Learning Operations Coordinator
The Learning Operations Coordinatorplays a vital role inthe effective planning and delivery ofthe National Theatre’sLearning events. The post is a member of the Learning Operations team which leads on all logistics, systems, policies and compliance relating to the Learning programme and acts as a conduit for communications and productive working practices with all other NT departments. The Coordinator supports the strategic and creative goals of the Learning department, through planning and delivery of distinctive and high-quality events, working closely with the Learning Operations Manager (Events) and Deputy Learning Operations Manager (Events).
TheCoordinator builds strong relationships with departments across the organisation, ensuring effective long-term collaboration, and advocacy of Learning programmes. The role collects and analyses data from Event Debriefs, distributing actionable insights across Learning for wider event improvement and leads on the care and maintenance of the Clore Learning Centre spaces, as well as Learning resources and tech equipment.There is scope for the Coordinator to take the lead on key projects and solely manage smaller scale events.
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Experience in an administrative role in a professional organisation.
- Experience working in an arts organisation including museum and heritage sector.
- Experience working on live event.
- Experience of communicating with a variety of stakeholders and/or departments
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks within competing work demands and to meet deadlines.
