About the Role
We’re looking to recruit a Research Manager to support the delivery of our strategic research portfolio. This role will involve managing and delivering research design, data collection, analysis and reporting, while working collaboratively with colleagues across Homeless Link, member organisations, academics, government officials, partners and people with lived experience.
The successful candidate will be an excellent project manager with strong quantitative research skills. They will have communication and relationship building skills, understanding of interpreting research findings in wider policy contexts, and of making strategic recommendations for national and local policy and decision makers. Demonstrable experience of setting up a corporate fundraising programme, with a track record of securing five-figure+ relationships and raising income to target.

Strong commercial awareness, with ability to identify and prioritise high-value opportunities.

Who you’ll work with: Your line manager will be the Head of Fundraising. There is also a full-time Fundraising Officer in the team who will provide some support for this role. The postholder should expect to work regularly with the CEO and wider leadership team. Fundraising sits within Voice 21’s Operations Directorate.
Where you’ll work: All Voice 21 staff work remotely and this is a home-based role, with some travel expected to our London office (near Victoria station) and elsewhere for meetings. Occasional overnight stays may be required. Voice 21 pays all travel and accommodation expenses.

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate team leader to help establish our Greater Manchester service from October 2026.
You'll join an experienced Leadership Team and build upon a proven model of family support that already delivers outstanding outcomes for hundreds of families every year.
Our systems, governance, training and operational frameworks are already established, allowing you to focus on developing local partnerships and leading a team to ensure families receive exceptional support.
Initially, you'll lead outreach, digital and community based delivery whilst building relationships with NHS partners, charities and local organisations. As the service grows, you'll play a key role in developing a dedicated Greater Manchester Support Centre, helping bring the full range of The Joshua Tree's emotional, wellbeing and family support services closer to families across the region.

About you
Do you want to use your skills to make it possible for people with myeloma to live longer and better lives? We are looking for a Support Group Co-ordinator who will deliver the Myeloma UK Support Group Partnership programme in line with the organisation’s overall strategy.
You will have experience of working with support groups and/or volunteer networks as well as recruiting, training, managing and supervising a diverse range of staff or volunteers. The post holder will need to show clear evidence of relationship building and working with underrepresented groups. A key part of the role is understanding the needs of cancer patients and their families and of health inequalities.
You’ll have excellent relationship building skills and an understanding of the barriers that exist in accessing support. You will need the ability to set priorities, work under pressure with great attention to detail and understand and meet the training and development needs of volunteers. Experience of working with haematology or oncology patients and working with a database would be an advantage but not essential.
About the role
The Support Group Co-ordinator will be the first point of contact within the organisation for all Support Group enquiries. You will coordinate the Support Groups Partnership Programme activity, including developing and promotion of the existing Myeloma Support Groups and coordinate the recruitment, induction and ongoing support of new local groups to the Support Groups Partnership Programme
You will be responsible for working with local groups and other local network partners to increase the reach and impact of Myeloma UK, ensuring that partnered support groups operate in line with Myeloma UK guidelines and ensure that they receive consistent information, training and advice.
The post holder will maintain an awareness and understanding of all legislation that may be relevant to the role and develop, maintain and evaluate a training programme for Support Group Leaders as well as moderate and update the Support Group Leaders’ online hub on a regular basis. You will lead the Support Groups’ responsibility for designing and delivering activities in line with our Partnership Agreement so that they are safe, effective and impactful as well as moderate.

About the Team
You will join a small, collaborative fundraising team comprising a Trusts and Foundations Manager, a Community Fundraising Coordinator, a National Activity Events Coordinator and a Fundraising Administrator. The Head of Fundraising leads on corporate partnerships, major donors and fundraising strategy. Each team member works with a degree of autonomy whilst contributing to shared income goals and a collective approach to supporter care.
Role Purpose
To steward and grow relationships with our individual supporters across every stage of their journey with HDA - ensuring that however someone first connects with us, they feel known, valued and inspired to stay with us for life. This role leads on legacy and in memory fundraising, two areas of significant strategic importance to us, whilst sustaining and developing our wider base of individual donors through appeals, regular giving and digital communications. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising and communications, you will help ensure that every supporter feels genuinely connected to our cause and to the community of people whose lives are shaped by Huntington's disease. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly organised individual in a supporting role to the People team. The role will assist with day-to-day operational tasks, providing managers and staff with effective administrative support in all aspects of Human Resources.
