Blue Light Card Foundation is seeking an experienced Corporate Partnerships Fundraising Manager.
As Fundraising Manager you’ll spearhead the purpose driven corporate partnership program for the Blue Light Card Foundation, to maximise fundraising income. You’ll play a crucial role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission and ensure the financial sustainability of the Charity.
The Blue Light Card Foundation gives a lifeline to those who give so much to keep us safe and healthy. We fund and deliver mental health and wellbeing support for the issues we know the community needs help with most – because as former police officers, military professionals and more, we've been on or supported the frontline. What You’ll Do

Identify and cultivate relationships with new, corporate partners, individual donors, major donors' foundations, and other potential supporters

Create and execute comprehensive fundraising plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and support BLCF’S strategic plan and mission

Write compelling proposals, solicitation letters, and other fundraising materials to secure funding from businesses

Create, launch and manage supporter stewardship and recognition programs to ensure corporate donors and partners feel valued and engaged with the organisation

Identify and cultivate community fundraising initiatives such as mass participation employee fundraising. You’ll lead community fundraising efforts among Blue Light Service employees, who are also the potential beneficiaries of our charitable grants

Work with the marketing function to create effective fundraising campaigns and materials, including digital and print collateral, social media content, and email campaigns

Utilise our donor management software / databases to track donor interactions, manage donor information, and analyse fundraising data

Provide regular reports and analysis on fundraising activities, goals, and outcomes to the CEO and Trustees
What You’ll Bring

Significant experience in non-profit fundraising and development with a proven track record of success in meeting fundraising goals and securing major gifts

Experience crafting compelling fundraising appeals, grant proposals, and other donor communications

A creative approach to corporate partnerships, identifying opportunities for uplift and increased engagement among existing partners, fostering a strong sense of connection to the charity’s mission

The Role
The North West England Methodist District (NWED) is seeking to appoint a Digital Enabler. The role is home-based, with travel throughout the District. The Digital Enabler will facilitate the effective participation by all members in the life of the Church in the North West England District by supporting stakeholders at all levels to facilitate digital evangelism and building and maintaining the District’s online presence.

NWED came to being in September 2024 following the joining together of a number of Methodist Districts. We cover the geographical area of Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and parts of Cheshire and Derbyshire. Within this are inner city, industrial, post-industrial, suburban, and rural areas – no two towns are the same.
The District embraces a rich breadth and variety of theological perspectives and worship styles. A range of fresh expressions of Church (messy church, café church, arts-based projects, digital spaces etc.) are nurtured without neglecting the other, more traditional, expressions and all are equally valued.
We exist primarily to advance the mission of the Methodist Church in our District by supporting churches and circuits (a circuit is a group of churches served by a team, including one or more ministers). Campaign development and management:
· Develop and project manage a programme of integrated communication campaigns that grab attention and encourage action to support our vision and mission.
- Work closely with the Fundraising and Membership Support Teams to develop aligned messaging and campaign assets and to deliver these across a variety of platforms.
- Lead on the creation of compelling campaign assets and content (e.g. educational and self-help, online actions and campaign toolkits).
- Manage campaign timeframes and budgets seeking a good, quantifiable return on investment.

- Proven experience in executing multi-channel paid and low/no cost integrated communications campaigns (owned, earned and bought) to drive advocacy / behaviour change.
- Experience in managing communication projects resulting in effective events or activities.
