Operating as a blended role across the Membership and Marketing and Communications teams, this role will support the day-to-day membership and digital communication functions of the NI.
This role is responsible for membership administration and digital communications including processing and onboarding new members to managing ongoing renewals and maintaining the membership database, managing the delivery of Lunch & Learn sessions, Drop-In sessions and a range of themed technical and non-technical webinars, supporting HQ conferences and managing digital communications, member feedback and related marketing activity that underpins effective member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Membership Administration
· Support the renewals process to ensure prompt collection of membership subscriptions including conducting follow-up campaigns to minimise lapsers.
· Manage correspondence related to the onboarding process including preparing and sending membership welcome emails, and other communications as appropriate.
· Manage the Membership inbox responding to queries and assigning emails to colleagues or others as necessary.
· Support with the administration of Organisational Members including processing new members, issuing invoices and any other tasks as required.
· Assist with the development and implementation of new membership strategies.
· Other tasks to support the Membership and Business Development Director and Membership Manager as necessary.
Member Engagement and Digital Events
· Coordinate and deliver a structured programme of online events, including:
- Lunch & Learn sessions
- Drop-in member forums
- Themed webinar series covering both technical and non-technical topics
· Manage all webinar logistics, including registration, hosting, and post-event communications.
· Work closely with the Communities Officer and regional branches to promote local and regional events.
· Gather and analyse event feedback and attendance data to evaluate engagement levels and member satisfaction.
Digital Marketing & Communications
· Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to promote membership activities, including a monthly member-focused email highlighting benefits such as mentoring, e-learning, and events.
· Create engaging and relevant content for the NI website, newsletters, and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn).
· Develop promotional materials and manage a central events calendar to ensure consistent and timely communications.
· Monitor the Communications inbox responding to requests and assigning emails to colleagues or others as necessary
· Collaborate with the Membership and Business Development Director and Marketing and Communications Manager to assist with any other membership recruitment initiatives and campaigns as required.
Data Management & Reporting
Customer Service
· Serve as a point of contact for current and potential members, answering enquiries via phone, email, and online.
· Provide information about membership benefits, policies, and procedures.
· Resolve membership-related issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
General
· Liaise with suppliers and partners where needed to deliver promotional or event materials.

Experience and Skills
Essential Experience
· 2–3 years’ experience in membership administration, customer service, event co-ordination or marketing or a similar administrative role, ideally within a non-profit, association, or professional membership organisation.
· Proficient in using CRM or membership management systems, including database management, reporting.
· Experience in administering membership or customer renewals processes.
· Ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a professional environment.
· Ability to write compelling promotional copy.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using digital engagement and event tools such as Eventbrite, Cvent, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Teams.

What the job involves
As part of our Customer Engagement and Experience team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional supporter experience, from ordering shop items and receiving fulfilment materials to ensuring Gift Aid contributions are processed accurately and securely.
This job share role combines operational ownership, relationship management and compliance oversight. You’ll be trusted to run essential day-to-day activity and improve the systems that sit behind them.
You’ll build and manage strong relationships with fulfilment suppliers, holding them accountable to KPIs and ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll also manage the day-to-day running of our online shop, including product development, stock forecasting, supplier coordination and performance monitoring.
You’ll keep fulfilment operations running efficiently by identifying improvements, resolving bottlenecks and making sure teams across the charity have what they need. Alongside this, you’ll take ownership of Gift Aid administration, ensuring claims are accurate, compliant with HMRC requirements and supported by clear audit trails.
By monitoring Gift Aid performance, you’ll analyse trends and recommend improvements, keeping internal teams informed and skilled in best practice. You’ll also support Fundraising teams with compliance checks, offering guidance and helping to resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
In addition, you’ll oversee monthly stock reconciliations and financial reporting for shop activity, ensuring accuracy and supporting informed decision-making. Background and Contract
This is a role that promises good growth potential, with the chance to work across multiple geographies. The position of Junior Impact Analyst, at Bridges Outcomes, will support education projects funded by Sustainable Development Goals Outcomes Fund (SDG OF).
Reporting to the Operational lead, the primary focus of this position will be the successful delivery of the Sierra Leone Early Childhood Education (SLECE), the Rwanda Early Childhood, and South African Early Childhood initiatives. However, we also anticipate this role to support our work in the Ghana Education Outcomes Programme (GEOP), leveraging overlapping themes and collaborative opportunities across these impactful projects.
You will contribute to programme performance, data quality and evidence generation across initiatives in Sierra Leone, Rwanda, South Africa and Ghana. Across all programmes, we work with a mix of national and international NGOs.
Sierra Leone Early Childhood Education (SL ECE)
A national initiative focused on expanding safe community‑based centres, improving access and attendance, strengthening structural and process quality, and enhancing holistic child development outcomes. Delivery is implemented through multiple lots with NGO partners. The programme is currently in implementation and runs from 2026 to 2029.
Rwanda Early Childhood Education Programme
Launched in 2026, this four‑year programme focuses on strengthening early childhood development outcomes through evidence‑driven delivery and performance management.
South Africa Early Childhood Programme
Initiated in 2026, this three‑year programme supports improvements in early learning quality and access through partnerships with national and international NGOs.
Ghana Education Outcomes Programme (GEOP)
Supporting the government’s GALOP strategy through outcomes‑based delivery across rural districts and major urban centres. The programme includes an Accelerated Learning Programme for out‑of‑school children and a Mainstream School Improvement Programme. Implementation runs from 2023 to 2026.

Role Purpose
The Junior Impact Analyst will be accountable for:
· Providing hands‑on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) guidance to in‑country delivery partners (national and international NGOs), ensuring practical, context‑appropriate monitoring systems that drive performance improvement.
· Coordinating closely with delivery partners to track milestones, validate outcome achievements, and ensure timely submission of evidence required by the Outcomes Fund commissioner.

· Support the Operations Lead and Senior Impact Analyst in ensuring delivery partners meet commissioner compliance requirements, including documentation, evidence standards, and reporting timelines.

Management of Casework Function
· Manage the day-to-day delivery of the casework service, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and to a high standard.
· Directly line-manage the casework team, providing supervision, guidance, and support.
· Lead on induction, training, and ongoing development of caseworkers with the support of the Head of Operations.
· Oversee case allocation and workload management to ensure fair distribution and timely progression of cases.
· Provide advice and support on complex or sensitive cases and assist the team in resolving challenging situations.
Performance and Quality Management
· Oversee the production of casework statistics and reporting.
· Together with the Director of Casework, track and analyse casework metrics to assess performance against agreed casework KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

Service Development

At the Motability Foundation, we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose.
We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that can work flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. This includes a growing portfolio of projects tackling key challenges like inclusive EV charging, complex community transport funding opportunities, and large-scale research such as the National Centre for Accessible Transport.
We are now recruiting four Transport Solutions Managers to help design and deliver high-impact work across this portfolio. These are pivotal roles that combine subject expertise, delivery capability, and leadership and are designed to work flexibly across our matrix structure.

What you’ll be doing

Your experience
Must haves:
Experience managing projects or funding opportunities from inception through to delivery, including planning, delivery, and monitoring, ideally across teams and with external partners or suppliers.
Ability to scope and deliver initiatives or funding opportunities using evidence, insight, and engagement with disabled people and other key stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex workstreams to deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Role Description
Following a recent round of successful funding, Black Thrive are looking for a highly skilled and community-focused Research & Evaluation Lead to strengthen the evidence and learning functions across the Thriving Futures – Scaling Systems Change programme. This role is central to building a robust understanding of community needs, mental health outcomes, and the impact of systems change activities on Black communities across our localities.
This position requires a researcher with experience in mixed-methods research and who is confident in working both strategically and on the ground in community settings. You will be responsible for developing and implementing evaluation frameworks, gathering high-quality data, and supporting Black Thrive Global and the localities in their own monitoring, learning, and evaluation capacity. Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as much of this role involves working closely with black led organisations, local leaders, and partners across health, voluntary, and statutory sectors.
You will work closely with the Head of Research and Evaluation and the wider Thriving Futures team to design, deliver, and communicate research and evaluation projects that drive learning and improvement. Your work will combine community-based data collection, analysis, inclusive and culturally grounded evaluation methods, and clear reporting that helps us tell the story of our progress and impact.

The Role
