You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our Crowborough Advice Service, managing a team of around 30 volunteer advisers who deliver a high-quality, client-focused, multi-channel advice service. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Crowborough Generalist Advice Service and associated projects
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers in partnership with our District Administrator & Training Team

The Role
Pregnant Then Screwed’s Tribunal Mentor Programme is a peer-to-peer support service for women and parents taking legal action against an employer for pregnancy and maternity discrimination. We match mentees with volunteer mentors who have been through the Employment Tribunal process themselves for 12 weeks of support through weekly calls. We relaunched the programme in October 2025, and now, with funding from The National Lottery, we are looking for a part time Support Services Coordinator to help us grow and maintain new mentoring matches.
As the Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting and inducting mentees and volunteers onto the programme and supporting matches throughout their journey. You’ll also drive engagement with the programme, and develop recruitment strategies for potential volunteers and mentees.

What you will be doing:
Social media management and community building
- Own day-to-day management of our social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook).

Content creation and storytelling

- Lead integrated digital awareness-raising campaigns that bring together organic social, paid social, email, and web content.

- Work with partner organisations and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
Social listening, analytics and reporting
- Use social listening tools to track sentiment, conversations, and emerging trends in the transport and disability space.
- Help develop and monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, sentiment) and produce regular performance reports.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for content, community, and campaign optimisation.
- Use A/B testing or experimentation (post times, formats, messaging) to improve performance.
Strategy development and implementation
- Support the development of a long-term social media strategy aligned with the charity’s five-year strategy.
- Help define audience segments, tone of voice, content pillars, channel priorities, and metrics for success.

Risk management and brand governance
- Ensure that all social content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and organisational values.
- Escalate any reputational or safeguarding risks (e.g. negative sentiment, sensitive stories) to the Digital Communications Manager and wider Communications team.
- Support the development and implementation of social media policy, guidelines, and process maps.
Your experience:
- Proven track record of success in a dedicated social media or digital communications role, ideally within a charity or a public sector organisation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience developing and running social media campaigns (using organic and paid content).
- Skilled at content creation: writing, graphic design (e.g. Canva or Adobe Express) and basic video production / editing.
- Used social analytics and listening tools to measure performance, monitor sentiment, and generate insights.
- Managed or contributed to multi-channel campaigns, combining social media with email and website.
- Experience managing a content calendar and coordinating with different teams.

The Role
The largest single element of this role will be day-to-day management of the social media channels. You will work with teams across to organisation to reach target audiences with paid and organic content serving programmatic work, and broader strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
The Web and Email Manager will lead our digital presence across web, email, SEO, and paid search, crafting engaging campaigns that resonate with 18-24 year olds and inspire them to take action.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, implement and optimise innovative multi-channel digital strategies (across website, paid search, SEO, and email) that drive online visibility and performance.

Manage the implementation of these strategies across our main digital channels, making sure all user journeys are integrated, effective, and aligned with CoppaFeel!’s objectives.

Manage the relationship with our external web agency, and oversee the development and maintenance of the website and Self-Checkout tool, in collaboration with the Education team.

Lead on our Paid Search and SEO strategy, including managing the relationship with our media agency, making recommendations for keyword changes and improvements, and reporting on our rank positioning and strategies for improvement.

Lead on our website maintenance, with support of our external web agency, ensuring that the website is secure and remains live.

Manage the organisation’s digital marketing budget, ensuring this is appropriately applied

Line manage the Digital Marketing Executive, responsible for their development and impact.

Develop and deliver engaging email campaigns, including automated workflows and well-designed email templates, to drive audience engagement and conversion.

Create and optimise landing pages and new web content, informed by SEO research and best practices, to enhance visibility, user experience, and performance across digital channels.

Make sure web and email content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
