About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Outreach Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of outreach strategies aimed at increasing the participation of UK-based companies in the UN Global Compact. You will work closely with our programme teams to ensure outreach efforts are integrated and aligned with the Network's activities.
The role involves ensuring we have an effective and efficient prospect pipeline that includes targeted outreach and a follow-up strategy. This includes managing third-party engagement opportunities, running outreach marketing campaigns, and aligning with the impact goals of the UN Global Compact Network UK - ensuring our value proposition is understood and creatively communicated within the business community.
It is also highly desirable that the chosen candidate has strong organisational skills to efficiently manage multiple activities simultaneously, including prospect calls, marketing campaigns, co-organising B2B webinars and events, preparing growth reports, and ensuring timely Salesforce updates.
The Senior Outreach Manager will report to the Head of Impact & Growth. We offer a flexible hybrid working environment, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
Who we are looking for:

The selected candidate would represent the UN Global Compact Network UK at local events and conferences engaging companies and generating leads. Your communication skills also extend to include the ability to write persuasively to effectively engage at scale.

In your first 6 months:
To help you settle quickly, we will provide a thorough and comprehensive onboarding. Through meetings with key colleagues and online training, we will help you to become familiar with our way of working and our value proposition.
Key Responsibilities - after onboarding, we will expect you to:
- Develop and lead the 2025 growth and marketing plan, including creating marketing emails and social media content to engage prospective members. This would also include driving engagement and partnership with third parties, business associations and chambers of commerce to secure speaking opportunities.
- Lead on a follow-up strategy to increase awareness of the UN Global Compact among prospects, aiming to secure and conduct introductory calls.
- Work with the Outreach Manager to ensure growth plans are executed efficiently. This role will initially include line managing the Outreach Manager for up to a year as part of a maternity cover. However, this is subject to change.

This role will lead the HR function of the charity, overseeing all aspects of day-to-day HR. Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance cycle co-ordination, talent development and off-boarding.

· Champion and coordinate L&D for individual employees and wider staff initiatives e.g. training needs analysis, engaging training providers, arranging all staff aways days and training sessions
· Lead the staff survey with the support of an external coach, working with the CEO to implement feedback and learning
· Lead the Wellbeing working group to support employee engagement, making best use of the Employee Assistance programme and other support initiatives
· Act as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion champion, ensuring HR policies and practices reflect the charity’s commitment to EDI
· Work with the Head of Finance and Resources to produce payroll monthly and to calculate annual pay awards
· Lead on annual leave guidance to colleagues, ensuring Bright HR (online HR system) is used effectively
· Produce monthly HR reports to show activity and trends
· Work with external HR legal advisors to perform market rate analysis of roles to ensure the charity remains competitive with other organisations within the sector
· Advise managers on appropriate methods to support the management of attendance, absence, ill health, and performance, as well as arranging the OH process.
· Provide employment related advice for employees, addressing and minimising concerns
· Keep HR files up to date and maintain confidentiality at all times
· Keep up to date with relevant employment law and good HR practice in the charity sector
· Attend and contribute to team meetings and 'away days' and be an active, invested member of our team
· Ability and willingness to travel throughout the region to attend charity fundraising events and outreach services

The Associate Director for Examinations and Training is a crucial and influential role at the College, as you will be responsible for providing leadership on the division’s work in relation to examinations, assessment and training standards, digital development and the College’s international relationships.

About the role
We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to work with the Director of Partnerships and Federation Development to develop an ambitious learning and development strategy for Emmaus UK.
As a hands-on Learning & Development Manager, you will play a critical role in developing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of employees, companions, volunteers and trustees across the Emmaus Federation and within Emmaus UK.
Your primary focus will be on developing and delivering effective learning interventions, programs and initiatives that align with the goals of Emmaus and support the growth and development of its people.

We are looking for a high-performing Learning and Development Manager, with experience working in a learning and development role, including experience of delivering training in-person and online to a range of stakeholders.
The successful applicant will be able to deliver effective and engaging learning and development programmes and will have experience of identifying and analysing learning and development needs, developing relevant approaches and evaluating effectiveness, developing a strong culture of continuous improvement across Emmaus UK and the wider federation.
