Job description

At Crimestoppers our people are critical to achieving our mission of giving people the power to speak up and stop crime anonymously. To support that mission, we need someone who can provide confident advice, build strong relationships and deliver high-quality people solutions that make a difference.

This is a varied and rewarding role with responsibility for employee relations, people data, recruitment, projects and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with managers across the organisation, helping them navigate challenges, strengthen performance and support their teams effectively.

We're looking for someone who is credible, pragmatic and highly organised, with the confidence to take ownership, challenge constructively and deliver results. In return, you'll have the opportunity to shape people practices, contribute to organisational improvement and play a key role in supporting a charity that helps keep people safe.

You can find out more in the job pack. Please note that applications without covering letters may not be considered.
