donor acquisition across communities, groups and local businesses.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will implement a community fundraising strategy across diverse networks; designing engaging activities, stewarding supporters, and leveraging national campaigns and events. You'll champion excellent supporter care, build visibility for Life in local settings, and use data and insights to evaluate performance and scale what works.
The successful candidate will be an ambitious, proactive relationship-builder with experience of community or volunteer-led fundraising. You'll bring creativity and confidence engaging people at all levels, a track record of delivering against income targets, and the organisational skills to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards of compliance and supporter experience. Alignment with the Charity's values and mission is essential.

Prospectus is delighted to be working with a London-based charity that supports homeless and vulnerable people to recruit for an Interim Head of Finance. This is a full time, contract role, expected to be from December 2025 – April 2026 (4 months minimum). Hybrid working, with 2 days to be based from their London office.
Managing a small team, the Interim Head of Finance will oversee all aspects of the day to day finance function, ensuring the operation runs smoothly. You will support your team members, provide advice and guidance where necessary, and ensure that deadlines and targets for the team are met.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing a finance team previously, having worked a Head/senior level. You must have experience of working in a large organisation, with strong exposure to the third sector. You will be adept at supporting and motivating teams, with excellent organisational skills, ensuring actions for the team are completed in a timely manner. You will have some experience of working with contracts and services.
