An established professional membership organisation is looking for a Senior Services Coordinator to support the delivery and development of a portfolio of member services. This role offers the opportunity to combine service management, stakeholder engagement and business development while leading a small team of two.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement of  3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Services, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of services provided to members and partner organisations, ensuring they operate efficiently, deliver value and continue to evolve to meet member needs. You will also support the development of new services and partnerships that generate income and enhance the organisation’s offering.

The Role:

When young people in care turn 18, all the support they’ve relied on can fall away, literally overnight.  Suddenly, they have to navigate adulthood on their own. Too many still don’t get the support they need to make it safely past this cliff edge.

Care leavers aged 18-21 are nine times more likely to experience homelessness than their peers.

Settle exists to change this. We’re an award-winning charity, supporting care-experienced young people as they move into their first home, so they can confidently transition into independent living, avoid eviction and homelessness, and establish the foundations they need to thrive in adulthood. As the Health & Wellbeing Coach Team Lead, you will oversee a service that helps Bexley residents, particularly those with long‑term conditions or Vital 5 risk factors improve their health and wellbeing through personalised coaching.  You will provide coordination and operational leadership, ensuring that high-quality coaching is delivered consistently across community settings and partner organisations.

About the Role

We are seeking an individual to raise awareness of the Fund’s welfare offer amongst social welfare agencies across Yorkshire but also, crucially, to help address the issue of social isolation and feelings of loneliness experienced by some members of the RAF Family.

You will have experience of engaging and supporting people in a community, charity, social care, or other people focused position, supporting those who are socially isolated to be better connected into their communities.  You will have good organisational skills, empathy and the ability to listen and build relationships with people who may have complex and challenging welfare needs, assisting them by identifying appropriate support from within the RAF Benevolent Fund and the wider statutory and military charity sector.

This is a community-based position working from home but covering primarily the York/Leeds region, delivering both remote and face to face support. The candidate must have their own vehicle to use to travel around these regions.

Furnishing Futures is a charity that creates beautiful healing homes for women and children who have escaped domestic abuse, and been given empty social housing, using unwanted furniture from the interiors industry. We are looking for a Senior Specialist Support Worker, to provide maternity cover for 12 months managing our specialist support service and providing focussed support to beneficiaries.

Our specialist support team works alongside our home designers to provide advice and support on a range of issues to help alleviate social isolation for survivors, as well as facilitating women’s groups and managing relationships with referral partners.

We are looking for someone with experience supporting vulnerable people with complex needs from a wide variety of backgrounds, and an understanding of the impact of deprivation, discrimination and domestic abuse on individuals, families and communities. Based in Leyton you will be managing a small team and helping the charity develop its service across London.
