About the role:

This role is based in our Old Street office with flexibility of hybrid working. As a Children & Young people's Independent Domestic Violence Advisor you will be required to:

• Effectively manage a caseload of different risk level cases of young people and provide specialist support to reduce the risk and increase safety.
• Provide one to one support to children and young people living in families affected by domestic abuse.
• Work collaboratively with LVWS IDVAs and other relevant support services to achieve the best outcomes for the family unit.

As a CYP IDVA:

• You will have a thorough understanding of the current issues for children and young people experiencing domestic abuse
• Experience of carrying out comprehensive needs and risk assessments; to ensure CYP's receive an individually tailored support package that fully meets their identified needs, including safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.

About you

Fairtrade Foundation is recruiting for a Media Officer to work within the media section of the Public Affairs Team on the development and delivery of media strategies and campaigns.  You will need to build and maintain relationships with print, broadcast, and digital media outlets, to ensure impactful coverage of Fairtrade and its positive impact for producers.

We are recruiting a Senior Partnerships Manager at the Fairtrade Foundation. This senior manager will play a crucial role in spanning knowledge across supply chains and commodities to provide an end-to-end service relationship for our major commercial partners.

This individual will need technical knowledge and the appetite to immerse themselves in varying supply chains whilst demonstrating commercial and relationship management to build a multi-faceted partnership with different functions of the organisation. You will steward and grow deep, holistic partnerships with category and channel strategies that link up joint partnership ambitions and impact goals across certified sourcing, thematic interventions, insights and data, advocacy and stakeholder engagement.

Your partnership strategy will complement our global development work in areas including human rights, climate change, gender equality and living wages/incomes as well as specific commodity categories. You will manage relationships with our consumer facing businesses in the UK and globally to maximise impact through volume growth and ensure that we have a pipeline of new opportunities through your partnership, as well as securing the existing work we do together. You will champion a growth first mindset that will enable sustainable income for Fairtrade, to ensure we meet our targets, and, most importantly, to ensure we deliver impact for producers. You’ll need to be a strong relationship builder with businesses (including at a senior level) and a quick learner in an evolving environment, with experience working in, with or for commercial partners and in the sustainability context.

About the Role

The Central Services Team is responsible for ensuring the provision of effective day-to-day central facilities services and infrastructure, enabling UnLtd to meet its strategic aims and objectives.

CEASE (the Centre to End All Sexual Exploitation) is a national human rights charity. Our mission is to expose and dismantle the cultural and commercial forces driving all forms of sexual exploitation in the UK. Sexual exploitation does not occur in a vacuum, and only by addressing the wider context can we hope for real, lasting change.
As a charity, we join the dots between our hypersexualised, objectifying, pornified culture and public attitudes and behaviours towards sex:
• We demonstrate how the mass consumption of online pornography depicting the humiliation, violation and degradation of women and children has realworld consequences.
