The Key Relationships programme sits at the heart of Greenpeace UK’s fundraising, securing the philanthropic investment that powers its campaigning work. The team raises around £15–16 million annually from major donors, trusts and foundations, and legacies, contributing significantly to the organisation’s wider fundraising income of approximately £37 million.
Legacy giving is a vital and growing part of this programme, generating £5–7.5 million each year and playing a crucial role in securing long-term, sustainable income. Following a recent step-change in investment, there is now a significant opportunity to accelerate growth and position legacy giving more centrally across Greenpeace UK’s fundraising and supporter engagement.
We are now seeking a Head of Legacy Giving to lead this important area. Reporting to the Deputy Fundraising Director, Key Relationships, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Greenpeace UK’s legacy programme, overseeing both marketing and administration to maximise future income from gifts in wills.
You will lead a small specialist team and work closely with colleagues across the organisation, as well as internationally across the Greenpeace network. The role offers the opportunity to influence both UK and global legacy strategy, contributing to a shared ambition for growth across multiple markets.

The WASH Institutional Management Specialist will provide hands‑on technical leadership and delivery support to WaterAid country teams and governments participating in the National Water Compact Delivery Accelerator, with a particular focus on institutional arrangements and governance, delegated management models and implementation readiness.
The role bridges strategy and execution, supporting countries to design practical institutional governance, service delivery and management frameworks that underpin credible, finance‑ready WASH investments.

We are seeking a highly organised and systems-savvy Senior Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programmes, systems, and records. A significant part of the role involves working with databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems, so confidence using Excel (including formulas and data management) is essential. The role requires someone who is methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive in keeping systems organised and information accessible.
This is a 6-month maternity cover position, expected to run from June through November, with the possibility of extension depending on organisational needs and circumstances.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of our administrative, data management, and operational processes. Joining a highly motivated and committed team of home-based colleagues who are passionate about improving the lives of young people through our specialist youth programmes, you will help ensure that the systems, records, and processes behind our work run efficiently and reliably.
Your role will focus on maintaining and managing organisational systems and records, supporting programme delivery, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date data across our CRM and impact tracking platforms. You will sit within the operations team and coordinate key operational processes including volunteer and recruitment administration, liaising with external providers, and supporting the logistics and record-keeping of IT equipment and other programme resources. The role also includes general administration, coordination, and governance support to help keep the organisation running smoothly.
You will be self-motivated and comfortable working remotely while staying closely connected with a collaborative team. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication will enable you to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

About the role
As Director of Retail, you will provide bold strategic leadership to grow and strengthen the organisation’s retail operation, creating an innovative and inspiring pre-loved retail experience across both shops and online. Working collaboratively with the Executive Director of Commerce & Enterprise and wider teams, you will drive sustainable income growth, expand the retail portfolio, and integrate e-commerce to deliver a seamless omnichannel offer. With an impactful focus on achieving ambitious revenue targets and building strategic partnerships, you will use retail as a powerful platform to engage communities and supporters in Crisis’s mission to end homelessness.
You will lead and develop a high-performing team of staff and volunteers, fostering an equitable and inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed. Through inspiring leadership and clear direction, you will ensure operational excellence, innovation, and outstanding customer experience across the retail estate. Combining commercial acumen with purpose-driven leadership, this role will ensure Crisis’s retail growth is not only financially strong but also socially impactful, helping to create lasting change for people experiencing homelessness.
About you

Support the development, validation, and practical application of feline welfare data collection tools.
Coordinate on-site technical logistics and data collection at UK adoption centres, including hardware deployment and software troubleshooting, while designing resilient, internet-enabled monitoring systems.
Use specialised programming skills to develop and maintain interactive software applications, creating user-friendly mechanisms for stakeholders to interrogate research outputs and inform management decisions.

About the Research team:
The Feline Welfare Research Team are a small but growing team of six scientists, who sit within the wider Cat Welfare department. The team supports the organisation in improving our understanding of feline welfare both on a population and individual basis across a range of disciplines including epidemiology, demography and welfare assessment.
The team are responsible for providing the charity with scientific expertise.
What we’re looking for in our Cat Scientist - Emerging Welfare Technology:
Extensive experience undertaking non-invasive animal behaviour and welfare studies, including first-author publications.
Significant experience in research project design and leadership, including planning, oversight, and completion of projects on time and within budget.
Experience leading and advising on data-led research and innovation projects to inform animal management or conservation strategies
Strong programming and statistical data analysis skills including experience of transitioning academic research or coding systems into practical, operational tools to support positive animal health and welfare outcomes
Solid grasp of research principles and the ability to find, absorb, and apply new analytical techniques
