Purpose of the Job
To provide high-quality operational CRM support for Fundraising through the accurate processing, maintenance and validation of supporter data. About the Team
You will join a small, collaborative fundraising team comprising a Trusts and Foundations Manager, a Community Fundraising Coordinator, a National Activity Events Coordinator and a Fundraising Administrator. The Head of Fundraising leads on corporate partnerships, major donors and fundraising strategy. Each team member works with a degree of autonomy whilst contributing to shared income goals and a collective approach to supporter care.
Role Purpose
To steward and grow relationships with our individual supporters across every stage of their journey with HDA - ensuring that however someone first connects with us, they feel known, valued and inspired to stay with us for life. This role leads on legacy and in memory fundraising, two areas of significant strategic importance to us, whilst sustaining and developing our wider base of individual donors through appeals, regular giving and digital communications. As Data Operations Executive you will play a crucial role in helping us reach our fundraising targets and delivered excellent supporter experience through your support of the charity’s CRM system, Salesforce. You will have experience or a theoretical understanding of working with data and a CRM system. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, has an excellent eye for detail, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and most importantly, loves working with colleagues to deliver exceptional supporter experience and continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities:
· Provide 1st Line support for requests received into the team’s ticketing system, triaging all incoming tickets and either resolving, providing self-help guides, or escalating as appropriate.
· Analyse support tickets to identify recurring themes which may suggest changes to Salesforce are required, additional training is necessary, or changes to processes are required.
· Act as our document custodian, ensuring our documentation is always up-to-date and relevant for its purpose and checking in with document owners when a review is needed.
· Create new documents such as ‘How To’ guides to a high standard which are straightforward using non-technical language.
· Establish relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and help them resolve data issues and requests.
· Assist the Data Operations Manager, Senior Data Operations Officer, and the Data Operations Officers in improving business processes for the successful and efficient management of supporter data.
· Work with the Data Operations Officers to perform simple ad-hoc imports of data into Salesforce that cannot be processed by automated means.
· Import data and see errors through to completion by either resolving the problem or escalating where appropriate.
· Support the Data Operations Officers in delivering an ongoing training programme to all employees.

Knowledge, skills and experience needed:

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of MindOut's National Lottery Heritage Fund project, Speaking Our Minds: MindOut 25+ Years and LGBTQ Mental Health, an innovative 18-month heritage programme documenting, preserving and sharing over 25 years of LGBTQ mental health history.
Working with LGBTQ communities, volunteers, staff, former service users, heritage partners and community organisations, the postholder will oversee all aspects of project planning, delivery, evaluation and legacy. This includes oral history collection, digital archiving, volunteer management, community engagement, public exhibitions and dissemination activities.
The Project Manager will ensure the project is delivered safely, ethically and inclusively whilst meeting all National Lottery Heritage Fund outcomes, budgets, milestones and reporting requirements.

Role description

Main Tasks
Project Management
· Manage the set up and delivery of a new Speaking Our Minds project in a medium-size charity.

· Oversee collection of photographs, documents, memorabilia and contextual materials that support interpretation of MindOut's history.

About the Role

About the Service
The Bexley SASS team provides advocacy and support to survivors of domestic and sexual abuse living in Bexley. The service provides a package of support covering crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, assessment of needs and individual support planning. A key aspect of the role will be to advocate on behalf of service users pursuing remedies through the criminal and civil justice systems.
About the Role
You’ll be an experienced advocate with experience of working with children aged 5 to 13 years who have experienced domestic violence and abuse. You’ll work as part of broader multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with external agencies in your work. In this critical role you’ll provide psychoeducational activities for children and young people. This includes one to one support sessions within a school setting who are identified by professionals as needing additional emotional support. Self Esteem and Confidence, Self-care, Healthy relationships; Keeping Safe and Expressing feelings, are examples of some of the sessions you will have with children and young people.
In addition, you will coordinate and deliver the DAY Program, a healthy relationship program to Children and Young people in schools, youth groups and community groups, these will be delivered after working hours when required.
About You
You will be able to evidence a thorough understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on women and their children, as well as experience of providing emotional and practical support and strong casework management skills.
You have the necessary skills to provide effective crisis intervention, carry out children’s risk assessments where appropriate, safety planning, assessment of needs and individual support planning. You should have demonstrable experience of working in an IDVA or similar position with this or a similar client group.

The postholder will be based at various locations within Bexley. The role is centred around face-to-face support, including assisting survivors to appointments, and holding one to one meetings in person. Given the nature of this role, we are unable to offer hybrid working for this position.
