We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of HR and Payroll systems. Working within our Change and Transformation team, you will partner closely with the People and Culture Directorate to deliver our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) project in a way that is technically robust, people centred and operationally sustainable.
This role recognises that technology change succeeds only when people are engaged, supported and clear about what is changing and why. Alongside strong project and technical delivery, you will play a critical role in shaping communication, engagement and adoption, ensuring colleagues across the organisation are equipped and confident to use new systems effectively from day one.
Reporting to the Transformation Cluster Leader, key responsibilities will include:
· Lead the successful end-to-end delivery of the HRIS implementation from initiation, requirements definition, configuration, testing, deployment and transition into business as usual.
· Support the development of business cases and phase gate documentation, to ensure strategic alignment, accurate financial and risk assessments, and governance readiness
· Drive the requirements gathering process, partnering with key SMEs to translate business needs into effective system configurations
· Work with our vendors to research and resource system requirements to optimise HRIS usage and simplify the data architecture landscape
· Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation are robust
· Develop and deliver a stakeholder engagement and communication approach, working with the change communications specialists, that supports understanding, readiness and adoption of new systems and ways of working.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering HRIS projects within large, complex organisations. You should bring robust technical knowledge of HRIS platforms, along with excellent project management abilities, including the use of structured methodologies. Experience with the full data migration process, covering data mapping, extraction, transformation and validation is essential.
This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, starting ASAP.
You will be expected to travel regularly in the course of your work including regularly to London Haig House. You will be contracted to your home address, where you will be expected to work when not travelling.

About the role
This role will help Ageing Better deliver its ambition for more people to live in Age-friendly Homes and Communities—enabling people to live well, age well, and remain independent for as long as possible.
Reporting to the Head of Homes, as Research and Policy Manager (Homes and Communities), you will design and deliver research and policy projects from end to end by setting priorities, applying robust methodologies, managing partnerships and ensuring outputs are accessible, impactful and evidence-based. Working closely with colleagues across the Homes and Communities Team to ensure projects help to influence national and local policy and support our wider goals.
As one of two research and policy managers, you will be taking a lead delivery role on our research projects and be responsible for designing and conducting original research using both quantitative and qualitative methods, generating new insights that inform our policy positions and contribute to meaningful change.
You will also model our commitment to tackling inequalities and ensuring that the voice of a diverse mix of people in later life is visible and influential within all our activities.
About you
We are looking for someone with strong experience in delivering research projects, including defining research questions, selecting appropriate methodologies and producing clear, high-quality outputs while managing budgets and risks. You will be confident using qualitative and quantitative research methods, including evaluation approaches and have experience turning detailed findings into practical and actionable insights. Experience in basic data analysis is essential.
You will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders effectively and bring strong project management skills. You will also be a clear and effective communicator. This includes being able to produce engaging outputs such as reports, blogs and case studies, alongside being confident designing and facilitating workshops. We are looking for someone who builds positive working relationships, works collaboratively and can contribute effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience of the housing and communities’ sector is desirable, as is an interest in issues affecting ageing and older people.

What you’ll do
As Post Production Manager, you will oversee the Video Team’s post-production operations and line-manage our Video Editors (1 x Video Editor and 2 x Junior Video Editors). You will lead the team in delivering high-quality video content for our platform, ensuring all output meets our editorial standards. You will manage the post-production workflow, support wider projects across the Video Team, and contribute hands-on to editing a variety of videos for the platform.
Your key responsibilities:

Assign post-production tasks to Video Editors and Junior Video Editors, manage the edit schedule, set deadlines, and sign off on edits that meet our high standards. Guide, mentor, and develop team members in editing skills and post-production workflows.

Manage key deliverables from organising footage on Dropbox to ensuring projects are live on the platform.

Manage a diverse range of video content, ensuring stakeholder input is considered while maintaining high editorial and production standards.

Fundraising at the Sutton Trust
We are seeking a dynamic and driven fundraiser to be our Trusts and Foundations Manager. The Sutton Trust is at an exciting point in our organisational journey, with a new Chairperson and ambitions to significantly grow our impact and fundraising as part of our 2030 strategy.
Over the past five years the impact of the Sutton Trust has increased, especially in our programme numbers, securing a relatively stable income of c.£6m over a number of years. In recent years this has grown to c.£7m, and our organisational strategy to 2030 will continue this fundraising trajectory to increase income to £12m. Trusts and foundations income currently accounts for c.37% of our fundraising, and we know there is considerable enthusiasm and opportunity in the grant-making world for building strategic partnerships with us.
Our fundraising approach will continue to focus on driving towards major gifts and strategic multi-year partnerships, leveraging a range of drivers to secure Trust, Foundation and Statutory support.
The Role and Team
As Trusts and Foundations Manager (maternity cover), you will be an experienced, proactive relationship manager and fundraiser. You will be confident in delivering high quality reporting and stewardship to a wide variety of Trusts, Foundations, Statutory and organisational donors, as well as proactively approaching funding prospects and preparing applications to secure funds.
We have strong relationships with a range of trusts and foundations, and over the fixed term contract period we are looking for a confident fundraiser to manage and support a portfolio of funders as cover for a maternity leave within the Development team.
The role will contribute to growing the portfolio of Trusts, Foundations, and organisational donors (predominantly at the five-figure level), while also providing strategic support on grant management of our major six-and-seven-figure Trust and Foundation partners. This will include compiling key reports and supporting the gathering and analysing programmatic data. You will work closely with colleagues across both the Development Department, including the Development Director, and the wider organisation.
Main duties
New Business

Undertake prospect research into trusts and foundations, statutory opportunities (contracts or grants), and organisational funders in collaboration with Trusts and Foundations colleagues, and other senior staff and senior volunteers. This includes identification, due diligence, qualification, and creating briefings and outreach plans.

Work with Trusts and Foundations colleagues to cultivate a prospect pool of potential donors, looking at lapsed supporters, the prospect pipeline, stakeholder network mapping through the Board and Trustees, as well as funders with an active interest in education / social mobility.

Submit compelling funding proposals and reports to mid-level trusts, foundations, statutory and organisational donors to secure income (predominately at the five-figure level) for the Trust. Work alongside other Development team and wider organisation members to ensure high-quality submissions.

Earlsfield Foodbank was set up in 2013 and is part of IFAN. We are based in St Andrew's Church, Earlsfield, London SW18 and operate on a Thursday morning. Our team of Volunteers provides food and support to the 300 local "guests" that are registered with us. Typically 70-80 come each week. As food poverty is often a symptom other issues we provide further support on the day. The Home Café which is also based in the Church kindly enables us to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Our income is a mix of grants, donations (both cash and food direct) and fund raising events.

This role will focus on building relationships across the Fuller’s pub estate, connecting pubs with local Special Olympics GB clubs and helping bring the partnership to life through events, volunteering, fundraising and storytelling. This is a highly people-focused role that involves regular travel, building relationships with pub managers and teams, and helping them find simple and meaningful ways to support Special Olympics GB in their communities.

The Head of Communications will lead the development and delivery of an integrated communications strategy that increases awareness, consideration and engagement across priority audiences. You will define brand narrative, ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels, and coordinate content, media, and digital activity to support organisational and fundraising goals. You will take a strategic and hands-on role overseeing planning, messaging, and performance, while ensuring communications activity is insight-led, audience-focused, and aligned with organisational priorities.
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in leading multi-channel communications, with a strong grounding in brand, messaging and audience engagement. You will be able to translate organisational goals into clear strategic direction, while also providing hands-on support in the planning and delivery of content, media and digital activity. You will have the judgement to prioritise high-impact opportunities, the creativity to shape compelling stories, and the analytical skills to use data and insight to guide decisions. You will be confident co-ordinating across teams and will be comfortable adopting new tools and approaches such as artificial intelligence to improve quality, efficiency and performance.
