About you

Key responsibilities
Content development and management
- Lead the production of key content pieces at ETP, including our annual report, regular updates to members and stakeholders, and innovative programme impact stories.
- Own and manage the communications content calendar, ensuring creativity and alignment with organisational goals.
- Own programmatic communications, collaborating with internal teams to produce communication toolkits on our range of programmes for members, incorporating feedback to meet members’ needs effectively.
- Collaborate with members and partners to ensure communications align with their needs and priorities – on both programmes and day-to-day communications.
- Work closely with ETP’s leadership team, country teams and experts to develop thought leadership pieces that contribute to sector-wide conversations and challenge the status quo constructively.
- Develop and issue ETP’s monthly member and stakeholder newsletter, ensuring there is ample content and that it is delivered on time.
Digital ownership
- Develop and implement ETP’s social media strategy, ensuring consistent, engaging, and impactful output.
- Oversee all social media activity, driving engagement and growing ETP’s digital presence across LinkedIn and X.
- Develop and share regular posts from the ETP CEO and sample posts for team members for key initiatives.
- Own website content, regularly updating the site with new information, from new joiners to news articles and programme updates.
Showcasing impact
- Create content that showcases ETP’s impact at both programmatic and sectoral levels, using innovative and striking approaches.
- Work with the Monitoring & Evaluation Lead to update the Global Impact Framework, ensuring our website data is up to date and effectively communicating impact across the ETP portfolio.
Design
- Use existing Adobe’s InDesign and Canva templates to produce a range of ETP branded assets including donor reports, event materials such as standees and backdrops etc.
Media relations
- Work with the Head of Communications & Membership to respond to media inquiries and support crisis communication efforts as needed.
- Research and create compelling media content, including proactive and reactive press releases.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets to amplify ETP’s message.
Experience and skills required
Essential
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
- Experience in developing creative and disruptive (yet constructive) content strategies.
- Strong social media strategy and management experience.
- Experience in media relations, including crafting press releases and managing media inquiries.
- Exceptional organisation skills, the ability to stick to deadlines and ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to brief external suppliers e.g. designers and videographers to ensure they deliver on brief, on time and to budget.
- Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter, demonstrating a dynamic, driven mindset with strong lateral thinking skills to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Demonstrate drive, curiosity, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English required and proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.

About the role and you
We are looking for a data professional to support and manage significant changes in the way our charity uses, processes and manages data. Our teams pride themselves on evidence-informed practice, using research and data to enhance their work at every stage. We collect data all the time: on the individual progress of our clients, the reach of our campaigns and the demand for our support. As part of our new Tech and Data Strategy, we are taking the next stage in our use of data analysis and data science, ensuring that we use our data more effectively and efficiently to support our teams in preventing child sexual abuse.
We are looking for a Data Scientist/Analyst to help us make this change. You will be based in the LFF Research Team, reporting to our Director of Research and Impact.
This role will facilitate better use, processing and management of data across the organisation. It will focus on four areas:
- Data systems and structures
- Data analysis
- Data visualisation
- Data security and compliance
The postholder will work alongside experienced researchers to develop a new portfolio of priority projects to enhance our work. With no fixed task list or assigned service, this role offers the freedom to explore and innovate, identifying where data, data science, and data systems can drive real change.

We are seeking a highly organised, persuasive, and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building productive relationships with funders. Comfortable working at pace, you will thrive in a busy environment and play a key role in our successful Partnerships team - managing five-figure corporate accounts, identifying and developing new corporate partnerships, and delivering high-quality marketing. All activity will be focused on achieving our ambitious corporate fundraising targets.
What will I be doing?
· Delivering high-quality relationship management and stewardship, including writing reports and organising “seeing is believing” events that give funders the opportunity to experience the impact of our work with young people first-hand.
· Preparing compelling applications for potential corporate partners, including presenting to senior stakeholders where required.
· Creating and deliver tailored marketing plans for key accounts, including inspiring social media posts and case studies, and bringing our work to life by capturing high-quality photos and videos of CYT in action.
· Supporting the Partnerships team to organise and deliver high-impact corporate and in-aid fundraising events that inspire existing and prospective corporate funders.
What knowledge and experience are we looking for?
· Proven experience working in a charity fundraising role
· Demonstrable experience managing and supporting relationships with funders
· Experience securing new funding, including writing applications and presenting to funders
NOTE: prior knowledge of the construction and built environment sector is not an essential requirement of this role.

Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of the Gift Aid Manager is to oversee the management and administration of Gift Aid, and other forms of tax-efficient giving, to maximise MSF UK’s income. This includes responsibility for managing the Gift Aid and tax reclaim processes across multiple income streams, ensuring claims are submitted in a timely manner, and that MSF UK remains compliant with HMRC regulations. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in managing end to end Gift Aid claims and processes within the charity sector.
- Strong working knowledge of HMRC Gift Aid regulations, practices and procedures and other relevant HMRC guidelines.
