What you will do
- Assist the Supporter Acquisition Manager in the planning and implementation of campaign activity, leading on assigned tasks and acting as the day-to-day contract for all internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Lead and project manage assigned supporter acquisition campaigns and relevant welcome journeys across a range of online and offline channels (including mailings, TV, press, inserts and digital).
- Assist the Supporter Acquisition Manager to generate insights and actionable recommendations to help the Individual Giving Unit to refine and optimise future acquisition appeals
- Assist with the planning and delivery of strategic projects aimed at enhancing the wider Individual Giving programme.
- Support with research, testing, roll out and monitoring of new product development.
- Gather and collate project information to ensure the team has a bank of compelling, emotive stories for use in future appeals.

The role

Purpose

Main Responsibilities

Contribute towards CUK’s mission and strategic objectives through Executive Support function
· Manage Executive Director/Directors diaries including booking meetings, scheduling attendees and organising venues, in person and online.

Financial Administration and Bookkeeping
- Maintain up-to-date records in Sage 50.
- Import weekly transactions through Sage Bank Feeds.

The Museums Association (MA) is seeking a part time Policy Officer to play a leading role in developing our policy and campaigns work.

About the opportunity
As Accounts Assistant focusing on Treasury and Accounts Receivables, you'll play an important role in delivering a high-performing, efficient financial transactions operation with partnership and improvement at its core. The role
The Operations Director will lead the development, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Action Together’s systems, processes, and organisational infrastructure.
