What you’ll do

You’ll play a key role in delivering our Individual Giving strategy, working closely with the Senior Individual Giving Manager and colleagues across both Mental Health UK and Rethink Mental Illness.

In this role, you will:

• Craft and deliver engaging multi‑channel campaigns that inspire donors and champion our cause.
• Develop stewardship journeys that surprise, delight, and retain supporters—from regular givers to payroll givers and cash donors.
• Manage relationships with agencies, printers and fulfilment partners to bring campaigns to life.
• Track, analyse and optimise campaign performance, using insight to continually improve our approach.
• Provide exceptional supporter care, responding to enquiries with empathy, efficiency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with colleagues across fundraising, communications, impact, finance, CRM and more—spotting opportunities to deepen supporter engagement.
• Ensure data is processed responsibly, ethically and in line with GDPR and the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice.

Join our team as an EDI Officer!

The EDI Officer role focuses on enhancing equity in health access and outcomes for all social groups within the local community, particularly in OUH palliative care services. The post holder will collaborate closely with palliative medicine colleagues to develop and lead projects aimed at improving EDI aspects across all Palliative Care departments.

This will be achieved by implementing the five-year EDI strategy plan, which supports hospice teams in integrating EDI considerations in all areas of care. Additionally, the role involves contributing to Trust-wide Health Inequalities initiatives through collaboration with the Trust’s EDI colleagues and Patient Experience Team and various internal and external stakeholders to meet EDI and health inequalities objectives.

· Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Oversee the implementation of the EDI Strategy for the Palliative Medicine Department to ensure services meet the needs of the diverse population in the catchment area.

· Service Planning and Development, Project Management: Take responsibility for the development and implementation of projects and service improvements with an EDI focus as agreed with line manager or Clinical Lead.

· Data Collection and Analysis: Review and analyse data on groups with protected characteristics and/or who may experience palliative care health inequalities within our catchment.

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, offered on a hybrid basis in London with two days per week in the office.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Manager will play a central role in delivering high-quality HR support across a dynamic and collaborative organisation. We are still in a cost-of-living crisis and changes to the winter fuel payment criteria mean that many older people in the UK are in desperate need of advice and support. As a Customer Adviser, you will be playing an important role in this vital service; providing information and advice for older people in need, and signposting them, their families, carers and other professionals to relevant bodies that can help with their specific requirements.

Our team of Customer Advisers are dedicated to providing a high-quality service to those in later life and are passionate about ensuring all callers receive the guidance and support they need. The team handles thousands of calls, emails and webchats each year. Some of these enquiries can be emotionally tough, but there is no better feeling than knowing that you have helped someone.

This role offers hybrid working between home and our offices in Blackpool and Ashburton (a robust home broadband connection is essential). The team work from the office at least one day a week, although this can be more if you prefer. You will need to live within an easily commutable distance of the office either by car or public transport, we suggest up to an hour's commute. During the probation and training period you may be required to come into the office 2-3 days a week. Healthwatch was set up in 2013 to champion the rights of health and social care users, and hold the health and social care system to account for how well it engages with the public. During 2026/27 these services are preparing for transition while continuing to build on their legacy.

Healthwatch’s remit covers all publicly funded health and social care services for adults and children.

• To Provide strategic management for effective, inclusive and high quality local Healthwatch.

What you'll do:

Conduct high level analysis and interpretation of management information for a variety of audiences.
Develop reports and visualisations from our data warehouses using BI tools (Power BI, Business Objects, SSRS) to enable self- service reporting across the business.
Produce performance reports for senior managers and Board members to ensure they understand how Look Ahead is performing against its priorities.
Work with managers throughout the organisation to understand their business priorities and to ensure that they have effective information management systems in place to deliver these.
Ensure that Look Ahead complies with external performance reporting requirements including contractual measures and regulatory returns.

• Operations Management

• Oversee the BCA’s yearly Events Calendar as well as the day-to-day operation and delivery of all BCA events, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to policies and procedures.

• Secure funding for all key events from suitable sponsors

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

·To support the community work of Adoption UK Scotland and their kinship services, to provide professionals, parents/carers, children, and young people access to information, resources, and services for kinship communities and to engage with families in their local communities.

·To offer a front-line service, primarily to kinship families based in the East Lothian Community, by supporting delivery and administration for activities and events, including regular support groups delivery, youth and family events. Support of events in other areas in Scotland based on resources and availability.

·To hold and manage kinship care family cases, providing direct family support within service guidelines and delivery model.

·Support planning, organisation of, and attendance at, in person and online events through funded projects and services to bring together kinship families and individuals, enable peer support, build a sense of community and promote an active and supportive Community Network.

·To respond to enquiries received via the Information and Support Service and relevant email inboxes with relevant information and/or signposting.

·To be part of the wider kinship service team within Adoption UK Scotland, working across teams and services.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Working alongside service leads within the kinship teams, and with the wider community team members to plan and deliver specific events and activities for East Lothian Council Kinship community members, and kinship families in wider areas where resources and availability allows.

·Provide administrative coordination for community groups, including collating event materials, gathering feedback and evaluations for reporting purposes, supporting delivery of events, maintaining records using existing required systems, and responding to enquiries via our Information and Support line and relevant email inboxes.

·To facilitate referral meetings with new kinship carers accessing the East Lothian Kinship Support Service, including initial assessment of need to identify suitable support and signposting requirements

·To hold responsibility for administrative requirements relating to referrals and cases within the East Lothian Kinship Support Service, including setting up new cases and recording service delivery interactions, using existing Adoption UK systems and processes

·To work with colleagues in the Foundations for Families kinship support service to support delivery where time and resources allow, and coordinate activities between services where appropriate.

·To report to line manager and directors in Adoption UK Scotland relating to service delivery, including contributing to monitoring and reporting on activities.

·To work alongside Adoption UK colleagues to develop and improve resources and services for kinship carers

About the role:

As Senior Project Manager, you will have responsibility for planning, delivering, and embedding two high-profile, business critical projects:

· Implementation of new housing management IT system

· Refurbishment of head office; and

· Supporting other corporate priority projects

You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and senior leaders to ensure both projects are delivered to time, budget, scope, and quality, whilst providing regular progress reports to the Corporate Management Team (CMT), HRG Cttee and Board as required.

As the Senior Project Manager your duties will include:

· Developing project scope, deliverables, timelines and budgets in line with business objectives for two complex projects.

· Manage project governance, including risk, issues, dependencies and change control, acting as primary contact for queries.

· Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of both projects.

· Support change management activities including training, adoption and changes to current practice and procedure.

· Ensure compliance with CHS policies and procedures, including financial regulations, health and safety, data protection, IT and data security.

About you

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Finance team for a 13-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Initially, the focus of the role will be supporting a large website replatforming project and content migration, implementing improved user experience, consistency, content quality and governance across our website content.  

You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive and motivated team, in a flexible and welcoming working environment. The role is hybrid – one day a week in Bristol office, but remote options considered. This is a part time role (28 hours a week), and we can be flexible about how you fit your hours into the week.
