The Role
To provide high-quality, person-centred support and housing management services to residents living within Causeway's Mental Health Needs Service. Residents accessing this service experience moderate to high mental health needs, which may include enduring mental illness and periods of crisis. Job description
We are looking for an Advice and Wellbeing Administrator to provide high quality administrative support to the Advice & Wellbeing team. This role will play a key part in the day-to-day operation of the Students' Union UCL Advice Service, including administering enquiry and appointment management processes, supporting the administration of our financial support funds, maintaining electronic case records and supervising student staff.
The role may also provide support to our expanding prevention and intervention programmes such as our Active Bystander Programme, including overseeing the enquiries, scheduling, and workshop administration.
The role is a full time and permanent contract. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 20/80 basis (80% working from the office). We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible, and job share basis wherever possible.

About the Role
As our Financial Controller, you'll lead the day-to-day financial operations of the charity, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and efficient processes that support our mission. You'll oversee month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, providing clear insights to inform decision-making across the organisation. As an Employment Specialist, you will manage a caseload of up to twenty clients, applying the eight principles of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) to help individuals secure and sustain competitive employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, participating in case discussions and supervision while contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to client support. Responsibilities include developing employer relationships, identifying suitable job opportunities, supporting clients throughout their employment journey, and providing advice on benefits. You will monitor performance against key targets, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with NHS and organisational procedures, provide ongoing in-work support, and actively engage in professional development, training, and service improvement activities.

The Woodland Trust is looking for an Operations Officer - Wildlife. This role will work collaboratively with colleagues across a number of teams, particularly in Operations and Nature Recovery, to advise and help deliver our plans to reduce adverse herbivore impacts (with an initial focus on deer populations) and make meaningful and lasting improvements to the woodland ecological condition of our estate.
This role is based within the North and covers from the Northern Forest up, including Scotland and Northern Ireland.
A company vehicle will be provided for this role. This role requires a 4x4, which is a benefit in kind that is taxed at £300pcm. Alternatively, there is the option to opt out of having a company vehicle should you have a suitable vehicle of your own.
