You will also act as a liaison between the Society/PPL and Committee members on practical and logistical matters, such as supporting with expenses, as required.
The role will provide administrative support for the Nominations process and success planning, including Committee Chair, Trustee and Director inductions, along with drafting and reviewing policy documents and terms of reference. In addition, providing support on EDI initiatives with the wider team on the EDI Toolkit management.
Suitable candidates will have experience in Committee work, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Key responsibilities
Lead prospect research to build a strong pipeline of trusts, corporates and major donors which align with our mission. This includes network mapping to identify existing connections and relationships.
Act as the CRM champion for fundraising, ensuring all donor interactions and details are accurately recorded and updated.

Help build the operational foundations of a pioneering national nature-based mental-health service for young people.
We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Operations Lead to turn an ambitious pilot into a scalable national membership model.

Dose of Nature is a mental-health charity improving mental health and wellbeing through structured, evidence-informed engagement with nature.
We are establishing a Young Person Memberships service for young people and young adults under 25. Through this model, trusted youth, community, education and clinical organisations will be trained and supported to deliver the Dose of Nature programme in the places and services young people already know.
The first phase is an 18-month pilot with approximately four to six member organisations. It will test, refine and validate a model that can be scaled nationally.
About the role
As Young People’s Memberships Operations Lead, you will establish and manage the operational infrastructure needed to make this new service work.
You will manage the end-to-end journey for member organisations: from initial engagement and readiness assessment, through onboarding, training and implementation, to active delivery, reporting, learning and renewal.

About you

You will be confident managing partner relationships, maintaining action plans and risk logs, gathering and reporting data, and coordinating meetings, training or workshops. You will be highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure, with the judgement to know when to resolve an issue and when to escalate it.

We have an exciting opportunity to become a member of our farm leadership team as a Skills and Wellbeing Lead. You will lead the Skills and Wellbeing Programme at Oasis City Farm – Southampton, delivering high-quality sessions, therapeutic activities and workshops for adults and young people. With the aim of building knowledge, practical skills, confidence and wellbeing through animal care, gardening and nature-based learning. This will include leading our Adult day service; developing opportunities for farm users to gain qualifications; facilitating wellbeing workshops and provision that build mental health wellbeing; working with the community lead to develop our volunteer and work placement programme; work alongside our garden assistant to lead on our garden project development, ensuring it is sustainable. As the UK’s leading university access organisation, our staff team is helping over 60,000 young people each year at its 46 learning centres and extension projects across England and Scotland, and we plan to scale-up our provision to 50 centres over the coming years.
We are looking for a high-calibre candidate who will enjoy working each day with young people and who will thrive in a frontline, community-based, fast-paced and rewarding role. You will be taking up a permanent role as Centre Leader at our IntoUniversity centre in North Islington. You will have responsibility for running your IntoUniversity centre, including managing your team, planning and delivering the programme, liaising with external stakeholders and meeting IntoUniversity’s targets for delivery.
A substantial element of this role is delivering our education programme to children and young people aged 7-18, so you will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young people, including leading a class of 30 from the front, working with small teams of children and providing one-to-one support.

Job Title:Freelance Facilitator
Reporting to: Senior Programme Lead

The Job
Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager, this role sits within the Communications, Engagement and Fundraising team. The Church Engagement and Events Officer will play a key role in building relationships with churches, supporters and volunteers across Britain, Ireland and Europe, helping them engage more deeply with USPG's vision and mission.
