What You’ll Be Doing:
The Community Fundraising Executive works closely with the National Community Fundraising Manager to deliver short and mid-term strategic plans and priorities for the function. The role is responsible for growing community awareness of the charity and driving fundraising activity across the region to meet income targets by proactively seeking out creating new opportunities and relationships. The key areas of activity the role is responsible for include generating and building relationships with community groups, organisations, volunteers and supporters, identifying new opportunities and leads within the region that will generate new income streams for the charity, and presenting to local organisations and groups within the regio

About the role
In this rewarding role, you’ll work one-to-one with people experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. Through face-to-face, phone, or online sessions, you’ll help patients explore their wellbeing needs, set meaningful goals, and develop practical emotional coping skills. Over the course of up to six sessions, you’ll empower individuals to build resilience and manage their own mental health and wellbeing more confidently.
You’ll also guide people towards the right next steps - whether that’s connecting them with community services, referring them to specialist support, or helping them find ongoing wellbeing opportunities.
As part of the Waterside PCN, you’ll be working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes GPs, mental health practitioners, and Solent Mind wellbeing assessors and peer support workers. Together, we provide compassionate, joined-up care for our local communities across Hythe, Marchwood and Blackfield.
As a Wellbeing Assessor, you will undertake assessments of patients to understand their individual needs and identify the most appropriate support for them, working collaboratively with other partners in the Primary Care Mental Health Service and associated organisations.
- Hours: 18.5 hours per week (over 3 days, must be a Tuesday)

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Mass Participation and Community Engagement, you will manage a team of three and oversee a calendar of digital fundraising events that collectively generate around £2 million annually. As the Transition and Recovery Service Team Manager you will oversee the Behavior change, and RISE Teams.
Our Behaviour Change programmes support individuals of any gender or sexual orientation who identify themselves as engaging in harmful behaviours in their relationships and are seeking support to end that harm. The RISE service provides focused support to those impacted by Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence and Stalking, including people with harmful behaviors, to access education, training, employment or volunteering
As Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a psychologically safe and supportive environment for staff working in emotionally demanding roles. You will lead with empathy and integrity, ensuring team members feel heard, valued, and empowered to raise concerns without fear. Through regular supervision, reflective practice, and wellbeing initiatives, you will promote resilience and mental health, enabling staff to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic abuse.
You will support teams to deliver consistently excellent support to people using our services, ensuring contract compliance, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in a changing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Purpose of the role
