About the role:

SRASAC is looking for an experienced clinical leader to take operational and clinical responsibility for our Adult Therapeutic Service, ensuring survivors receive safe, timely and high-quality trauma-informed support. Working under the Senior Management Team, you'll provide visible clinical leadership across the service acting as first point of contact for our Adult Therapeutic Practitioners on safeguarding, clinical dilemmas, case allocation and day-to-day operational challenges.

Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you'll hold a reduced but active specialist clinical caseload - staying connected to frontline practice and supporting survivors with particularly complex needs.

What we're looking for:

• Accredited counsellor, psychotherapist or counselling psychologist, currently registered with BACP, UKCP, HCPC, NCS or another recognised professional body.
• Significant post-qualification experience delivering specialist trauma-informed counselling.
• Demonstrable experience within a sexual violence or specialist trauma service.
• Extensive experience working therapeutically with adults experiencing complex trauma.
• Experience of therapeutic assessment, formulation and risk management.
• Experience supporting colleagues with complex clinical decision-making and safeguarding concerns.

About the role

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention of volunteers across Woman's Trust.

Working closely with managers across the organisation, the postholder will oversee the end-to-end volunteer journey, ensuring volunteers receive a positive, inclusive and well-supported experience from application through to departure.

The role will coordinate recruitment for all volunteer opportunities, including volunteer counsellors, facilitators, administrative volunteers, finance volunteers, fundraising volunteers and other volunteer roles as required. The postholder will also lead initiatives to strengthen volunteer engagement, recognition and retention, helping to build a sustainable and diverse volunteer community that supports the organisation's mission.

The role works closely with the HR & Operations Manager to ensure volunteering practices remain compliant with safeguarding, GDPR, organisational policies and best practice guidance.

Hours: Part-time, 14 hours per week (0.4 FTE).

We’re looking for a Youth Pastor to support the work we’re doing and innovate in new spaces, including taking a lead on outreach and pioneering the youth ministry at a new HT congregation in northeast Cambridge

This role has been created as part of a restructure of our youth team and will sit under the current youth pastor. Under their leadership, the postholder will take point on developing a youth ministry at a new HT congregation in northeast Cambridge, which is due to be launched in 2027. They will also assist the current Youth Pastor in facilitating our growing ministry at our city centre site.

HT has a brilliant bunch of young people, many of whom are eager to get stuck into learning, growing, and following Jesus! There are currently about 100 youth connected to HT, of whom about 60 make up a committed core. The youth are a real mix from a range of schools and areas around Cambridge and beyond.

The main event of the week is on Sunday evenings during the 5.30pm service, when the youth are usually split into younger and older youth for a combination of games, worship, a talk, small group time, and prayer. Alongside Sunday evenings, there are lots of socials, weekends away, an annual trip to DTI festival, spaces to go deeper in faith, 1–1 meetups, and more.There are so many opportunities with youth throughout the year and plenty of space to add, innovate, and change things around.

The Role

You’ll work closely with foster carers and social work colleagues to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support and improve outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• To supervise and support a diverse range of foster carers and children.

Relocation
If relocating to Bristol Woodlands Church Family will reimburse reasonable relocation expenses.

Terms

• Permanent full and part-time contract positions for on the basis of 5 days (37h 30m) or 2.5 days (18h 45m) per week.

• Hours on a Friday evening and Sunday morning will be required.

• The salary band is £26,300 - £27,000 pro rata, depending on experience.

• The annual holiday entitlement is 25 days pro rata plus 8 days bank holiday pro rata.

• The roles are based at Woodlands Central in Clifton and Highgrove Church in Sea Mills, Bristol.

The detailed terms and conditions will be contained in the post-holder’s Contract of Employment and the staff handbook. 

There will be a three-month probationary period with a review point after six weeks. An appraisal will take place to confirm completion of the probationary period and appraisals will take place annually thereafter.

The role has an occupational requirement that the post holder be a follower of Jesus and to be a worshipping member of the Woodlands Church Family, Woodlands Central/Highgrove Church (if not already) to ensureprotection of our strong Christian ethos and values, and our charitable objective of advancing the Christian faith. We are looking for an HR Officer to join us on a 14-month maternity cover contract as part of our People & Culture function. Key responsibilities are the smooth running of Share’s recruitment and payroll functions, as well as providing basic advice to line managers and staff.

Your work will help ensure Share attracts, supports and develops talented staff who are committed to empowering disabled adults. You'll play an important role in delivering excellent HR support, enabling our teams to provide high-quality services for our students. 

Main responsibilities 

• You’ll provide HR support to formal employee relations processes including disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness absence management processes 

• You’ll lead recruitment for new staff including; advertising roles, arranging interviews and conducting pre-employment checks 

• You'll onboard all new starters, ensuring comprehensive inductions and relevant training 

• You’ll deliver staff social events in line with agreed budgets and support the provision and promotion of Share’s staff benefits 

• You’ll ensure collation of monthly payroll submissions, including hours worked, contract changes and new starters 

• You’ll support the scheduling of flexible staff and the assignment of bank workers and source cover for unexpected absences

• You'll have experience in HR, ideally with a CIPD level 3 qualification or equivalent

• You’ll have experience working in a mid-sized charity or education sector
