Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, the postholder will play a key role in managing a significant portfolio of partners and prospects, contributing directly to the achievement of ambitious income targets and long-term partnership growth.

You will lead on the development and stewardship of corporate relationships, identifying opportunities to achieve income targets through donations, sponsorship, employee fundraising, volunteering, gift in kind and commercial collaborations.

Working closely with the Partnerships Manager, you will help shape account plans, support pipeline development and contribute insight to partnership strategy, ensuring activity is aligned to hospice priorities and funding needs.

YOUTH OUTREACH WORKER: Violence Against Women and Girls (Female Applicants Only*)

Youth violence is a problem that significantly affects young people, their families and entire communities. At Oasis, we believe that violence can be prevented by taking a holistic public health approach. Oasis Community Hub Hadley encompasses a range of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community. Through this holistic approach we have been instrumental in shaping the way young people are supported after experiencing trauma, violence or aggression.

Oasis Youth Support at North Middlesex Hospital is seeking a dedicated Outreach Worker: Violence Against Women and Girls Specialist to accompany young women who attend North Middlesex Hospital A&E department due to a violent or aggressive incident, on their journey to make positive choices with the aim of breaking the cycle of violence through 1:1 mentoring.

You will be part of a large team based at the hospital and supported by the Youth Support Project Coordinator, as well as the wider Community Hub Team based in Ponders End, Enfield.

 The key responsibilities within the role are:

· Support young people and develop a bespoke mentoring programme that meets their needs

· Develop and evaluate a model of care that enables young people to benefit from community based interventions

· Planning and delivering sessions focusing around specific areas of violence against women and girls for young people and professionals

· Assisting the team by facilitating high quality information gathering/sharing to track the support given and the success of the project

You could be successful in this role if you: 

· Are passionate about making a difference to young people’s lives

· Have the ability to build positive relationships with young people as well as professionals

· have a relevant professional qualification (e.g. JNC, QTS, QSW), or relevant experience

· Have experience of working in a youth/community setting affected by youth crime

ABOUT BRIDGING & BELONGING 

We have completed Stage 1 of Bridging & Belonging, which involved a series of local listening events. What we heard was clear: people in North Kirklees want more chances to connect with one another and to shape what happens in their neighbourhoods, using their own ideas, skills and experience to make a positive difference.

We are now moving into Stage 2, a four-year project funded through the National Lottery Community Fund’s Reaching Communities programme. This phase will strengthen neighbourliness, reduce division, and support community-led action that builds stronger, more connected communities. Harris Hill is working with an education based organisation, supporting their search for an interim Events Manager, working remotely, 4 days per week, for 6 months.

Position: IES Strategy, Partnership, Policy and Communication Lead

Location: London/hybrid (office based until after probation period)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £52,356 pa plus travel to work allowance up to £3,800 pa

Contract: Permanent

About the Role

This pivotal role strengthens the organisations global humanitarian presence by ensuring IES remains a credible, connected, and influential actor within the international humanitarian system.

You will provide high level external engagement, shape strategic partnerships, guide policy development, strengthen communications, and align IES’s work with global humanitarian priorities. This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent strategic thinking, organisational representation and relationship-building skills.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years in a field-based humanitarian position.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic planning and partnership development.
• Degree in Humanitarian/Development Studies, International Relations or related field.
• Training in partnership development, donor engagement and strategic planning.
• Experience working with international donors and humanitarian organisations.

Knowledge of:

• UN coordination architecture, clusters and INGO networks.
• Donor landscape (institutional, governmental, philanthropic).
• Policy frameworks: CHS, Sphere, IHL, safeguarding, accountability.
• LRRD/nexus approaches, and global trends in climate, conflict, displacement, localisation.
• Strategic communications and crisis communication principles.
• Project cycle management, monitoring, indicators, due diligence, and MoUs.

We are recruiting a proactive and highly organised Qualifications Coordinator to support the development, maintenance and delivery of RSPH’s regulated qualifications.

In this varied and impactful role, you will work closely with the Head of Education and Assessment to produce and maintain assessment materials, coordinate examiners and verifiers, support qualification reviews and ensure the smooth administration of results and certification. You will also play a key role in supporting centres, contributing to examiner training and engagement events, and maintaining strong relationships across our education and assessment network.

• Strengthen financial control by overseeing purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and discipline across spend

• Play a key role in audits, compliance and finance projects, contributing to continuous improvement across the function

What you’ll need

• Hold a full accountancy qualification

• A good understanding of core finance processes, including transactional finance
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
• Experience in a complex organisation or from practice would be beneficial, but not essential
